Polarization-insensitive diffractive structure selection and automatic generation system

Abstract

The application discloses a polarization-insensitive diffraction structure selection and automatic generation system and relates to the technical field of micro-nano diffraction optics, which comprises a receiving module, a structure library module, a matching module, a mapping table module, a reconstruction module and a layout module. The receiving module receives a target phase distribution, a polarization-dependent loss tolerance and a bandwidth requirement. The structure library module calls a polarization-insensitive unit structure library of a subwavelength micro-nano structure and a Jones matrix response spectrum of the subwavelength micro-nano structure. The matching module matches each phase point unit structure with the target phase as a main target and the loss tolerance and the bandwidth as constraints. The mapping table module constructs a discrete phase mapping table. The reconstruction module reconstructs and generates an initial diffraction surface layout by table lookup. The layout module generates layout data containing complete layer structure and material definition. The system can complete the automatic selection and generation of the polarization-insensitive diffraction structure and adapt to the phase control and polarization loss requirements in the working waveband.
