Channel skipping method for digital television

Abstract

The application discloses a channel jump method of digital television, and relates to the technical field of digital television, which comprises the following steps: in response to a channel switching instruction of a user, content information and a time point of a current playing channel are acquired, and content of a target channel is prefetched; by matching and analyzing the current playing information and historical viewing records, a user content preference description is generated; based on the preference, content features of the target channel content are obtained by analyzing the target channel content; according to the content features of the target channel content and the current playing content, the interference degree of this switching is calculated; according to the calculated interference degree, the most suitable target transition strategy is selected from a plurality of preset transition strategies, and the strategy is executed to complete the jump from the current channel to the target channel. The application realizes intelligent switching based on content context and user preference, and improves the user experience of channel jump.
