Pest control compositions

Abstract

The invention relates to a pest control composition comprising a phenol, such as thymol, an aldehyde, such as vanillin, one or more of the following: a free fatty acid, a fatty acid salt, and a lipopeptide, and a carrier and / or solvent. The invention further relates to a pest control composition comprising thymol, an oil selected from the group consisting of rapeseed oil, soybean oil, and diesel fuel, a stabilizer, and a solvent. The invention also relates to methods for preparing these pest control compositions and to uses of these compositions.
