Abstract
Description
TECHNICAL FIELDThe present invention relates to the field of speaker boxes, and more particularly to a sound source apparatus for an electric piano.PRIOR ARTCurrently, the tone color of electric pianos cannot be sufficient to the tone color of conventional pianos. In training, it is usually necessary to configure a relatively expensive conventional piano. In order for an electric piano to reproduce the tone color of a conventional piano, an improved electric piano sound source apparatus which is conducive to market transportation is required.CONTENT OF THE INVENTIONThe present invention provides a sound source apparatus for an electric piano having the same sound principle and similar tone color as a conventional piano, wherein the sound quality and the game feel of the electric piano are improved remarkably and the training cost is lowered. The present invention provides a sound source device for an electric piano, comprising a soundboard and a speaker, the soundboard comprising a bottom plate, a side plate and a top plate, a circle of side plates being provided at least on a lower surface of the top plate, a lower end of the side plate being mounted with the bottom plate, a resonance chamber being enclosed by the side plates, the top plate and the bottom plate, the side plates, the top plate and the bottom plate being bonded together as a whole, an installation hole for installing the speaker being provided at the center of the bottom plate, an upper end of the speaker passing through the bottom plate and entering the resonance chamber. The soundboard according to the present invention is similar to that of a conventional piano, and can effectively simulate the vibration sound of a conventional soundboard. At the same time, the side plates, the top plate and the bottom plate are integrally bonded, thereby avoiding the assembly of other docking parts, facilitating the conduction of vibrations and avoiding transmission interference, so that the tone color becomes cleaner. By providing the sound chamber, sound generated from the speaker is amplified and guided to the soundboard, and sound emitted at resonance of the soundboard is amplified, so that sound emitted from the soundboard is combined with electronic sound to generate a tone color similar to the wood tone color of the conventional piano. An extension is provided on an outer side of a lower end of the soundboard, and a plurality of mounting holes are provided on the extension. By providing the extension as a location for mounting or connection, it is avoided that the docking structure acts on the entire resonant floor, thereby ensuring that the resonant floor generates a cleaner sound.A plurality of edge extensions are provided on a lower edge of the loudspeaker, wherein the edge extensions rest on a lower end face of the base plate. By providing the edge extensions, the bottom plate can be set in vibration, so that the bottom plate can resonate the entire resonant floor.A plurality of connecting holes are provided on the edge extension for docking to the base plate. By providing the connecting holes, the docking of the loudspeaker to the resonant floor is ensured. The soundboard is mounted on a mounting surface within an electrical piano, wherein a plurality of elastic buffer blocks are provided between the extension of the soundboard and the mounting surface. The elastic buffer block is higher than a part of the loudspeaker protruding from the soundboard, so that the soundboard is in a floating state during assembly. In the present invention, by providing the elastic buffer block, the soundboard is prevented from driving the mounting surface of the electric piano when vibrating, thereby preventing interference between the electric piano and the soundboard and impairing the overall tone color; at the same time, the elastic buffer block can enhance the vibrating effect of the soundboard, the elastic buffer block being intended to be higher than a protruding part of the speaker in order to make the soundboard float in the air and to make resonances more easily. The elastic buffer blocks and the mounting holes are in one-to-one correspondence, which not only facilitates the installation but also limits the position. The soundboard assumes a polygonal or circular shape, but its shape may be varied as required. The top plate assumes a long strip-shaped plate structure, two side plates are symmetrically mounted on both ends of a lower end face of the top plate, the side plate assumes a rectangular ring structure, the bottom plate is mounted on a lower opening of the side plate, the top plate, the bottom plate and the side plate forming a one-piece double resonance chamber structure.BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGSFIG. 1 is a principal view of the present invention; FIG. 2 is a bottom view of the present invention; FIG. 3 is a structural view of an elastic buffer block; FIG. 4 is a schematic front view of an electric piano sound source apparatus mounted on an upper door of an electric piano according to the present invention; FIG. 5 is a schematic side view of the sound source apparatus for an electric piano mounted on the upper door of an electric piano according to the present invention; FIG. 6 is a schematic front view of an electric piano sound source apparatus mounted on a center plate of an electric piano according to the present invention; FIG. 7 is a schematic side view of the sound source apparatus for an electric piano mounted on the center plate of an electric piano according to the present invention; FIG. 8 is a schematic front view of a sound source device for an electric piano mounted on left and right side plates of an electric piano, respectively, according to the present invention; FIG. 9 is a schematic side view of the sound source apparatus for an electric piano mounted on the left and right side plates of an electric piano, respectively, according to the present invention; FIG. 10 is a schematic front view of an electric piano sound source apparatus mounted on a lower door of an electric piano according to the present invention; FIG. 11 is a schematic side view of the sound source apparatus for an electric piano mounted on the lower door of an electric piano according to the present invention; and FIG. 12 is a structural view of a resonant tank for which the solution having a one-piece double resonant chamber structure is selected.LIST OF REFERENCE CHARACTERS:1 Resonant floor; 2 - loudspeaker; 3 - side plate; 4 - top plate; 5 - bottom plate; 6 - resonant chamber; 7 - extension; 8 - mounting hole; 9 - rim extension; 10 - connection hole; 11 - electric piano; 12 - elastic buffer block; 13 - electric piano upper door; 14 - electric piano middle plate; 15 - electric piano left and right side plate; 16 - electric piano lower door.DETAILED DESCRIPTIONIn an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in Figs. 1 and 2, a sound source apparatus for an electric piano comprises a soundboard 1 and a speaker 2:, the soundboard 1 comprises a bottom plate 5, a side plate 3 and a top plate 4, a circle of side plates 3 is provided at least on a lower side of the top plate 4, at a lower end of the side plate 3 the bottom plate 5 is mounted, a resonance chamber 6 is enclosed by the side plates 3, the top plate 4 and the bottom plate 5, the side plates 3, the top plate 4 and the bottom plate 5 are integrally bonded together, an installation hole for installing the speaker 2 is provided at the center of the bottom plate 5, an upper end of the speaker 2 passes through the bottom plate 5 and enters the resonance chamber 6.
