Abstract

A vehicle's shifting system with protection against premature release of the clutch pedal, comprising a clutch (1), a clutch booster cylinder (2), a clutch position sensor (3), a control unit (4), a clutch pedal (5), and a clutch master cylinder (6), wherein the pedal (5) is mechanically connected to the piston rod of the master cylinder (6) via a linkage, the master cylinder (6) is connected to the clutch booster cylinder (2) via a hydraulic line (10), which is simultaneously connected to a compressed air supply (9) from the vehicle's compressed air system, for disconnecting the transmission of torque from the drive unit to the transmission, wherein the clutch (1) is provided with a position sensor (3) which is connected to the control unit (4) via an electrical line.which is connected via an electrical line to the windings of the valves for controlling the shifting of the gear stages in the transmission, wherein the control unit (4) is provided with a software module that contains information for switching on and off the supply of electrical energy to the windings of the valves based on the analysis of the information from the sensor (3) of the position of the clutch (1) and the gear stage preselected on the shift lever, characterized by an air control valve (7) with a control winding (8) which is arranged on the master cylinder (6), wherein the control valve (7) is connected via a line to the air system of the vehicle and the control winding (8) to the control unit (4), to protect against premature release of the pedal (5) of the clutch (1) during shifting of the preselected gear stage,wherein the software module of the control unit (4) also contains information for synchronizing the control of switching the control valve (7) on and off during the switching process.
