Abstract

Environmentally friendly process for the spray production of a three-dimensional garment by spraying. Process for producing a three-dimensional garment comprising the following successive steps: supply E01 comprising the following sub-steps: supply E02 of at least one liquid composition comprising a water-soluble binder dissolved in an aqueous solvent, the binder comprising a water-soluble polymer representing 30 to 70% by weight of the liquid composition, and the aqueous solvent representing 30 to 70% by weight of the liquid composition; supply E03 of a filler consisting of loose fibers and / or a powder, at least 5% by weight of the filler being of bio-based origin; supply E04 of a bulk support having a three-dimensional deposition surface;Formation E05 on the deposition surface of a composite layer consisting of a liquid composition and a filler, comprising the following substeps: spraying E06 onto the deposition surface of a liquid composition; and spraying E07 onto the deposition surface of a filler; the substep of spraying a filler E07 being simultaneous with or subsequent to the substep of spraying the liquid composition E06; drying E08 of the composite layer and polymerization of the water-soluble polymer by evaporation of water; repetition E09 at least once of the steps of forming E05 and drying E08 of a composite layer, and formation of a garment piece on the deposition surface of the support; and removal E13 of said garment piece from the deposition surface.
