Description

Title of the invention: Epicyclic reducer

[0001] The present invention relates to the field of epicyclic reducers, and more specifically to a multifunctional part within an epicyclic reducer for an electric propulsion system enabling the transmission of power to drive wheels of a mobility device.

[0002] The electric propulsion system enabling the transmission of power in a mobility device aims to drive at least one wheel of the device in rotation, by transmitting the torque supplied by a drive shaft, in particular electric or hybrid.

[0003] Such a system comprises an electrical machine consisting of at least one electric motor, an electronic assembly, and an epicyclic reducer for transmitting torque.

[0004] Typically, an epicyclic gearbox comprises two coaxial shafts, called planetary shafts, planetary gears that mesh with the two planetary shafts and rotate around their common axis, and a ring gear. A drawback of these epicyclic gearboxes today stems from the fact that all these parts are independent, which increases the cost and complicates the gearbox assembly.

[0005] The present invention therefore aims to overcome one or more of the drawbacks of prior art systems by proposing a simplified epicycloidal system.

[0006] To this end, the present invention proposes an epicyclic reducer comprising a single-piece component capable of performing the functions of several components: satellite carrier bearing for pulley Centering of the epicyclic reducer on the motor fixing points to the vehicle chassis axial locking of the pulley vent hole.

[0007] According to one embodiment of the invention, the part comprises a flat portion having at least one opening around its periphery allowing the part to be fixed to the reducer.

[0008] According to one embodiment of the invention, the part comprises a first ring, with a diameter less than the diameter of the flat surface, forming the satellite carrier of the reducer, the ring having on its inner face a helical toothing which forms the toothing of the satellite carrier.

[0009] According to one embodiment of the invention, the first ring is extended by a second ring of smaller diameter than the diameter of the first ring forming a stop bearing for the reducer pulley.

[0010] According to one embodiment of the invention, the injunction between the first ring and the second ring forms a stop which allows the axial locking of the reducer pulley.

[0011] According to one embodiment of the invention, the opening of the second ring allows the passage of a screw enabling the fixing of the part and the centering of the part.

[0012] According to one embodiment of the invention, the interior of the part forms a contact surface for the dynamic sealing of the reducer.

[0013] According to one embodiment of the invention, the part has a vent hole on the flat part or one of the rings.

[0014] The invention also relates to the use of the reducer according to the invention in a mobility device.

[0015] The invention also relates to a mobility device, comprising a reducer according to the invention.

[0016] According to one embodiment of the invention, the device is a two-wheeled mobility device.

[0017] Other objects, features and advantages of the invention will be better understood and will become more apparent upon reading the description given below, with reference to the accompanying figures, given by way of example and in which:

[0018] [Fig-1]: [Fig.1] is a cross-sectional view of a part according to the invention arranged in an epicyclic reducer according to an embodiment of the invention,

[0019] [Fig.2]: [Fig.2] is an elevation view of a part according to the invention of the reducer epicycloidal according to an embodiment of the invention.

[0020] The invention relates to an epicyclic reducer. The epicyclic reducer is a reducer in a propulsion system for a mobility device. The present invention is particularly aimed at use in a two-wheeled mobility device such as a moped or motorcycle, but also in a motor vehicle, a land, air, or sea vehicle intended for the transport of passengers or goods, whether light, medium, or heavy, or even construction or agricultural machinery.

[0021] In the context of the invention, a propulsion system is a system which enables propulsion and includes the elements which enable the transmission of power from the engine to the wheel.

[0022] The epicycloidal reducer comprises two coaxial, so-called planetary shafts, satellites that mesh with the two planetary shafts and rotate around their common axis, and a ring gear.

[0023] Within the framework of the invention, the epicyclic reducer, a part of which is illustrated [Fig. 1], comprises a single-piece part 2 enabling the functions of several parts to be performed: - Satellite door Pulley bearing Centering of the epicyclic reducer on the motor, fixing points to the vehicle chassis, static sealing with the motor, dynamic sealing with the ring gear, axial locking of the pulley, oil filling, shaft access for testing, vent hole.

[0024] For this purpose, the monobloc part 2 includes a flat part 230 having at least one opening 23 around its periphery allowing the part 2 to be fixed to the reducer.

[0025] According to one embodiment of the invention, the part 2 comprises a first ring 211 forming the satellite carrier 21 of the reducer formed from the flat part 230. This ring 211 has on its inner face a helical toothing 212 which forms the toothing of the satellite carrier 212. The diameter D2 of this first ring is less than the diameter DI of the flat surface 230.

[0026] According to one embodiment of the invention, this first ring 211 is extended by a second ring 22 of diameter D3 less than the diameter D2 of the first ring 211. This second ring 22 forms a bearing for the pulley of the reducer.

[0027] According to one embodiment of the invention, the junction between the first ring 211 and the second ring 22 forms a stop 24, which allows the axial locking of the reducer pulley.

[0028] According to one embodiment of the invention, the opening 27 of the second ring 22 allows the passage of a screw enabling the fixing of the part 2 and the centering of the part 2.

[0029] All of these elements together form a single piece 1.

[0030] According to one embodiment of the invention, part 2 has a vent hole 26 on the flat part 230 or one of the rings 211, 22.

[0031] According to one embodiment of the invention, the interior of the part 2 forms a contact surface 25 for the static and dynamic sealing of the reducer.

[0032] Such a part 2 makes it possible to reduce manufacturing costs and to facilitate the assembly of the reducer.

[0033] The invention also relates to the use of the reducer comprising such a part 2 in a two-wheeled mobility device.

[0034] The scope of the present invention is not limited to the details given above and allows for embodiments in many other specific forms without departing from the field of application of the invention. Therefore, the present embodiments The implementation details should be considered as illustrations, and may be modified without, however, departing from the scope defined by the claims.
