ANTI-FGFR2b ANTIBODIES, CONJUGATE, AND METHODS OF USE

Abstract

Anti-FGFR2b antibodies and antigen-binding fragments thereof are provided herein, as are immunoconjugates comprising such antibodies and immunoconjugates, and compositions comprising such antibodies and immunoconjugates. Methods of preparing and using such antibodies and immunoconjugates, for example, for treating diseases or disorders associated with FGFR2b, are also provided. The antibodies of the disclosure bind to human FGFR2b and can block the interaction between the ligand KGF and FGFR2b.
