[0028] In order to more clearly describe the above objectives, features and advantages of the present disclosure, the solutions of the present disclosure are further described below. It should be noted that, unless mutually contradictory, the embodiments of the present disclosure and the features in the embodiments can be combined with each other.

[0029] In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present disclosure; however, the present disclosure may be embodied in other forms different from the embodiments herein, and it is apparent that the examples in this specification are merely some examples of the present disclosure, but not all examples.

[0030] In related technologies, it is more inconvenient for template creators to create templates. For example, most existing video editing software allows creators to select replaceable materials in a more tedious and complicated manner, making it difficult for creators to conveniently know the materials involved in the template and select replaceable materials from there. This usually wastes more time and effort in the process of selecting replaceable materials, making template creation efficiency inefficient and resulting in reduced template submission efficiency. To solve the above problems, embodiments of the present disclosure provide video editing methods, apparatuses, devices, and mediums, which are described in detail below.

[0031] 1 is a schematic flowchart of a video editing method provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure, which can be performed by a video editing device, which can be realized by software and / or hardware and generally integrated into electronic devices. As shown in FIG. 1, the method mainly includes the following steps S102 to S106.

[0032] Step S102: Display a template submission interface based on the target video draft.

[0033] In practice, the template posting interface is displayed when certain conditions are met, and the user directly generates a desired template based on the template posting interface and then posts the template. For example, when a user (e.g., a template creator) triggers a control to display the template posting interface, the template posting interface is displayed. In some specific embodiments, in response to the trigger operation of the posting control on the draft editing interface, it is determined whether the target video draft meets the preset posting conditions, and if so, the template posting interface is displayed based on the target video draft. Here, the draft editing interface is used by the user to edit the target video draft, the target video draft includes material and editing information, and the editing information is used to instruct the editing operation of the material, and the material may be, for example, an image, video, audio, text, stickers, special effects, etc., but is not limited thereto. For ease of understanding, first refer to the schematic diagram of the draft editing interface shown in Figure 2. The draft editing interface includes a preview playback area, an editing track area, an editing tool area, a material selection area, etc. The preview playback area is used to display video effects corresponding to the target video draft. The editing track area includes multiple editing tracks, and the materials in the target video draft include corresponding editing tracks, such as text tracks, sticker tracks, video tracks, etc. Material track clips are formed in the corresponding editing tracks, and one or more material track clips are formed on a track. For example, in Figure 2, text track clip 1 and text track clip 2 are formed in the text track, sticker track clip 1 is simply formed in the sticker track, and video track clip 1 is simply formed in the video track clip. The editing tool area includes operation controls for multiple editing tools, such as text editing controls, sticker editing controls, animation special effect controls, etc. The editing tool area is divided into one or more sub-areas and distributed at different positions in the draft editing interface, and is not limited thereto. The material selection area allows a user to directly select material to add to the target video draft from a local or cloud source. This is simply illustrated in FIG. 2 . In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the layout of some areas of the draft editing interface is not limited, and more areas, such as an attribute area, may be included. In FIG. 2 , a posting control is displayed in the draft editing interface. Other functional controls, such as a derivation control, may also be configured, and are not limited thereto. To ensure smooth template generation and posting processes and that the template posted by the user meets requirements, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the template posting interface is displayed only when the target video draft is determined to meet preset posting conditions, and the process proceeds to the subsequent template posting process. In the template posting process, a template is first generated and then posted to a designated platform. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the user directly operates the target video draft in the template posting interface, for example, by setting replaceable materials in the target video draft, and the template is generated and posted based on the user's operations.

[0034] For example, the posting conditions may include one or more of the following: all materials in the target video draft have been downloaded; all algorithms involved in the target video draft have completed their calculations; none of the materials in the target video draft have been lost or corrupted; the main track corresponding to the target video draft is not empty; and the target video draft does not contain specified content, which may be, but is not limited to, material with a specified purpose, the existence of other templates, or the inclusion of specified keywords. Only when the above posting conditions are met, will the template posting interface be displayed, and the user can generate and post a target video template based on the template posting interface, thereby ensuring the ease of use of the posted template in the future.

[0035] In some embodiments, referring to the schematic diagram of the template posting interface shown in FIG. 3 , the template posting interface includes a preview playback area and an edit track area, where the edit track area includes multiple edit tracks, and at least some of the materials in the target video draft have corresponding edit tracks, and material track clips are formed in the edit tracks corresponding to at least some of the materials. The number of edit tracks in the edit track area in the template posting interface is equal to or less than the number of edit tracks in the edit track area in the draft editing interface. Specifically, some materials, such as special effects and transitions, cannot be replaced by default due to their special characteristics. Therefore, the edit tracks of such materials can be directly hidden, i.e., the edit tracks of such materials are not displayed in the edit track area of the template posting interface. By directly displaying the material track clips in the template posting interface, users can clearly understand the relationship between different materials, the material appearance positions or display durations, etc., which is convenient for users to set materials that other users can replace in currently existing materials (i.e., replaceable materials) based on the material track clips.

[0036] Step S104: Determine replaceable materials in the target video draft in response to the setting operation of the first target track clip in the material track clip.

[0037] In an embodiment of the present disclosure, a user can directly set replaceable material based on the material track clips displayed in the template submission interface. For example, to facilitate user operation, a status indicator control is set on the material track clip, allowing the user to set replaceable material through the status indicator control. Specifically, a corresponding status indicator control is set for each material track clip, and the status indicator control has a replaceable state and an unreplaceable state. For example, as shown in FIG. 3 , a lock on each material track clip indicates the status indicator control, with the lock indicating the unreplaceable state and the unlocked indicating the replaceable state. The user can, for example, click the lock to trigger the status indicator control and change the state of the status indicator control. Here, the material track clip where the user triggered the status indicator control is located is the first target track clip. The number of first target track clips may be one or more, and is not limited thereto. For a material track clip, if its status indicator control is in the replaceable state, the material corresponding to the material track clip is replaceable material; conversely, it is unreplaceable material. The replaceable material in the target video draft set by the user based on the material track clip can be quickly and reliably determined based on the status indicator control on each material track clip.

[0038] Step S106: Generate a target video template based on the target video draft and the replaceable material.

[0039] In some embodiments, a target operation is performed on replaceable material in a target video draft, and a target video template is obtained based on the target video draft after the target operation is performed, where the target operation includes a deletion operation or an addition operation of a replaceable indicator. In other words, the target video template may be generated based on the target video draft from which the replaceable material has been deleted, or the target video template may be obtained by adding a replaceable indicator to the replaceable material in the target video draft. The target video template can be directly used by other users, for example, other users can directly add their own material to the target video template from which the replaceable material has been deleted, or replace the material to which the replaceable indicator has been added in the target video template with their own material.

[0040] For ease of understanding, the target video template will be described in detail below. The target video template is used to realize a video editing effect of replacing replaceable material with filler material based on a target video draft. For example, there are two ways to realize a video editing effect of replacing replaceable material with filler material based on a target video draft. The first way is to first delete the replaceable material in the target video draft, and use the target video draft from which the replaceable material has been deleted as a target video template. Subsequently, when another user (i.e., template user) uses the target video template, they upload filler material to obtain a resulting video draft containing the filler material, thereby realizing the video editing effect of replacing the replaceable material with the filler material. Alternatively, to add replaceable indicators to the replaceable material in the target video draft, the target video draft after the replaceable indicators have been added is used as a target video template. Subsequently, when another user uses the target video template, they upload filler material, recognize the replaceable material based on the replaceable indicators, and directly replace the replaceable material with the filler material, thereby realizing the video editing effect of replacing the replaceable material with the filler material. Here, the resultant video draft is derived and then used to generate a target video for further editing by the user. The main difference between the resultant video draft obtained by the template user and the target video draft adopted by the template creator is that at least some of the materials are different, that is, the resultant video draft includes filler materials and the target video draft includes replaceable materials, for example, the target video draft includes material A, material B, and material C, where material A is the replaceable material, and the target video template is obtained by deleting or adding replaceable marks for material A in the target video draft, the template user uploads material A (i.e., filler material) to the target video template, and the obtained resultant video draft includes material A, material B, and material C, and the target video draft has the same editing information as the resultant video draft, that is, the editing methods of the materials are consistent, so the video effect formed by material A, material B, and material C is consistent with the video effect formed by material a, material B, and material C except for the difference in the existence of material A and material a, and the user can be shown the video editing effect of replacing material A with material a.

[0041] It should be noted that the template submission interface provides the user (template creator) with template cover setting items and template title setting items, and can generate a target video template based on the template cover, template title, target video draft, and replaceable materials set by the user. Furthermore, the user may be provided with further detailed setting items, such as whether to retain the original audio, whether to display the user video as is, whether to intelligently modify the number of template clips, etc., which are not limited here and may be flexibly set according to specific needs.

[0042] In practice, after generating the target video template, the target video template may be posted in response to receiving a user confirmation posting command for the target video template.

[0043] For example, a confirmation control is further provided to the user, and when the user triggers the confirmation control, if it is detected that the user's confirmation posting command for the target video template has been received, the target video template is posted, for example, the target video template is posted to a specified platform.

[0044] In summary, the above method provides a more convenient template posting interface for users, allowing them to directly set replaceable materials based on material track clips on multiple editing tracks, which is very convenient and fast, and can further improve the efficiency of template generation and template posting.

[0045] Based on the setting of the status indicator control in the material track clip, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides an embodiment for determining replaceable material in the target video draft in response to the setting operation of the first target track clip in the material track clip, which can be implemented by referring to the following steps A and B.

[0046] Step A: in response to a trigger operation on a state indicator control on a first target track clip among the material track clips, determine a current state of a state indicator control on each material track clip, the current state including a replaceable state and a non-replaceable state, i.e., a user can change the state of the state indicator control by the trigger method.

[0047] For ease of understanding, the embodiment of the present disclosure provides a specific embodiment of the above step A. Specifically, in response to a trigger operation of a status indicator control on a first target track clip in a material track clip, the current state of the status indicator control on each material track clip is determined based on the state of the status indicator control on the first target track clip before the trigger operation. The material track clip in which the status indicator control on which the trigger operation is performed is located is referred to herein as the first track clip. Here, the current state of the status indicator control on the first target track clip is different from the state of the status indicator control on the first target track clip before the trigger operation, and the current states of the status indicator controls on the non-first target track clips in the material track clip are the same as the state of the status indicator control on the non-first target track clip before the trigger operation. The non-first target track clips are track clips other than the first target track clip in the material track clip. In the above embodiment, the state of the first track clip is changed by the user's trigger operation, but the state of the non-first target track clips is not changed. In practice, a user can change the state of a state indicator control by directly clicking on the state indicator control on a material track clip to trigger it. For example, if the state of the state indicator control is non-replaceable before the trigger operation, it will be changed to replaceable after the trigger operation; if the state of the state indicator control is replaceable before the trigger operation, it will be changed to non-replaceable after the trigger operation. A user can trigger the state indicator control one or more times as needed, and each trigger changes the control state once. The initial state of the state indicator control may be a preset default state, for example, it is replaceable by default and is changed to non-replaceable after being triggered by the user.

[0048] To further simplify user operations, in some embodiments, a user may perform a multiple selection operation on material track clips. That is, the user may simultaneously select multiple material track clips and simultaneously set whether the corresponding material is replaceable for the multiple material track clips. Based on this, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, when performing step A above, in response to the multiple selection operation of material track clips, a plurality of selected track clips corresponding to the multiple selection operation are determined from the material track clips. In response to a trigger operation of a status indicator control on a first target track clip among the plurality of selected track clips, a current state of a status indicator control on each material track clip is determined, where the current states of the status indicator controls corresponding to the plurality of selected track clips are all consistent and different from the state of the status indicator control on the first target track clip before the trigger operation, and the current states of the status indicator controls on non-selected track clips in the material track clips are the same as the state of the status indicator control on the non-selected target track clips before the trigger operation. Here, the non-selected track clips are track clips in the material track clips other than the plurality of selected track clips, i.e., track clips not selected by the multiple selection operation. It should be noted that all of the above trigger operations are user trigger operations on the status indicator control on the first target track clip among the multiple selected track clips, where the user first performs a multiple selection operation to simultaneously select multiple selected track clips from the multiple source track clips, and then performs a trigger operation on only the status indicator control on one track clip (the first target track clip) among the multiple selected track clips. In this embodiment, only the status indicator control of the first target track clip is triggered, but the states of the status indicator controls of other selected track clips selected together with the first target track clip can be changed simultaneously, and specifically, the states of the status indicator controls of the other selected track clips will be consistent with the state of the first target track clip after the status indicator control is changed. In other words, the current state of the status indicator control corresponding to each of the multiple selected track clips is opposite to the state of the status indicator control of the first target track clip before the trigger operation, and the above method can effectively set the states of the status indicator controls of the multiple material track clips.

[0049] For example, if a user selects material track clips A, B, and C simultaneously, when the status indicator controls corresponding to material track clips A and C are in a non-replaceable state, and the status indicator control corresponding to material track clip B is in a replaceable state, if the user triggers the status indicator control for material track clip A (i.e., changes the state of the status indicator control for material track clip A), the status indicator controls for material track clips A, B, and C are all set to the replaceable state, and if the user triggers the status indicator control for material track clip B (i.e., changes the state of the status indicator control for material track clip B), the status indicator controls for material track clips A, B, and C are all set to the non-replaceable state.

[0050] Step B: Determine replaceable material in the target video draft based on the second target track clip corresponding to the state indicator control currently in the replaceable state. That is, the material corresponding to the material track clip (i.e., the second target track clip) corresponding to the state indicator control currently in the replaceable state is replaceable material. Through the above method, the replaceable material set by the user can be determined conveniently and quickly.

[0051] To facilitate user operation of the status indicator control, the method provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure adjusts the position of the status indicator control corresponding to the third target track clip when it is detected that a third target track clip among the material track clips is sliding along the time axis, and positions the status indicator control corresponding to the third target track clip within the viewport corresponding to the third target track clip. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the material track clip sliding along the time axis is called the third target track clip. Note that in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the track clips such as the first target track clip, the second target track clip, and the third target track clip may be the same track clip or different track clips, and the number of each may be one or more, and is not limited thereto. As can be understood, a user may slide a certain material track clip (i.e., a third target track clip) along the time axis as needed to quickly view or position a display screen of a certain material (e.g., a video) at a different time; in this case, the material track clip may not be displayed entirely within the viewport; and if the relative position of the status indicator control and the material track clip is fixed, the status indicator control may not appear in the viewport as the material track clip slides, which would be inconvenient for the user's operation. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, when it is detected that the third target track clip is sliding along the time axis, the position of the status indicator control corresponding to the third target track clip is flexibly adjusted, and the status indicator control is always located within the viewport corresponding to the third target track clip, so that the user can always see the status indicator control on the third target track clip and can trigger it when needed to conveniently change the state of the status indicator control.

[0052] For ease of understanding, please refer to Figures 4a and 4b, which are schematic diagrams illustrating the relative positional relationship between a status indicator control and a video track clip. As can be seen, the video track clip displays multiple thumbnails of video in chronological order to the user, and the thumbnails are specifically thumbnails of video keyframes. When the status indicator control (lock) in Figure 4a is located at Thumbnail 1 and the video track clip slides along the time axis, the thumbnails in the viewport of the video track clip also change. As shown in Figure 4a, the user can simultaneously view Thumbnails 1 to 9 through the viewport of the video track clip. As the video track clip slides along the time axis, as shown in Figure 4b, with the change in time, the user can simultaneously view Thumbnails 7 to 15 through the viewport of the video track clip, and Thumbnails 1 to 6 disappear from the viewport. If the relative positions of the video track clip and the corresponding status indicator control remain unchanged, the status indicator control, along with Thumbnail 1, will move out of the viewport and disappear. When the user wants to trigger the status indicator control, they must slide the video track clip backward, which is cumbersome. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, as the material track clip slides along the time axis, the position of the status indicator control corresponding to the material track clip is dynamically adjusted, so that the status indicator control is always visible in the presence of the material track clip, and even when the user slides the material track clip, they can easily and quickly trigger the status indicator control directly as needed without having to go back and look for the status indicator control again, thereby ensuring a more reliable user experience.

[0053] In summary, the video editing method provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure directly displays multiple editing tracks on the template posting interface, allowing users to directly set replaceable materials based on material track clips, providing great convenience to users and allowing users to quickly know the current material status and select replaceable materials, which is very convenient and fast and can better improve template generation and posting efficiency.

[0054] Corresponding to the method for posting a video template, FIG. 5 is a structural schematic diagram of a video editing device provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure, which can be realized by software and / or hardware and generally integrated into electronic devices. As shown in FIG. 5, the video editing device 500 includes:
