Claims

1. A topical pharmaceutical composition comprising (A) salicylic acid, (B) at least one selected from the group consisting of glycyrrhizic acid, glycyrrhetinic acid, derivatives thereof, and salts thereof, and (C) tocopherol and / or its derivatives.

2. The topical pharmaceutical composition according to claim 1, further comprising (D) ethanol.

3. The topical pharmaceutical composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the content of component (A) is 0.08% by weight or more.

4. The topical pharmaceutical composition according to claim 2, wherein the content of component (D) is 10% by weight or more.
