To provide an LED illuminating device that can restrain end parts in a width direction of a cover member from becoming dark.SOLUTION: An LED illuminating device comprises a board 11 on which an LED 12 is arranged, a frame 20 comprising a main plate part 21 fitted with the board 11, and a cover member 30 fitted to the frame 20. The frame 20 comprises: protruding parts 22 located on both sides of the main plate part 21, and protruding toward a side of a first direction from the main plate part 21; and side plate parts 23 located closer to the outside in a short direction of the frame 20 than the protruding parts 22, and extending on the side of a second direction. The cover member 30 comprises a main part 31 for transmitting light of the LED 12 to apply the light to the outside, and fitting parts 33 fitted with the side plate parts 23.
