Abstract

To provide an ink composition capable of forming a printed coating film with excellent abrasion resistance and heat retention, and a laminate having a printed layer formed using the ink composition. [Solution] An ink composition comprising a binder resin (A) and a thermal decomposition type foaming agent (B), wherein the thermal decomposition type foaming agent (B) comprises a thermal decomposition type foaming main agent (B-1), and the solid content of the thermal decomposition type foaming agent (B) relative to the total mass of solid content in the ink composition is 5 to 65% by mass, and the binder resin (A) comprises a (meth)acrylic resin (A1), and the solid content of a resin with a softening temperature of 70°C or less relative to the total mass of solid content in the binder resin (A) is 50% by mass or less.
