Abstract
This utility model pertains to powder metallurgy, specifically to a technology for producing alloyed titanium-based powder materials from titanium sponge. The objective of the claimed method is to produce a powder material with specified granulometric, morphological, and structural characteristics, as well as to ensure uniform distribution of alloying elements within the powder. The technical result of using the claimed utility model is to improve the homogeneity of the powder structure, reduce the degree of particle agglomeration, and form a stable titanium metallic structure with uniform distribution of alloying components. The essence of the utility model is as follows.A method is proposed for producing an alloyed powder material based on titanium sponge, including hydrogenation of the starting material, mechanical grinding and subsequent dehydrogenation, characterized in that hydrogenation is carried out at a temperature of 450-550 °C for 1-3 hours in a hydrogen atmosphere with the formation of titanium hydride, mechanical grinding is carried out in a protective atmosphere of inert gas at a speed of 200-400 rpm for 10-30 minutes, dehydrogenation is carried out at a temperature of 750-850 °C in a vacuum for 2-4 hours, after which mechanical alloying is carried out with the introduction of aluminum and vanadium in a mill at a speed of 250-400 rpm for 8-12 hours until a powder with the specified characteristics is obtained.
