Abstract
<pre>The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a dietary supplement based on beef squid and Ganoderma lucidum mushrooms intended to enhance aphrodisiac properties. The process begins by cleaning, cutting, and grinding the beef squid to obtain a uniform texture. These squid are then blended with powdered Ganoderma lucidum mushrooms in a ratio of 1:1000 (weight / weight). Functional ingredients, such as sea salt, spices, and dextrose, are added to improve preservation, flavor, and texture. Sodium phosphate is also incorporated to optimize water retention. The mixture undergoes gentle pasteurization to eliminate microbial contaminants while preserving the bioactive properties of the ingredients. Finally, the product is homogenized in an industrial blender to ensure a uniform texture and good stability.
