The sewing machine ring belt 70 is wound between the motor pulley 31 and a sewing machine side pulley 72 that drives the sewing machine 16. An adjusting pulley 75 for adjusting the tension of the sewing machine ring belt 70 is arranged in the middle of the sewing machine ring belt 70. An operating disc 74 is fixed coaxially to the sewing machine side pulley 72 and is arranged so that the position, etc., of the sewing machine needle 16 can be adjusted and operated manually. Driving mechanisms such as the continuously variable transmission machine 32, the continuously variable transmission machine 52 and the drive motor 30 are located on the sides of the blank sheet supply part 20 and the closing chain extraction portion 50, and are arranged in a storage box 76 to protect the protection mechanisms. According to the structure, drive motor 30 is connected to and drives the two continuously variable transmission machines 32 and 52, and the sewing machine 16. The blank supply section 20, the zipper chain extraction section 50, and the sewing machine 16 are driven by drive motor 30 to perform predetermined actions. Here, motor 30 rotates continuously at a predetermined speed, and the drive pulleys 46 and 66 of the continuously variable transmission machine 32 and 52 are configured to be driven intermittently according to the movement of the needle of the sewing machine 16. The following describes the action and function of the zipper chain sewing device 10 of the modality. The zipper chain sewing device 10 sequentially feeds blank sheets 22 one by one to the blank sheet supply section 24 from a blank sheet transport device (not shown) on the upstream side. A blank sheet 22 is held by the conveyor roller 28 and the driven roller 29 of the blank sheet supply section 24, and the blank sheet 22 is fed by the rotation of the conveyor roller 28. The fed blank sheets 22 are inserted one by one between the side supply ring belt 38 and the pressure ring belt 42 by the blank supply section 20. The blank supply section 20 drives the side supply ring belt 38 through the continuously variable transmission machine 32 using the drive pulley 36 rotating at a predetermined rotational speed through the rotation of the drive motor 30. By setting the rotational speeds of the continuously variable transmission machine 32 and the transport motor 33, the transport speed of the blank sheet 22 from the blank supply section 20 is set to be slightly lower than the feed speed of the blank sheet 22 from the blank feed section 24 on the upstream side. At this point, the extraction portion of the closing chain 50 also allows the drive pulley 56 to rotate via the continuously variable transmission machine 52 through the same drive motor 30, thereby extracting the closing tape from the closing chain 12 and the blank 22. At this time, taking into account the shrinkage caused by the stitching of the blank 22 onto the closing chain 12, the rotational speed of the drive pulley 56 is set to be, for example, approximately 5% slower than the rotational speed of the drive pulley 36. Through the rotation of the drive pulley 56, the closing chain 12, held by the side extraction pulley 54 and the driven roller 60, is synchronized with the stitching of the sewing machine 16, slides down together with the blank 22 along a sliding guide member 78 below, and is extracted for the next step. With regard to the actions of the drive motor 30 and the continuously variable transmission machine 32 and the continuously variable transmission machine 52 when sewing the zipper chain 12 and the blank sheet 22, the drive motor 30 rotates continuously, and the continuously variable transmission machine 32 and the continuously variable transmission machine 52 are driven by LAnn / zznz / E / YiAi intermittently in synchronization with the movement of the sewing machine needle 16. With regard to the intermittent drive, the movement stops for a period in which the sewing machine needle 16 is inserted into the clamping tape of the zipper chain 12 and the blank sheet 22, and when the sewing machine needle 16 comes out of the clamping tape and the blank sheet 22, the continuously variable transmission machine 32 and the continuously variable transmission machine 52 rotate by a predetermined angle through the drive motor 30.As a result, the closing chain 12 and the blank sheet 22 move at the interval of one needle stroke of the sewing machine 16, the continuously variable transmission machine 32 and the continuously variable transmission machine 52 stop again, and the needle of the sewing machine 16 is inserted into the clamping tape and the blank sheet 22. Repeating the actions, the blank sheet 22 is sewn onto the closing chain 12 through the sewing machine 16. According to the 10-mode closing chain sewing device, the three parts—blade feed section 20, closing chain extraction section 50, and sewing machine 16—are driven by a single drive motor 30. The number of drive motors is minimized, resulting in a simple structure and easy maintenance. Furthermore, the drive speeds of the blank feed section 20 and the closing chain extraction section 50 can be precisely adjusted by continuously variable transmissions 32 and 52, respectively, allowing for optimal control of the blank feed speed 22 and the closing chain extraction speed 12.In particular, by adjusting the rotation speed of the side pulley 54 of the zipper chain 50 extraction part to be lower than the side pulley 34 of the blank sheet 20 supply part in a predetermined ratio, the blank sheet 22 and the zipper chain 12 can be sewn beautifully, and it is also not easy to have a gap between the sewn zipper blank sheets. Furthermore, the device for sewing fastening chains of the invention is not limited to the above embodiment. The connection between the drive motor of each component and the continuously variable transmission machine may also use a power transmission mechanism other than the ring belt, and the connection between the continuously variable transmission machine and the supply side pulley or the extraction side pulley may also use a power transmission mechanism other than the ring belt. In addition, the crimping ring belt or the driven wavy roller for supplying the blank or extracting the support tape may also be a crimping component, a guide component, or a sliding component other than a belt or a roller.
