Holder for bundling flat objects, such as keys

Abstract

The invention concerns a holder (1) for bundling and handling flat objects, such as keys (8). The holder comprises a compact housing consisting of a top and bottom cap (6) with an intermediate device (13) between them, and at least one rotatably mounted key holder. This key holder is equipped with a spring mechanism, such as a clock spring (11), which allows rotation between a storage position and a usage position. A button (4), coupled with a release mechanism, activates the rotation and holds the key holder in one of the two positions. The key holder is designed for ease of one-handed use and is suitable for keys of various shapes. Furthermore, a built-in locking mechanism prevents unintentional activation. The holder accommodates at least three keys (8) or similar flat objects and is configurable for other objects, such as USB sticks or lighting modules.The compact design makes it suitable for everyday use, such as in a trouser pocket or bag.
