Cement with high content of recycled aggregate powder

Abstract

Cement with a high content of recycled aggregate powder is disclosed, belonging to the field of construction materials. The cement includes the following components in parts by mass: 30—40 parts of sulfoaluminate cement, 60—70 parts of recycled aggregate, 0.3—0.5 part of sodium gluconate, and 0.4—0.7 part of super—plasticizer. According to the present invention, by grinding recycled fine aggregate and recycled micro powder into recycled aggregate powder, a component CaC03 in the recycled aggregate powder is used to react with the sulfoaluminate cement to form different types of hydrated calcium carboaluminate, and a synergistic effect of other substances in the recycled aggregate powder is played, so that a high content of recycled aggregate powder and the sulfoaluminate cement form main bodies of the novel cement, and a novel hydration product system dominated by limestone, ettringite and hydrated calcium carboaluminate is formed, which is green cement.
