The present utility model relates to a composition for producing marinated rabbit meat. More particularly, the utility model provides a composition comprising rabbit meat, refined salt, phosphate, chilled water, refined sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic powder, ground black pepper, anisado wine, and monosodium glutamate in predetermined proportions. The composition is formulated to produce a marinated rabbit meat product and provides an alternative composition for rabbit meat processing.
