Abstract
The present utility model relates to a fish scale glue composition comprising milkfish (Chanos chanos) scales, water, vinegar, and calamansi (Citrus microcarpa) extract. In one embodiment, the composition comprises 13.5% by weight milkfish scales, 73.0% by weight water, 7.7% by weight vinegar, and 5.8% by weight calamansi extract. The composition provides a natural fish scale-based adhesive suitable for use in paper-bonding applications.
