The present invention is directed to the Senantiomer of spiro-oxindole of formula (I), and pharmaceutical composition containing the compound which may be useful in treating diseases or conditions in a mammal, preferably human, which are ameliorated or alleviated by the inhibition of voltage-gated sodium channels.
