Abstract
Claims
OCR21 / 12 / 25661. A conveying device designed for lifting workpieces while they are suspended. The conveying device consists of: a number of conveying parts, each designed to perform intermittent conveying where conveying and stopping are alternated; a suspension mechanism attached to a number of conveying parts and including rods, each designed to suspend the workpiece; and guide rails arranged in the conveying direction of a number of conveying parts in a manner that makes contact with the rods. The rods are attached to allow for swaying, considering the number of conveying parts, and are designed so that the workpiece can be suspended from one end of each rod. The guide rails have sides that make contact with the rods during conveying and have a wave-like shape in which protruding and retracting sections are arranged alternately in the conveying direction.2.
1. A transport device under claim 1 where the guide rail is constructed from two plates stacked together in such a way that the positions of the wavy protruding sections are shifted apart and the positions of the wavy indenting sections are shifted apart.
3. A transport device under claim 1 where each protruding section of the guide rail is in the form of an arc.
4. A transport device under claim 1 where the sides on which the protruding and indenting sections are arranged alternately are constructed by straight lines.
5. A transport device under claim 4 where the sides on which the protruding and indenting sections are arranged alternately are constructed in a sawtooth shape.
6. A transport device under claim 5 where: in the sawtooth shape, one of the two sides with vertices between them is constructed to slope more gradually than the other side; and one side which is constructed to slope more gradually is positioned further from the origin in terms of the transport direction relative to the other side. 7.The material handling device under claim 1 where: the guide rails consist of a pair of guide rails; and the pair of guide rails are arranged facing each other with a bar section between them.
8. The material handling device under claim 1 where each bar section has a circular cross-section.
9. The material handling device under claim 1 where the guide rails are constructed of metal.
