Abstract

The olive crusher is an olive crushing machine used in the olive oil industry. This device has a simple yet robust design to solve the technical problems encountered. Our invention consists of a fixed sieve at the center of which is a rotating star equipped with hammers to crush the olives and separate the pulp from the pits. Furthermore, a sealing system prevents motor damage, and a sieve with light-filled holes ensures a good texture for the resulting paste. In conclusion, the olive mill addresses the problems faced by industrial users and promotes optimal grinding.
