Description

Wearable electronic devices and blood pressure measurement devices, airbag assemblies and electrical connectors

[0001] This application claims priority to the Chinese patent application filed with the China Patent Office on June 25, 2023, with application number: 202321625991.3 and application name: "Wearable electronic device and blood pressure measurement device, airbag assembly and electrical connector", all contents of which are incorporated by reference into this application. Technical Field

[0002] The present application relates to the field of electronic equipment, and in particular to a wearable electronic device, a blood pressure measuring device, an airbag assembly, and an electrical connector. Background Art

[0003] Measuring blood pressure is an important medical method for monitoring patients' vital signs. Blood pressure is an important indicator of the body's vital signs. The level of blood pressure can help determine whether multiple indicators such as the body's heart function, blood flow, blood volume, and vasoconstriction and vasodilation are normally coordinated. If the blood pressure rises or falls abnormally, it indicates that there may be some abnormality in these factors. Long-term high blood pressure can cause relatively large damage to blood vessels and multiple organs throughout the body. If the blood pressure drops suddenly, it is also highly suggestive of insufficient blood volume, abnormal vascular dilation, and severe damage to heart function. Therefore, monitoring the level of blood pressure can help determine the health of the human body and the changes in the condition of critically ill patients.

[0004] As people's living standards continue to improve, people today pay more and more attention to the health of themselves and their families, and blood pressure measurement is particularly important. With the advancement and development of science and technology, blood pressure measurement is no longer limited to traditional cuff measurement. More and more electronic devices also integrate blood pressure measurement devices. For example, wearable electronic devices (electronic watches or phone watches) are equipped with an air bag on the inside of the strap and an air supply device on the watch body. When in use, the air bag is fixed to the human pulse by using the strap, and the blood pressure is measured by measuring the air pressure of the air bag. Some wearable electronic devices also have electronic devices installed at the air bag, which monitor the air pressure information inside the air bag or monitor the environmental information inside the air bag. The electronic device needs to be electrically connected to the processor inside the watch body, so that the electronic device transmits the monitored air pressure information or environmental information to the display module inside the watch body for display after processing by the processor.

[0005] However, for some small wearable electronic devices, when the airbag and the watch body achieve both air and circuit conduction, the airbag and the watch body need to be movably connected, and the layout space between the two is small, resulting in limited structure and difficulty in layout.

[0006] Therefore, the existing small wearable electronic devices have a problem that when the airbag and the body are connected to both the air path and the circuit, their structure is limited and difficult to arrange.

[0007] Utility Model Content

[0008] The embodiments of the present application provide a wearable electronic device and a blood pressure measurement device, an airbag assembly, and an electrical connector, which solve the problem in the prior art that small wearable electronic devices have limited structure and are difficult to arrange when the airbag and the watch body achieve both air and circuit conduction.

[0009] In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides an electrical connector for a wearable electronic device, wherein the wearable electronic device includes a device body and an airbag assembly connected to the device body, wherein the airbag assembly is detachably connected to the device body through an electrical connector; the electrical connector includes a main body portion and a conductive portion, wherein the main body portion is arranged between the airbag assembly and the device body, and the two end portions of the main body portion are respectively connected to the airbag assembly and the device body, and an airflow channel connecting the device body and the airbag assembly is formed inside the main body portion; and the conductive portion is arranged on the peripheral side of the airflow channel, with one end of the conductive portion extending to the airbag assembly and the other end extending to the device body.

[0010] By employing the above-described technical solution, the electrical connector provided herein integrates a main body and a conductive portion, thereby enabling both airflow communication between the airbag assembly and the device body, and also providing electrical connection between the airbag assembly and the device body. The electrical connector in the embodiments of the present application provides both an airflow channel and a conductive structure, resolving structural limitations associated with connecting the airbag assembly to the device body.

[0011] In addition, the conductive part is arranged on the peripheral side of the air flow channel, which can prevent the conductive part from blocking the air flow in the air flow channel.

[0012] In some embodiments, the main body includes a first main body portion and a second main body portion adapted to each other, the first main body portion and the second main body portion are respectively arranged at opposite positions of the device main body and the airbag assembly, and an adaptable and through-going air flow channel is formed inside the first main body portion and the second main body portion, and the air flow channel of the first main body portion and the air flow channel of the second main body portion together constitute the air flow channel of the main body portion; and the conductive portion includes a first conductive portion and a second conductive portion adapted to each other; wherein

[0013] The first conductive part is arranged on the peripheral side of the air flow channel of the first main body part, and the second conductive part is arranged on the peripheral side of the air flow channel of the second main body part; and when the first main body part and the second main body part are adapted and connected to each other, the first conductive part and the second conductive part are electrically conductive.

[0014] By adopting the above technical solution, the first main body part and the second main body part are detachably connected, so that the electrical connector can be easily disassembled when connected between the device body and the airbag assembly, which is conducive to improving the detachability of the electrical connector.

[0015] In some embodiments, a connecting portion is formed at one end of the first main body portion opposite to the second main body portion, and a connected portion is formed at the corresponding end of the second main body portion; and the first main body portion and the second main body portion are detachably connected together through the connecting portion and the connected portion.

[0016] In some embodiments, one of the connecting part and the connected part is formed as a boss structure, and the other is formed as a recessed structure with a matching shape. The boss structure is pluggable and embedded in the recessed structure, and a sealing component is sandwiched between the outer wall surface of the boss structure and the inner wall surface of the recessed structure.

[0017] By adopting the above technical solution, by forming one of the connecting part and the connected part into a boss structure and the other into a shape-matched recessed structure, the first main body part and the second main body part can be embedded in each other when connected, which is conducive to reducing the length of the electrical connector and further reducing the structural limitations when the electrical connector is applied to wearable electronic devices.

[0018] In addition, the provision of a sealing component is conducive to improving the sealing performance of the connection between the first main body part and the second main body part, preventing gas leakage during the inflation and deflation of the airbag body, which affects the accuracy of the measured blood pressure value.

[0019] In some embodiments, the sealing member includes a sealing ring located between an outer wall surface of the boss structure and an inner wall surface of the recessed structure.

[0020] In some embodiments, the first conductive portion is embedded in a sidewall of the first main body portion, and the second conductive portion is embedded in a sidewall of the second main body portion.

[0021] Using this technical solution, the first conductive portion is embedded in the sidewall of the first main body, and the second conductive portion is embedded in the sidewall of the second main body. This not only facilitates the formation of the electrical connector, but also prevents the first or second conductive portion from obstructing airflow through the airflow channel, thereby affecting the accuracy of measurement data.

[0022] In some embodiments, the first conductive part includes at least two first conductive components distributed at circumferential intervals along the first conductive part, and the second conductive part includes at least two second conductive components distributed at circumferential intervals along the second conductive part; each first conductive component of the at least two first conductive components is arranged opposite to and adaptably conductive to a corresponding second conductive component of the at least two second conductive components, and one end of the at least two second conductive members away from the at least two first conductive members constitutes one end of the conductive part, and one end of the at least two first conductive members away from the at least two second conductive members constitutes the other end of the conductive part.

[0023] In some embodiments, the first conductive member and the second conductive member are both configured as metal springs, and one end of the first conductive member extends out of the top of the first main body portion away from one end of the second conductive member, one end of the second conductive member extends out of the bottom of the second main body portion, and the other end extends out of the top of the second main body portion; and, when the first main body portion and the second main body portion are adapted to be connected to each other, the other end of the first conductive member is elastically connected to the other end of the second conductive member.

[0024] By adopting the above technical solution, when the first main body part is connected to the second main body part, one end of the first conductive part can conveniently electrically conduct the device body, and the other end can be engaged with one end of the second conductive part inserted into the first main body part, and the other end of the second conductive part can better electrically engage with the electrical components on the airbag assembly.

[0025] In some embodiments, the first main body portion is disposed on a side wall of the device body opposite the airbag assembly and protrudes toward the second main body portion, and the second main body portion is disposed on a corresponding side wall of the airbag assembly and protrudes toward the device body;

[0026] The first conductive member extends along a protruding direction of the first body portion, and the second conductive member extends along a protruding direction of the second body portion.

[0027] In some embodiments, a bending portion is formed at one end of the first conductive component away from the device body, and a necking structure is formed at one end of the second conductive component away from the airbag assembly. When the first main body part and the second main body part are adapted and connected to each other, the bending portion elastically abuts against the outer wall surface of the necking structure.

[0028] With this technical solution, the end of the second conductive member facing away from the airbag assembly is configured as a tapered structure. This allows the bent portion of the first conductive member to slide along the tapered arc of the tapered structure when the second main body is inserted into the first main body. This increases the bonding area between the first and second conductive members and further enhances connection stability. In other words, the tapered structure guides the first and second conductive members during bonding, preventing them from becoming stuck, and the bent portion increases the contact area between the first and second conductive members.

[0029] In some embodiments, a cross-section of the first conductive portion is an arc-shaped structure.

[0030] By adopting the above technical solution, the cross-section of the first conductive part is an arc-shaped structure, which can further improve the structural elasticity of the first conductive part, thereby improving the bonding force between the first conductive part and the second conductive part, and improving the connection stability between the first conductive part and the second conductive part.

[0031] In second aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides an airbag assembly for a wearable electronic device, including an airbag component, which also includes an electrical connector of the above structure; the airbag component includes an airbag body, a pressure detection component arranged on the airbag body, the airbag body has an inflation chamber, and the side wall of the airbag body is formed with an air inlet connected to the inflation chamber.

[0032] One end of the main body of the electrical connector is connected to the position of the airbag body at the air inlet, and the air flow channel is connected to the air inlet. One end of the conductive part is electrically connected to the terminal of the pressure detection component.

[0033] By adopting the above technical solution, since the airbag assembly integrates the electrical connector of the above structure, when the airbag assembly is applied to a blood pressure measuring device, the electrical connector has both an airflow channel and a conductive structure, which can solve the problem of structural limitations when the airbag component is connected to the device body.

[0034] In some embodiments, the pressure detection component is configured as a flexible structure, and the pressure detection component is disposed in the inflation chamber and laid on the inner wall surface of the airbag body.

[0035] In some embodiments, the pressure detection component is bonded to the inner wall surface of the airbag body by conductive adhesive.

[0036] By adopting the above technical solution, the pressure detection component is bonded to the inner wall surface of the airbag body by conductive adhesive, which is conducive to improving the detection performance of the pressure detection component.

[0037] In some embodiments, the pressure sensing component includes a flexible diaphragm pressure sensor.

[0038] With the above technical solution, since the flexible diaphragm pressure sensor has a bendable structure, when the airbag approaches the arm, the flexible diaphragm pressure sensor can be deformed into a shape that fits the wrist skin due to the wrist, which is conducive to capturing the pressure pulse wave signal of the radial artery of the arm.

[0039] In some embodiments, the length of the flexible diaphragm pressure sensor is set to 30 mm to 40 mm, and the width of the flexible diaphragm pressure sensor is set to 5 mm to 11 mm.

[0040] In some embodiments, when the main body portion includes a first main body portion and a second main body portion, the second main body portion is made of a flexible material.

[0041] By adopting the above technical solution, the second main body portion is made of a flexible material, which is beneficial to the mobility of the electrical connector and the airbag, and is also beneficial to the connection between the second main body portion of the airbag connector and the airbag body.

[0042] In some embodiments, the second main body portion is welded to the airbag body at the air inlet by high frequency welding.

[0043] In some embodiments, one end of the conductive portion is electrically connected to the pressure detection component via a flexible conductive component.

[0044] In some embodiments, the flexible conductive component includes a flexible circuit board, and the flexible circuit board is laid on a side wall of the airbag body.

[0045] With the above technical solution, since the flexible circuit board has a bendable structure, when the airbag approaches the arm, the flexible diaphragm pressure sensor can be deformed by the wrist to fit the shape of the wrist skin, thereby reducing the risk of the flexible conductive component being torn off due to deformation of the airbag body.

[0046] In a third aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a blood pressure measuring device for a wearable electronic device, comprising an air supply and exhaust device, the air supply and exhaust device having an air intake path and an air inflation path, the air intake path being connected to the outside atmosphere; the blood pressure measuring device also comprises an airbag assembly of the above structure; wherein,

[0047] The air charging path of the air supply and exhaust device is connected to the other end of the main body of the electrical connector and communicates with the air flow channel.

[0048] With the above technical solution, since the blood pressure measuring device adopts the airbag assembly of the above structure, the electrical connector has both an airflow channel and a conductive structure, which can solve the problem of structural limitations when connecting the airbag component to the device body.

[0049] In some embodiments, the blood pressure measurement device further includes an air pressure detection component, which is disposed on one side of the air supply and exhaust device and at least detects the air pressure between the inflation air path and the air flow channel.

[0050] In some embodiments, the blood pressure measuring device further includes a housing, and the air pressure detection component and the air supply and exhaust device are both disposed in the housing.

[0051] By adopting the above technical solution, a shell is set outside the air pressure detection component and the air supply and exhaust device. The shell can protect the air pressure detection component and the air supply and exhaust device, especially preventing the air pressure detection component from being disturbed by the external atmosphere, thereby improving the detection accuracy of the blood pressure measurement device.

[0052] In a fourth aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a wearable electronic device, comprising a device body and a strap, the device body comprising a crown, and a display component and a main board component arranged in the crown; the strap is fixedly connected to the end of the crown, for wearing the crown on the human wrist, and the signal end of the display component is communicatively connected to the signal end of the main board component; the wearable electronic device also includes a blood pressure measuring device of the above structure; the other end of the conductive part of the electrical connector is electrically connected to the main board component.

[0053] By adopting the above technical solution, since the electrical connector used in the blood pressure measuring device has both an airflow channel and a conductive structure, when the electrical connector connects the airbag assembly to the device body of the wearable electronic device, it can solve the problem that the airbag assembly and the device body of the wearable electronic device are inconvenient to set up the connecting parts due to structural limitations.

[0054] In some embodiments, the strap includes a surface side and a skin side, and the airbag body is disposed on the skin side of the strap along the length direction of the strap.

[0055] In some embodiments, the pressure detection component is attached to the inner wall of the airbag body away from the strap.

[0056] By adopting the above technical solution, the pressure detection component is arranged on the side of the airbag body close to the skin, which is conducive to bringing the pressure detection component closer to the skin and improving the detection accuracy of the pressure detection component.

[0057] In some embodiments, at least two fixing components are provided on a side wall of the airbag body close to the strap, and the at least two fixing components are provided along the length direction of the airbag body;

[0058] The binding belt is provided with a plurality of connection positions at intervals along the length direction thereof, and at least two fixing components are selectively connected to corresponding connection positions among the plurality of connection positions.

[0059] By adopting the above technical solution, a fixing component is set on the side wall of the airbag body close to the strap, and the strap is provided with multiple connection positions at intervals along its length. When in use, the fixing component is adjusted to fix to different connection positions, so that the airbag body can adapt to the wrists of different users, which is conducive to ensuring the detection accuracy of the wearable electronic device when it is worn on the wrists of different groups of users. [0099] Measuring blood pressure is an important means of monitoring patients' vital signs in medicine. Common methods of measuring blood pressure include auscultation, oscillometric method, and tension measurement method.

[0100] The auscultatory method, also known as the Korotkoff sound method, uses a pressure gauge, cuff, and stethoscope to measure blood pressure. The cuff is first inflated until the pressure exceeds the systolic pressure of the arteries, sealing the blood vessels and preventing blood flow. The cuff is then slowly deflated. When the cuff pressure drops to the same level as the systolic pressure, some arteries open, and blood ejects, forming vortices or turbulence. This causes the blood vessels to vibrate and produces a pulse sound (Korotkoff sounds). The value indicated by the pressure gauge at this point is the systolic pressure. When the cuff pressure falls just below the diastolic pressure, blood flow resumes and the stethoscope emits a shifted pure tone. The value indicated by the pressure gauge at this point is the diastolic pressure. This method is susceptible to the accuracy of the cuff and pressure gauge, as well as subjective interpretation of Korotkoff sounds, introducing significant errors.

[0101] The oscillometric method, also known as the vibration method or oscillation method, measures blood pressure by detecting oscillatory waves beneath a blood cuff. During measurement, the cuff is inflated to block arterial blood flow and then slowly deflated. When the cuff pressure exceeds the systolic pressure, the artery is compressed and occluded, resulting in a small oscillatory wave. When the cuff pressure is less than the systolic pressure, the amplitude increases. When the cuff pressure equals the mean pressure, the arterial wall is unloaded, and the amplitude reaches its maximum value. When the cuff pressure is less than the diastolic pressure, the arterial lumen expands, increasing its rigidity and maintaining a low amplitude. The cuff pressure corresponding to the oscillation wave envelope indirectly reflects arterial blood pressure. While the oscillometric method avoids the shortcomings of the auscultatory method, which are susceptible to environmental interference and operator subjective influence, and can accurately measure mean pressure, its accuracy is still affected by upper limb muscle contraction and atrial fibrillation.

[0102] The tension measurement method is primarily used for measuring blood pressure in superficial arteries. It measures arterial blood pressure by applying external pressure vertically to a surface artery located near the bone. During measurement, external pressure is applied to the portion of the surface artery near the bone, causing the stress (tension) within the vessel wall to change. When the external force reaches a certain value, the vessel flattens, and the intravascular pressure equals the external force. At this point, the pressure measured by the pressure sensor is proportional to the arterial blood pressure. Therefore, the arterial pressure wave can be obtained from the pressure sensor output, and the blood pressure value can be inferred from the pressure wave. This measurement method requires that the pressure sensor be precisely positioned directly above the pressed portion of the artery being measured, and that an appropriately large and continuously adjustable downward pressure be applied to the pressure sensor. This makes the actual measurement operation quite difficult.

[0103] The above three blood pressure measurement methods all have the problems of inconvenience in use or low measurement accuracy.

[0104] To improve the convenience of blood pressure measurement, some wearable devices have integrated blood pressure measurement functionality. When a user wears a wearable device, they can measure their blood pressure and obtain real-time blood pressure information. This significantly improves the convenience of traditional blood pressure measurement methods.

[0105] A wearable electronic device is a portable device that can be integrated into a user's clothing or accessories. It has computing capabilities and can be connected to mobile phones and various terminal devices. A wearable electronic device can be a wrist watch.

[0106] Taking a wristwatch as an example, please refer to Figures 1a-1c. Figure 1a is a schematic diagram of the three-dimensional structure of a wristwatch in some embodiments. Figure 1b is a schematic diagram of the principle of a wristwatch in some embodiments. Figure 1c is a schematic diagram of the connection structure between the watch body and the airbag in some embodiments.

[0107] As shown in Figures 1a-1c, the wristwatch includes a watch body 10', a watch strap 20', an airbag 30', a micropump 40', an air pressure sensor 50', and a connecting device 60'. The watch strap 20' is used to attach the watch body 10' to the user's wrist. The airbag 30' is located on one side of the watch strap 20' and is designed to contact the user's wrist when the watch body 10' is worn. To facilitate blood pressure measurement, the airbag 30' is typically made of a flexible material. For example, the airbag 30' can be made of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), or silicone. The airbag 30' is used to inflate or deflate the inner cavity of the airbag 30'. The air pressure sensor 50' is connected to the inner cavity of the airbag 30' and is used to detect the pressure signal during the inflation or deflation process of the micropump 40'.

[0108] The connecting device 60' of the wristwatch is arranged between the airbag 30' and the watchband 20', and is used to connect the micro pump 40' and the inner cavity of the airbag 30'. The micro pump 40' and the inner cavity of the airbag 30' are in air communication.

[0109] As shown in Figure 1b, the connecting device 60' is connected to the micropump 40' via a connecting air path 61'. Furthermore, a processor 11' and a connecting circuit 12' are provided within the meter body 10'. The micropump 40' is electrically connected to the processor 12' within the meter body 10' via the connecting circuit 12'. Furthermore, the air pressure sensor 50' is also electrically connected to the processor 12' within the meter body 10'.

[0110] When measuring blood pressure, the watch body 10' is secured to the wrist via the strap 20'. The processor 11' controls the micropump 40' to inflate the inner cavity of the airbag 30'. During the inflation process, the air pressure sensor 50' sends the detected inner cavity pressure signal to the processor 11', which then determines the blood pressure value at the wrist. Specifically, during measurement, the micropump 40' inflates the inner cavity of the airbag 30' to block arterial blood flow. When the air pressure in the airbag 30' is less than the systolic pressure, the amplitude increases. When the air pressure in the airbag 30' is equal to the mean pressure, the arterial wall is unloaded, and the amplitude reaches its maximum value. When the air pressure in the airbag 30' is higher than the systolic pressure, the artery is compressed and occluded, resulting in a small oscillatory wave. The cuff pressure corresponding to the oscillatory wave envelope indirectly reflects the arterial blood pressure.

[0111] When using this wristwatch to measure blood pressure, the user's blood pressure information is also determined by detecting the pressure signal in the inner cavity. Its accuracy is still affected by upper limb muscle contraction, atrial fibrillation, etc.

[0112] Furthermore, when determining blood pressure, this wristwatch uses an internal pressure sensor 50' to measure the pressure within the airbag 30', extracting a weak pulse wave signal from it, and then inferring the person's blood pressure based on the pressure within the airbag 30'. However, in actual measurement, the pressure sensor 50' does not directly detect the air pressure within the airbag 30', and the measured pressure value does not accurately reflect the actual pressure within the airbag 30'. Furthermore, due to variations in wrist circumference, airbag length, material, and wearability, the pressure sensor within the watch may sometimes experience malfunctions in sensing this signal, resulting in inaccurate measurements or unsuitability for certain individuals.

[0113] In addition, some wristwatches incorporate electronic components within the airbag 30' to monitor air pressure or environmental conditions within the airbag. These components are electrically connected to a processor 11' within the watch body 10', allowing the processor 11' to process the monitored air pressure or environmental information and calculate blood pressure. However, as shown in Figure 1c, this connection device 60' only enables ventilation, not electrical conductivity. This would require the introduction of other components, such as wires. For some small wearable electronic devices, the space between the airbag 30' and the watch body 10' is limited, making their layout difficult and restrictive.

[0114] Therefore, the existing wrist watch has the problems of poor blood pressure measurement accuracy and structural limitations when the air bag and the watch body achieve both air path conduction and circuit conduction.

[0115] Please refer to FIG2 , which is a schematic diagram of the principle of a wearable electronic device 10 provided in an embodiment of the present application.

[0116] As shown in FIG2 , an embodiment of the present application provides a wearable electronic device 10. The wearable electronic device 10 includes a device body 200, a strap 600, and an airbag assembly 300. The device body 200 includes a crown 210, a display component 220, and a mainboard component 230. The display component 220 and the mainboard component 230 are arranged in the crown 210. The strap 600 is fixedly connected to the end of the crown 210 and is used to wear the crown 210 on the human wrist. The signal end of the display component 220 is communicatively connected to the signal end of the mainboard component 230. The airbag assembly 300 includes an airbag body 310 and a pressure detection component 320. The pressure detection component 320 is arranged in the airbag body 310. The airbag body 310 has an inflation chamber, and the side wall of the airbag body 310 is formed with an air inlet connected to the inflation chamber. The device body 200 and the airbag body 310 are connected to each other. 10 is connected through an electrical connector 100. An air pressure detection component 400 is also provided on one side of the main board component 230. When the wearable electronic device 10 is used to measure blood pressure, the air pressure detection component 400 can be used to detect the air pressure value of the inflation chamber, and the pressure detection component 320 can detect the pulse wave amplitude of the user's wrist. The main board component 230 can determine the blood pressure value in combination with the air pressure value of the airbag body 310 and the pulse wave amplitude of the user's wrist, which is beneficial to improving the accuracy of blood pressure measurement of the wearable electronic device 10.

[0117] To facilitate air supply and exhaust of the airbag body 310, the device body 200 also includes an air pump 240. The electrical connector 100 is used to establish air communication between the inflation chamber of the airbag body 310 and the air pump 240, while also providing electrical connection between the pressure detection component 320 and the main board component 230. The electrical connector 100 in this embodiment provides both an airflow channel and a conductive structure, resolving structural limitations when connecting the airbag assembly 300 to the device body 200.

[0118] The electrical connector 100 of the airbag in the embodiment of the present application can be applied to a wearable electronic device 10, can be applied to a blood pressure measuring device, or can be applied to an airbag assembly.

[0119] The wearable electronic device 10 may be a watch, smart wristband, portable music player, health monitoring device, computing or gaming device, smartphone, accessory, etc. In some embodiments, the wearable electronic device 10 may be a watch worn around the user's wrist. The blood pressure measurement device may be an instrument for measuring blood pressure, such as a sphygmomanometer or blood pressure monitor. The airbag assembly may be a component including an airbag and air supply and exhaust components.

[0120] The structure and usage principle of the electrical connector 100 are described in detail below using a wearable electronic device as an example.

[0121] Please refer to FIG. 3 , which is a schematic cross-sectional view of the integrated electrical connector 100 of the airbag assembly provided in an embodiment of the present application.

[0122] As shown in Figure 3, the airbag electrical connector 100 includes a main body 110 and a conductive portion 120. The main body 110 is connected to the airbag assembly 300 and the device body 200 at both ends, respectively. An airflow channel 113 is formed within the main body 110, connecting the device body 200 and the airbag assembly 300 (see Figures 2 and 7a). The conductive portion 120 is disposed around the periphery of the airflow channel 113, with one end extending to the airbag assembly 300 and the other end extending to the device body 200. The conductive portion 120 can be a metal conductive sheet, such as a steel sheet, a copper sheet, an aluminum sheet, or any other metal conductive sheet.

[0123] The specific material of the main body 110 is not limited. In one example, the main body 110 can be a flexible structure configured to be the same material as the airbag, for example, TPU.

[0124] TPU refers to thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, also known as thermoplastic polyurethane rubber. It is a (AB)n-type segmented linear polymer, where A is a high molecular weight (1000-6000) polyester or polyether, B is a diol with 2-12 linear carbon atoms, and the chemical structure between the AB segments is diisocyanate. Thermoplastic polyurethane rubber is crosslinked by intermolecular hydrogen bonds or by light crosslinking between macromolecular chains. Both crosslinking structures are reversible with increasing or decreasing temperature. In the molten state or solution, intermolecular forces weaken, but after cooling or solvent evaporation, strong intermolecular forces re-establish the bonds, restoring the original solid properties. Typical TPUs include spandex.

[0125] The specific location of the conductive portion 120 in the main body 110 is not limited. In one example, the conductive portion 120 can be embedded in the peripheral sidewall of the main body 110, so as to prevent the conductive portion 120 from damping the airflow in the main body 110.

[0126] It should be noted that the specific structure of the main body 110 of the electrical connector 100 is not limited, and the specific structure of the conductive portion 120 is not limited. The main body 110 of the electrical connector 100 can be a unitary structure (such as the structure shown in FIG. 3 ) or a split structure (such as the structures shown in FIG. 4 a to FIG. 4 c ).

[0127] Please refer to Figures 4a to 4c. Figure 4a is an exploded structural diagram of the split electrical connector 100 for the airbag assembly provided in an embodiment of the present application from one perspective. Figure 4a-1 is an exploded structural diagram of the split electrical connector 100 for the airbag assembly provided in an embodiment of the present application from another perspective. Figure 4b is a schematic diagram of the first assembly structure of the split electrical connector 100 for the airbag assembly provided in an embodiment of the present application. Figure 4c is a schematic diagram of the second assembly structure of the split electrical connector 100 for the airbag assembly provided in an embodiment of the present application.

[0128] As shown in Figures 4a and 4a-1, in some embodiments, the airbag electrical connector 100 can be a split structure. The main body 110 includes a first main portion 111 and a second main portion 112 that adapt to each other. The first and second main portions 111, 112 are respectively disposed at opposing locations of the device body 200 and the airbag assembly 300. The first and second main portions 111, 112 have an adaptable, interpenetrating airflow channel 113 formed therein.

[0129] The conductive portion 120 includes a first conductive portion 121 and a second conductive portion 122 that fit together. The first conductive portion 121 is disposed around the airflow channel 113 of the first main portion 111, and the second conductive portion 122 is disposed around the airflow channel 113 of the second main portion 112. When the first main portion 111 and the second main portion 112 are fitted and connected to each other, the first conductive portion 121 and the second conductive portion 122 are electrically conductive.

[0130] A connecting portion is formed at one end portion opposite to the second main body portion 111, and a connected portion is formed at the corresponding end portion of the second main body portion 112; the first main body portion 111 and the second main body portion 112 are detachably connected together through the connecting portion and the connected portion (as shown in the state of Figure 4b).

[0131] It should be understood that the embodiment of the present application connects the first main body part 111 and the second main body part 112 detachably, so that the electrical connector 100 can be easily disassembled when connected between the device body 200 and the airbag assembly 300, which is conducive to improving the disassembly and assembly of the electrical connector 100.

[0132] In one embodiment, the specific structures of the connecting portion and the connected portion are not limited. In one embodiment, one of the connecting portion and the connected portion is formed as a boss structure 110B, and the other is formed as a recessed structure 110A with a matching shape. The boss structure 110B is pluggable and embedded in the recessed structure 110A, and a sealing member is sandwiched between the outer wall surface of the boss structure and the inner wall surface of the recessed structure.

[0133] By forming one of the connecting part and the connected part into a boss structure 110B and the other into a shape-matched recessed structure 110A, the first main body part 111 and the second main body part 112 can be embedded in each other when connected, which is conducive to reducing the length of the electrical connector 100 and further reducing the structural limitations of the electrical connector 100 when applied to the wearable electronic device 10.

[0134] It should be understood that, as shown in Figure 4a-1, the first main body part 111 can form a recessed structure 110A, and the second main body part 112 can form a boss structure 110B. When the first main body part 111 and the second main body part 112 are connected, the boss structure 110B of the second main body part 112 is embedded in the recessed structure 110A of the first main body part 111.

[0135] Alternatively, the first main body portion 111 may form a boss structure 110B, and the second main body portion 112 may form a recessed structure 110A. When the first main body portion 111 and the second main body portion 112 are connected, the boss structure 110B of the first main body portion 111 is embedded in the recessed structure 110A of the second main body portion 112 .

[0136] In actual design, as shown in Figure 4b, the inner cavity size of the first main body part 111 can be set to be larger than the outer wall size of the second main body part 112. When the first main body part 111 and the second main body part 112 are connected, the second main body part 112 is embedded in the first main body part 111 as a whole.

[0137] Alternatively, the inner cavity size of the second main body part 112 may be set to be larger than the outer wall size of the first main body part 111 , and when the first main body part 111 and the second main body part 112 are connected, the first main body part 111 is entirely embedded in the second main body part 112 .

[0138] In the above configuration, the first body portion 111 may form the boss structure 110B, and the second body portion 112 may form the recessed structure 110A; alternatively, the second body portion 112 may form the boss structure 110B, and the first body portion 111 may form the recessed structure 110A. The first body portion 111 and the second body portion 112 may be integrally or partially embedded in a connection. This is not a sole requirement in the present embodiment.

[0139] Optionally, as shown in FIG. 4 a and FIG. 4 a - 1 , the sealing member 130 includes a sealing ring located between the outer wall surface of the boss structure 110B and the inner wall surface of the recessed structure 110B.

[0140] It should be understood that the sealing member 130 can also be a sealing member such as a sealing strip or a sealing foam located between the outer wall surface of the boss structure and the inner wall surface of the recessed structure.

[0141] The provision of the sealing member 130 is beneficial for improving the sealing performance of the connection between the first main body portion 111 and the second main body portion 112 , thereby preventing gas leakage during the inflation and deflation of the airbag body 310 and affecting the accuracy of the measured blood pressure value.

[0142] The first conductive portion 121 is embedded in a sidewall of the first main portion 111 , and the second conductive portion 122 is embedded in a sidewall of the second main portion 112 .

[0143] This configuration allows at least the end of the first conductive portion 121 to be located outside the first main body 111, and at least the end of the second conductive portion 122 to be located outside the second main body 112. When the first main body 111 and the second main body 112 are connected, one end of the first conductive portion 121 can better electrically connect to the device body 200, while the other end can engage with one end of the second conductive portion 122. Furthermore, the other end of the second conductive portion 122 can better electrically connect to the electrical components of the airbag assembly 300.

[0144] As shown in Figures 4a, 4a-1, 4b, and 4c, the first conductive portion 121 includes at least two first conductive members 1211 spaced apart along the circumference of the first conductive portion 121, and the second conductive portion 122 includes at least two second conductive members 1221 spaced apart along the circumference of the second conductive portion 122. Each first conductive member 1211 is disposed opposite to a corresponding second conductive member 1221 and can be adapted to conduct electricity thereto.

[0145] It should be understood that the first conductive members 1211 may be provided in pairs, for example, 2, 4, 6, etc. The number of the second conductive members 1221 provided corresponds to the number of the first conductive members.

[0146] During processing:

[0147] For the first main body 111, multiple first conductive members 1211 can be placed in a mold in a circular shape and evenly spaced apart. TPU material can then be injection-molded around the multiple first conductive members 1211 to encapsulate the multiple first conductive members 1211. During the injection molding process, the TPU material can be molded into a hollow structure to form the airflow channel 113.

[0148] For the second main body portion, multiple second conductive members 1221 can be placed in a mold in a circular shape, evenly spaced apart. The spacing between the multiple second conductive members 1221 is equal to the spacing between the multiple first conductive members 1211. TPU material is then injection-molded around the multiple second conductive members 1221 to encapsulate the multiple second conductive members 1221. During the injection molding process, the TPU material is molded into a hollow structure to form the airflow channel 113 corresponding to the first main body portion 111.

[0149] It should be further understood that when the first body portion 111 and the second body portion 112 are injection molded, the inner diameter of the first body portion 111 is injection molded to a size that matches the outer diameter of the second body portion 112 .

[0150] When the first body portion 111 and the second body portion 112 are connected, the second body portion 112 may be embedded in the first body portion 111 .

[0151] In one embodiment, the first conductive member 1211 and the second conductive member 1221 can both be set as metal springs, and the end of the first conductive member 1211 away from the second conductive member 1221 extends out of the top of the first main body part 111, that is, the part of the first conductive member 1211 located on the side of the device body 200 protrudes from the first main body part 111, which is conducive to the connection between the first conductive member 1211 and the circuit inside the device body 200.

[0152] One end of the second conductive member 1221 extends from the bottom of the second main body portion 112 (i.e., the portion of the second main body portion 112 facing the device body 200), and the other end extends from the top of the second main body portion 112 (i.e., the portion of the second main body portion 112 facing the airbag assembly 300). The protruding portion of the second conductive member 1221 located within the airbag assembly 300 is connected to the circuitry within the airbag assembly 200. When the first and second main bodies 111, 112 are mated and connected, the other end of the first conductive member 1211 and the other end of the second conductive member 1221 elastically abut against each other.

[0153] The metal spring may be a metal conductive sheet, for example, a steel sheet, a copper sheet, an aluminum sheet or other metal conductive sheet.

[0154] Through the above-mentioned structure, the first conductive component 1211 and the second conductive component 1221 can not only conduct electricity, but also can be in elastic contact when the first conductive component 1211 and the second conductive component 1221 are joined, which can make the connection stability between the first conductive component 1211 and the second conductive component 1221 better.

[0155] In one embodiment, the first main body portion 111 is arranged on the side wall of the device body 200 opposite to the airbag assembly 300 and protrudes toward the second main body portion 112 (see Figure 6d-2), and the second main body portion 112 is arranged on the corresponding side wall of the airbag assembly 300 and protrudes toward the device body 200. A flange structure 1121 is formed at the end of the second main body portion 112 away from the first main body portion 111. When connected to the airbag assembly 300, it is connected through the flange structure 1121, which is conducive to increasing the connection area between the electrical connector 100 and the airbag assembly 300 and improving the connection strength between the electrical connector 100 and the airbag assembly 300.

[0156] The first conductive member 1211 extends along a protruding direction of the first body portion 111 , and the second conductive member 1221 extends along a protruding direction of the second body portion 112 .

[0157] In one embodiment, a bending portion 1211A may be formed at one end of the first conductive member 1211 away from the device body 200, and a necking structure 1221A may be formed at one end of the second conductive member 1221 away from the airbag assembly 300. When the first main body portion 111 and the second main body portion 112 are adapted and connected to each other, the bending portion 1211A elastically abuts against the outer wall surface of the necking structure 1221A.

[0158] The cross section of the first conductive portion 121 may be an arc-shaped structure.

[0159] With this configuration, the end of the second conductive member 1221, facing away from the airbag assembly 300, is formed into a tapered structure 1221A. This allows the bent portion 1211A of the first conductive member 1211 to slide along the tapered arc of the tapered structure 1221A when the second main body 122 is inserted into the first main body 111. This increases the bonding area between the first and second conductive members 1211, 1221, and further enhances connection stability. In other words, the tapered structure guides the first and second conductive members 1211, 1221, preventing them from becoming stuck, while the bent portion increases the contact area between the first and second conductive members 1211, 1221.

[0160] In addition, the arc-shaped cross-section of the first conductive portion 121 can further enhance the structural elasticity of the first conductive portion 121 , thereby enhancing the bonding force between the first conductive portion 121 and the second conductive portion 122 and improving the connection stability between the first conductive portion 121 and the second conductive portion 122 .

[0161] Taking the second main body portion 112 partially embedded in the first main body portion 111 as an example, when the first main body portion 111 and the second main body portion 112 need to be connected, the boss structure 110B on the second main body portion 112 is inserted into the recessed structure 110A on the first main body portion 111, and the other end of the first conductive member 1211 extends out and extends to the recessed structure 110A. The portion of the first conductive member 1211 located in the recessed structure 110A forms a bent portion 1211A. When the second main body portion 111 is connected to the second main body portion 112, the boss structure 110B on the second main body portion 112 is inserted into the recessed structure 110A on the first main body portion 111. When the boss structure 110B on 12 is inserted into the recessed structure 110A on the first main body part 111, the bent portion 1211A on the first conductive component 1211 slides along the necking structure 1221A at the end of the second conductive component 1221 to the peripheral side of the second conductive component 1221, so that the bent portion 1211A on the first conductive component 1211 is pressed and elastically contacted with the side wall surface of the second conductive component 1221, thereby realizing electrical conduction between the first conductive component 1211 and the second conductive component 1221.

[0162] In some embodiments, the cross-section of the second conductive portion 122 may also be configured as an arc-shaped structure.

[0163] Regarding the second aspect, please refer to Figures 5a-5c. Figure 5a is a schematic diagram of the three-dimensional structure of the airbag assembly 10B provided in an embodiment of the present application. Figure 5b is a schematic diagram of the partial cross-sectional structure of the airbag assembly 10B provided in an embodiment of the present application. Figure 5c is a schematic diagram of the partial structure of the airbag assembly 10B provided in an embodiment of the present application.

[0164] As shown in Figures 5a-5c, an embodiment of the present application further provides an airbag assembly 10B for a wearable electronic device, including an airbag component 300. The electrical connector 100 described in each embodiment above can be integrated into the airbag assembly, forming a single unit with the airbag component 300. The airbag component 300 includes an airbag body 310 and a pressure sensing component 320 disposed on the airbag body 310. The airbag body 310 has an inflation chamber, and an air inlet 311 is formed on the sidewall of the airbag body 310 and communicates with the inflation chamber. The second main body portion 112 of the main body 110 is connected to the airbag body 310 at the location of the air inlet 311, and the airflow channel 113 is connected to the air inlet. One end of the conductive portion 120 is electrically connected to the terminal of the pressure sensing component 320.

[0165] It should be noted that the specific structure and type of the pressure detection component 320 are not limited. In some embodiments, the pressure detection component 320 can be configured as a flexible structure, and the pressure detection component 320 is disposed in the inflation chamber and laid on the inner wall of the airbag body 310.

[0166] In some embodiments, the pressure detection component 320 may be bonded to the inner wall surface of the airbag body 310 by conductive adhesive.

[0167] In some embodiments, the pressure sensing component 320 may include a flexible diaphragm pressure sensor.

[0168] It should be understood that the flexible diaphragm pressure sensor can be a PVDF thin film piezoelectric sensor, specifically one of various types of pressure sensors such as a pressure-capacitive pressure sensor, a piezoresistive pressure sensor, and a TENG pressure sensor.

[0169] PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) refers to a homopolymer of vinyl with the molecular formula PVDF (vinylidene fluoride) or a copolymer of vinylidene fluoride with other small amounts of fluorinated vinyl monomers. It combines the characteristics of both fluororesins and general-purpose resins. In addition to excellent resistance to chemical corrosion, high temperatures, oxidation, weathering, and radiation, it also possesses special properties such as piezoelectricity, dielectricity, and thermoelectricity. It is a soluble fluorocarbon resin for coatings, made from a homopolymer of vinylidene fluoride (VDF) with a purity of ≥99.99%. Fluorocarbon coatings made from 70% PVDF resin, applied by spraying or roller coating followed by baking, exhibit unparalleled weather resistance and processability. It appears as translucent or white powder or granules, with close arrangement of molecular chains and strong hydrogen bonds. It has an oxygen index of 46%, is non-flammable, has a crystallinity of 65% to 78%, a density of 1.77 to 1.80 g / cm3, a melting point of 172°C, a heat deformation temperature of 112 to 145°C, and a long-term use temperature of -40 to 150°C.

[0170] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 5 c , the length L of the flexible diaphragm pressure sensor (pressure detection component 320 ) is set to 30 mm to 40 mm, and the width H of the flexible diaphragm pressure sensor is set to 5 mm to 11 mm.

[0171] It should be understood that the length of the flexible diaphragm pressure sensor can be set to any size between 30 mm and 40 mm, such as 30 mm, 35.5 mm, 40 mm, etc. The width of the flexible diaphragm pressure sensor can be set to any size between 5 mm and 11 mm, such as 5 mm, 8.5 mm, 11 mm, etc.

[0172] In some embodiments, the second main body portion 112 and the airbag body 310 are made of the same flexible material, for example, both can be made of TPU.

[0173] In some embodiments, the second main body portion 112 is welded to the airbag body 310 at the air inlet 311 by high frequency welding. Specifically, the flange structure 1121 (see FIG. 4c ) is welded to the airbag body 310 at the air inlet 311 by high frequency welding.

[0174] It should be understood that the flange structure 1121 can also be sealed and fixed to the airbag body 310 at the position of the air inlet 311 by gluing or other methods.

[0175] In some embodiments, as shown in Figure 5c, one end of the second conductive portion 122 is electrically connected to the pressure sensing component 320 via a flexible conductive component 340. The flexible conductive component 340 comprises a flexible circuit board, which is laid on a side wall of the airbag body 310. The flexible circuit board and the flexible diaphragm pressure sensor can be disposed within the airbag body 310 and located on the same side wall of the airbag. Both are bonded to the inner wall of the airbag body 310 using conductive adhesive.

[0176] Flexible printed circuit boards (FPCs) are highly reliable and flexible printed circuit boards made from polyimide or polyester film. They are characterized by high wiring density, light weight, thinness, and excellent flexibility.

[0177] In some embodiments, a fixing component 330 is further fixedly connected to the airbag body 310, and the fixing component 330 is used to connect to the strap 600 of the wearable electronic device 10. The fixing component 330 can be a buckle, a mushroom nail, etc.

[0178] Regarding the third aspect, please refer to Figures 6a to 6f. Figure 6a is a schematic diagram of the principle of an embodiment of the blood pressure measuring device 10A provided in an embodiment of the present application. Figure 6b is a structural schematic diagram of the blood pressure measuring device provided in an embodiment of the present application from one perspective. Figure 6c is a structural schematic diagram of the blood pressure measuring device provided in an embodiment of the present application from another perspective. Figure 6d is a side structural schematic diagram of the blood pressure measuring device provided in an embodiment of the present application. Figure 6d-1 is a schematic diagram of the cross-sectional structure in the AA direction of Figure 6d. Figure 6d-2 is a partially enlarged structural schematic diagram of Figure 6d-1. Figure 6e is a schematic diagram of the partial structure of the blood pressure measuring device provided in an embodiment of the present application. Figure 6f is a schematic diagram of the principle of another embodiment of the blood pressure measuring device provided in an embodiment of the present application.

[0179] As shown in Figure 6a, the blood pressure measurement device 10A includes an air supply and exhaust device 500, which has an air intake path 2402 and an inflation path 2401. The air intake path 2402 is connected to the outside atmosphere. The airbag assembly 10B of each embodiment described above can be used in the blood pressure measurement device 10A. The other end of the electrical connector 100 is connected to the inflation path 2401 of the air supply and exhaust device 10A and communicates with the air flow channel 113 (see Figure 4a). The air pressure detection component 400 is disposed on one side of the air supply and exhaust device 500 and is used to detect the air pressure in the inflation path 2401.

[0180] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 6b, 6c, 6d-1, and 6d-2, the air supply and exhaust device 500 includes an air pump 240, which may be a micro air pump. The blood pressure measurement device 10A further includes a housing 510, in which the air supply and exhaust device 500 is disposed.

[0181] When the blood pressure measurement device 10A employs the aforementioned electrical connector, the first main portion 111 is disposed on the side wall of the device body opposite the airbag assembly 300 and protrudes toward the second main portion 112. This may be disposed on the side wall of the device body opposite the airbag assembly 300 and the air supply and exhaust device 500. A first conductive member 1211 extends along the protruding direction of the first main portion 111, and a second conductive member 1221 extends along the protruding direction of the second main portion 112. A flange structure 1121 is formed at the end of the second main portion 112 distal from the first main portion 111, integrally forming the second main portion 112 with the airbag body 310 via the flange structure 1121. Furthermore, a mounting structure 350 is formed at the end of the airbag body 310, through which the airbag body 310 is mounted to the air supply and exhaust device 500.

[0182] When the first body portion 111 and the second body portion 112 are connected, the sealing member 130 is sealed between the inner wall surface of the first body portion 111 and the outer wall surface of the second body portion 112 .

[0183] The air supply and exhaust device 500 and the airbag body 310 are in communication with each other through the airflow channel 113 . For example, in the direction of the dotted arrow shown in FIG. 6 d - 2 , the gas in the air supply and exhaust device 500 enters the airbag body 310 through the airflow channel 113 .

[0184] 6e, the end of the first conductive portion 121 away from the second conductive portion 122 is electrically connected to the connection circuit 250 in the air supply and exhaust device 500 through the connector 251. The connection circuit 250 is located in the housing 510, and the connector 251 can be a conductive structure such as a metal sheet.

[0185] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG6f , the blood pressure measurement device 10A further includes a processor 520. The processor 520 may include one or more processing units, such as an application processor (AP), a modem processor, a graphics processing unit (GPU), an image signal processor (ISP), a controller, a memory, a video codec, a digital signal processor (DSP), a baseband processor, and / or a neural-network processing unit (NPU). The different processing units may be independent devices or integrated into one or more processors. The controller may serve as the nerve center and command center of the wristwatch. The controller may generate operation control signals based on instruction opcodes and timing signals to control instruction fetching and execution. The processor 520 may also include a memory for storing instructions and data. The memory in the processor 520 is a high-speed cache memory. This memory may store instructions or data that have just been used or are being recycled by the processor 520. If the processor 520 needs to use the instruction or data again, it can be directly called from the memory, avoiding repeated access, reducing the waiting time of the processor 520, and thus improving the efficiency of the wearable device.

[0186] During use, the air pump 240 is used to draw gas into the airbag body 310. The air pump 240 is started and stopped under the instructions of the processor 520. For example, the blood pressure measurement device 10A may further include an air pump control unit 241. The air pump control unit 241 is electrically connected to the air pump 240 and the processor 520, respectively. The processor 520 can control the start and stop of the air pump 240 through the air pump control unit 241. For example, the processor 520 can send a start instruction and a stop instruction to the air pump control unit 241. When the air pump control unit 241 receives the start instruction, it can control the air pump 240 to start working and draw gas into the airbag body 310 to perform blood pressure measurement, gas composition measurement, heat dissipation treatment, etc. When the air pump control unit 241 receives the stop instruction, it can control the air pump 240 to stop working.

[0187] During blood pressure measurement, air is pumped into the airbag body 310 through the air pump 240. The pumping speed is fast, and the airbag body 310 can be quickly filled with gas. When the gas in the airbag body 310 is relatively sufficient, it can improve the blood pressure measurement results and improve the accuracy of blood pressure measurement of the wearable device.

[0188] In some embodiments, the blood pressure measurement device 10A may further include a power chip (not shown in the figure), which is electrically connected to the air pump 240 and the processor 520 respectively. The processor 520 can control the power chip to output voltage to the air pump 240.

[0189] The air pump 240 may be a rotor pump, and the rotation speed of the air pump 240 may be related to the input voltage. The higher the voltage provided to the air pump 240, the greater the rotation speed of the air pump 240, which enables the gas to fill the airbag faster.

[0190] The air pump 240 may also be a piezoelectric air pump. The amplitude of the air pump 240 may be related to the input voltage. The higher the voltage provided to the air pump 240, the greater the amplitude of the air pump 240, which can enable the gas to fill the airbag faster.

[0191] For the two types of air pumps described above, technicians can set the gear of the air pump 240 based on the voltage provided to the air pump 240. For example, in the high gear of the air pump 240, the power chip provides a higher voltage to the air pump 240; in the medium gear of the air pump 240, the power chip provides a medium voltage to the air pump 240; and in the low gear of the air pump 240, the power chip provides a lower voltage to the air pump 240. In some applications, such as blood pressure measurement, the processor 520 can control the power chip to input a high-gear voltage to the air pump 240; in other applications, such as gas composition measurement, the processor can control the power chip to input a low-gear voltage to the air pump 240.

[0192] The air pressure detection component 400 can be an air pressure sensor 410. The air pressure sensor 410 is an instrument for measuring the absolute pressure of a gas. It is mainly suitable for physical experiments related to gas pressure, such as gas laws, and can also measure the pressure of dry, non-corrosive gases in biological and chemical experiments. Generally, digital output products are mostly patch-type, miniature, and modular products (such as BA5803, BP5607, BT5611, etc.). Digital output products do not require amplification circuits, temperature compensation circuits, zero point calibration, etc. during use, making them more convenient to use.

[0193] The blood pressure measurement device 10A may further include an air pressure sensor control component 411, which is electrically connected to the air pressure sensor 410 and the processor 520. The processor 53 may control the air pressure sensor 410 to start and stop operation through the air pressure sensor control component 411. For example, the processor 520 may send a start command and a stop command to the air pressure sensor control component 411. Upon receiving the start command, the air pressure sensor control component 411 may control the air pressure sensor 410 to start operation and detect the air pressure of the airbag body 310.

[0194] It should be understood that the air pressure sensor control component 411 and the air pressure sensor 410 can be integrated into an integrated setting, that is, an integrated detection device, or can be set separately. The specific design can be based on actual needs, and this is not the only requirement in the embodiment of the present application.

[0195] In some embodiments, the blood pressure detection device includes a flexible diaphragm pressure sensor control unit (not shown), which is electrically connected to the flexible diaphragm pressure sensor (pressure detection component 320) and the processor 520. The processor 520 can control the flexible diaphragm pressure sensor to start and stop operation through the flexible diaphragm pressure sensor control unit. For example, the processor 520 can send a start instruction and a stop instruction to the flexible diaphragm pressure sensor control unit. When the flexible diaphragm pressure sensor control unit receives the start instruction, it can control the flexible diaphragm pressure sensor control unit to start operation to detect the pulse wave signal.

[0196] The processor receives the air pressure signal detected by the air pressure sensor and the pulse wave signal detected by the flexible diaphragm pressure sensor, and determines the final blood pressure value based on the air pressure signal and the pulse wave signal, which is conducive to improving the measurement accuracy of the blood pressure measurement device.
