Magazine coupler

Abstract

A magazine coupler (1) for rifle magazines with at least one release button has a central piece (3) which has a lateral flank (9) on both sides of its longitudinal sides, preferably with a rib (8) on each side, so that a rifle magazine can be inserted into each side of the central piece (3). According to the invention, the central piece (3) is designed as a hollow cuboid with two end faces (3a, 3b) connected to each other by side faces (3c, 3d), each of the end faces (3a, 3b) having at least one opening (11) for the release button, preferably two openings (11) for two release buttons. The two flanks (9) on the longitudinal sides can be connected to each other by a further flank (10) on a transverse side of the central piece (3), resulting in a U-shape.Preferably, the central piece (3) is closed at one end and open at the opposite end, and can be closed at the open end by a cover (2). Therefore, a web (5) with a hole (5') is provided into which a threaded metal sleeve can be fused, so that the cover (2) can be fixed with a screw.
