Abstract

Method for a communication system for establishing and improving voice communication between a first user (10) and a second user (20), comprising the following steps: i.) Receiving a voice message from a first terminal by a first component (200) of a communication system (100), ii.) Converting portions of the voice message into information in the first component using a neural network, iii.) Transmitting the information to a second component (300) of the communication system, iv.) Converting the information into a message or a GUI message by the second component using a predetermined set of rules and sending the message to the first terminal, v.) Receiving verification information from the first terminal by the second component, vi.) Sending advance information to a second terminal (500), and vii.) Establishing a communication link between the first and second terminal (400, 500).
