Abstract

An apparatus comprising: at least one processor; and at least one memory storing instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the apparatus at least to perform: defining or generating a picture position syntax element comprising information related to a picture position value of a current picture of a source video; and signaling the picture position syntax element comprising the information related to the picture position value in a bitstream, wherein the picture position value is intended to be used for coding the current picture.
