Description

1 / 4 “CONSTRUCTIVE ARRANGEMENT FOR LARGE-SPAN VALANCE-TYPE CURTAINS WITH A SINGLE ROLLING CYLINDER PIECE” (001) This utility model patent application relates to a constructive arrangement belonging to the field of the civil construction, architecture and decoration industry. (002) As is known from the state of the art, there are several applied solutions which present limitations in use and difficulties in installation, generating excessive expenditure of time and labor and not resulting in an adequate finish. The models known or existing on the market use commonly known systems, for which there is no solution applied to large spans in a single piece, since they would require winding cylinders of large dimensions as well as the sides and bases due to the span of the piece, would allow light to pass through or even be curved, compromising the aesthetics of the final result. Given this limitation, access to the internal parts of the winding system is not adequate, consequently other problems arise from lack of finishing, such as the closing and opening of blinds, curtains and valances, as well as in the termination at the base due to unevenness.(003) In view of these problems, prior art was found in the patent documents searched, namely, GB108815 of 26 / 02 / 1917; GB189908667 of 25 / 04 / 1889; JPH0628636Y of 27 / 09 / 1988; US5121783 of 21 / 03 / 1990; US65326251 of 02 / 07 / 2000; EP1617036 of 20 / 11 / 2002; US7198088 of 10 / 02 / 2005; US3862655 of 17 / 08 / 1972; US5070927 of 27 / 06 / 1991; DE102016002493 of 03 / 03 / 2016;. (004) Although the documents found present various configurations of devices and supports related to curtains, no patent document equivalent to the present constructive arrangement was found, which has a specific construction resulting from several components, combined with the functional advantages of the constructive arrangement, especially regarding Petition 870260042324, dated 06 / 05 / 2026, page 21 / 26 2 / 4 to the finishing and final result of the installation, ensuring that the construction elements have the required suitability. (005) When evaluating known solutions, a significant variety of accessory and product solutions is observed; however, all patent documents researched do not coincide with the present configuration, which provides for a system by which, from the composition of combined components, it becomes possible to use it in large spans in a single piece. (006) The applicant, aiming to develop the present solution, developed the present constructive arrangement based on the constructive configuration of components, which are: Winding cylinder with structured core and internal reinforcement: this is a cylinder which allows spanning several meters without requiring a larger diameter, enabling the adaptation of internally reinforced structures, composed of a structured internal structure with fittings for an internal anti-flexion component; Side guide profile with eyelet for fixing: this is a profile that has a configuration suitable for fixing and, through a primary internal protrusion, allows the fixing screw to be distanced from the curtain when it is extended or retracted, so that internally it has a secondary internal protrusion that acts as a guide for the side of the curtain to remain controlled without disengagement or displacement and side gap, whether due to movement or the action of winds, and preventing the passage of light. Lower leveling ruler adjustable to the inclination of the base: this is a configuration applied to a ruler-shaped device for the base of the curtain that allows, internally, a contact module with the base when the curtain is unrolled, so that if the surface of the base is irregular, this module has space to move up or down, adjusting to the level using a finishing broom positioned at the end, preventing light from passing through. Petition 870260042324, dated 06 / 05 / 2026, page 22 / 26 3 / 4 (007) In line with functional objectives, the solution provides that the upper volume, which accommodates the form of a fairing, is reduced even when covering long spans, being divided into two parts with a rear alignment guide for the cylinder with an overlapping cover. This is the upper volume which has minimized dimensions due to the use of the structured cylinder and which is constructed in two parts, the front flap being fitted and fixed after the roller is installed, to the rear component composed of an alignment protrusion for the descending curtain. (008) To complement the present description in order to obtain a better understanding of the characteristics of the present claim, a set of drawings is attached to this description, where the following is represented in an exemplary, though not limiting, manner. (009) With reference to the illustrated drawings, the present utility model application refers to a new “CONSTRUCTIONAL ARRANGEMENT FOR LARGE-SPAN VALANCE-TYPE CURTAINS WITH A SINGLE ROLLING CYLINDER PIECE” object of the present patent, in which: Fig. 1 shows the constructional arrangement in side view; Fig. 2 shows the construction layout illustrated in side view, front elevation and top view; Fig. 3 shows the constructive arrangement in perspective; Fig. 4 shows the structured winding cylinder component in side view; Fig. 5 shows the internal reinforcement component of the structured cylinder in side view; Fig. 6 shows the rear component of the cylinder protection fairing with horizontal alignment guide, in side view; Fig. 7 shows the front component of the cylinder protection fairing with fitting and fastening system, in side view; Fig. 8 shows the side profile component with protrusions for distancing from the base ruler and the side alignment system of the valance, in side view; Fig. 9 shows the base ruler component and its core, in side view; Petition 870260042324, dated 06 / 05 / 2026, page 23 / 26 4 / 4 (010) In accordance with what is illustrated in the figures above, the model of “CONSTRUCTIVE ARRANGEMENT FOR LARGE SPAN VALANCE TYPE CURTAINS WITH SINGLE PIECE OF ROLLING CYLINDER” consists of a constructive arrangement for large spans (V) composed of a structured cylinder (E) and supplementary reinforcement core (N) which is supported at its ends in the receptacles with bearings (U) of the side covers (TL), on which the curtain (B) rolls up and when unrolled; follows linearly aligned by the guide protrusion (G), formed in the rear fairing (CP), and in the fitting (X) the front fairing (CF) is coupled with the joining screw (J) which is hidden by the cover (T);and as the curtain (B) unrolls, it is guided at its lateral ends (EL) by the profile (I), which has internally a screw protection protrusion (SP) and a guide protrusion (SG) that prevents the curtain (B) from escaping from the interior of the profile (I) due to wind or curvature of the curtain material itself (B), the profile (I) being fixed on its inner part to the sides of window and door openings by means of intercalated holes (Z); so that the curtain (B) remains aligned and tight by means of contact with rods with brushes (VG) fitted into receptacles (R) at the ends of the profile (I) which prevents the passage of light and external noise through the side; The curtain (B), when unrolled, will rest by the rod with brushes (VG) fitted laterally into the receptacle of the base (RB) of the lower base rod (A), which is fitted laterally into the upper base rod (H) inside and released in the receptacle (Y) so that by gravity, it moves vertically in order to settle horizontally even if the surface is uneven, preventing the passage of light and external noise; the upper base rod (H) being at the lower end of the curtain (B) fitted (O) by one of the lateral ends (EL) before installation in the rear fairing (CP); and in the rear fairing (CP) the structured cylinder (E) is fitted together with the curtain (B) with upper base rod (H) and lower base rod (A) previously inserted by their sides, rolled up and positioned in receptacle (U) with bearings and motors in the side covers (TL).
