Cylindrical battery code reader and arrayer

Abstract

The present invention discloses a cylindrical battery code spraying and reading arrangement machine, comprising an axial pushing device, an axial guide groove, a radial pushing device, a radial guide groove, a code spraying device, and a code reading device. The axial guide groove is divided into a front section, a middle section, and a rear section. The end of the front section has an axial opening, and the axial push rod is arranged facing the axial opening. The upper part of the front section is connected to an external feeding device. The middle section is provided with a magnetic block for adsorbing the battery, and the rear half of the rear section has radial openings on both sides. Since a magnetic block for adsorbing the battery is provided in the middle section of the axial guide groove, and the code spraying device and the code reading device are respectively arranged facing the front half and the rear half of the middle section of the axial guide groove, the battery will not rotate radially when the code is sprayed and read in the middle section of the axial guide groove, thereby making the battery code reading more accurate. Since the battery does not rotate radially, the code can be read quickly in one go, so the code reading efficiency is high.
