DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0017] In order to facilitate the understanding of the present invention, in order to make the above-mentioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention more obvious and easy to understand, the specific embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. In the following description, many specific details are set forth to facilitate a full understanding of the present invention, and preferred embodiments of the present invention are given in the accompanying drawings. However, the present invention can be implemented in many different forms and is not limited to the embodiments described herein. On the contrary, the purpose of providing these embodiments is to make the disclosure of the present invention more thoroughly understood. It should be noted that when an element is referred to as "fixed to" another element, it can be directly on another element or there can also be a centered element. When an element is considered to be "connected" to another element, it can be directly connected to another element or there may be a centered element at the same time. Unless otherwise defined, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as those generally understood by technicians in the technical field of the present invention. The terms or nomenclature used herein are only for the purpose of describing specific embodiments and are not intended to limit the present invention.

[0018] For example, a pulsator-small barrel connection assembly includes a large barrel pulsator and a small barrel, wherein the large barrel pulsator is provided with a convex positioning column, and the outer side of the bottom wall of the small barrel is provided with a concave positioning groove, and the positioning column is inserted into the positioning groove, and a plurality of slots are provided on the outer side wall of the positioning column, and the small barrel is provided with a plurality of limiting plugs on the inner side wall of the positioning groove, and the limiting plugs are at least partially inserted into the slots. In one embodiment, the pulsator-small barrel connection assembly includes the related structures of the following embodiments, including but not limited to the large barrel pulsator and the small barrel.

[0019] To further illustrate the above-mentioned pulsator bucket connection assembly, another example is, see Figures 1 to 3 A washing machine includes an outer barrel, a large barrel 110, a large barrel pulsator 120, a small barrel 130, a small barrel pulsator 140 and a driving device, wherein the large barrel 110 is accommodated in the outer barrel, the large barrel pulsator 120 is accommodated in the large barrel 110, the small barrel 130 is arranged on the large barrel pulsator 120, and the small barrel 130 is accommodated in the large barrel 110, and the small barrel pulsator 140 is accommodated in the small barrel 130. The driving device is used to drive the large barrel 110, the large barrel pulsator 120, the small barrel 130 and the small barrel pulsator 140 to rotate respectively, and the driving device has a transmission shaft, and different transmission shafts correspond to the large barrel, the large barrel pulsator and the small barrel pulsator respectively, so as to realize the independent driving of the large barrel, the large barrel pulsator and the small barrel pulsator to rotate.

[0020] It should be noted that the outer barrel in this embodiment plays an integral supporting and installation role. For example, the washing machine also includes a box body, and the outer barrel is located in the box body. For the specific settings of the outer barrel and the box body, please refer to the prior art. The large barrel in this embodiment is equivalent to the washing barrel of a traditional pulsator washing machine, which is used to wash clothes. When the washing machine only includes an outer barrel, a large barrel and a large barrel pulsator, it is similar to a traditional ordinary pulsator washing machine. The clothes in the large barrel are mainly disturbed by the large barrel pulsator to disturb the water flow, and the ribs protruding on the inner wall of the large barrel are combined to complete the washing of the clothes. The small barrel in this embodiment is a small barrel added on the basis of a traditional ordinary pulsator washing machine. The small barrel is installed on the large barrel pulsator. The small barrel can be used to wash some special clothes, such as underwear, socks, infant clothes, etc., which need to be washed separately. In this way, cross contamination can be avoided when washing clothes. The design of the traditional small barrel can refer to the small barrel in patent document CN105483974A. In other embodiments of the present application, a technical design for improving the traditional small barrel is also proposed.

[0021] It should be noted that the applicant, in CN107059318A Figure 1 In the barrel-in-barrel washing machine shown (i.e., a washing machine in which a small inner barrel is added to the inner barrel of an existing ordinary pulsator washing machine), a DD (direct driver) variable frequency motor is used to drive the large barrel and the large barrel pulsator to rotate respectively. However, with such a product design, the DD variable frequency motor itself has a complex structure and is relatively expensive, which pushes up the cost of the entire machine and makes the selling price of the barrel-in-barrel washing machine relatively high. Due to price factors, barrel-in-barrel washing machines are difficult to serve the general public. In order to reduce the cost of traditional barrel-in-barrel washing machines, in one embodiment, the driving device is a three-power clutch 150, and the three-power clutch 150 is arranged on the outer side of the bottom wall of the outer barrel. Of course, the three-power clutch may not be fixed on the outer side of the bottom wall of the outer barrel. This embodiment can significantly reduce the cost of the washing machine by using a three-power clutch in combination with a traditional ordinary motor. For details, please refer to Figure 4 , the three-power clutch 150 has three coaxial power output shafts, which are the first power output shaft 151, the second power output shaft 152 and the third power output shaft 153 from the outside to the inside. For example, the three coaxial power output shafts are sequentially nested from the outside to the inside and can rotate independently. The first power output shaft 151 is used to drive the large barrel 110 to rotate, and the second power output shaft 152 is used to drive the large barrel impeller 120 to rotate. In order to facilitate the three power shafts of the three-power clutch to pass through the bottom wall of the outer barrel, for example, an outer barrel mounting hole is opened on the bottom wall of the outer barrel, and the three-power clutch is fixed on the outer side of the bottom wall of the outer barrel, and the three power output shafts of the three-power clutch all pass through the outer barrel mounting hole. It should be noted that the above-mentioned three-power clutch and the ordinary motor used to drive the three-power clutch can be purchased from the market. For example, please refer to Figure 2The three-power clutch 150 has a transmission gear 154, and the common motor drives the transmission gear of the three-power clutch through a belt to provide power for the three-power clutch. Of course, the common motor is a motor different from the DD motor or a rotating motor with a rotating shaft.

[0022] Please combine Figure 3 and Figure 5 , the first power output shaft 151 is connected to the barrel 110, and the first power output shaft is used to drive the barrel to rotate. Specifically, for example, the first power output shaft 151 is fixedly connected to the barrel 110. For another example, the first power output shaft is connected to the bottom wall of the barrel. For another example, the first power output shaft is fixedly connected to the outer side of the bottom wall of the barrel. In order to better realize the connection between the first power output shaft and the barrel, in one embodiment, please refer to Figure 5 and Figure 6 The washing machine also includes a barrel flange 180, which is fixedly connected to the outer side of the bottom wall of the barrel 110. The first power output shaft 151 is fixedly connected to the barrel flange 180. The first power output shaft 151 is used to drive the barrel 110 to rotate through the barrel flange 180. By setting the barrel flange, the barrel flange has a larger contact area with the outer side of the barrel bottom wall, which is convenient for transmitting torque to the barrel. In order to better achieve the fixed connection between the barrel flange and the outer side of the barrel bottom wall, in one embodiment, a plurality of screw holes are opened on the outer side of the bottom wall of the barrel, and a plurality of through holes 183 corresponding to the screw holes are opened on the barrel flange. The screw holes on the plurality of fixing columns and the plurality of through holes on the barrel flange are respectively fixed by a screw. In this way, the fixed connection between the barrel flange and the outer side of the barrel bottom wall can be better achieved. For another example, a plurality of fixing columns are protruding from the outer side of the bottom wall of the barrel, and screw holes are provided on the fixing columns. A plurality of through holes corresponding to the fixing columns are provided on the flange of the barrel, and the screw holes on the fixing columns and the plurality of through holes on the flange of the barrel are fixed by a screw respectively. In this way, the fixing columns can be used to provide longer screw holes, so that the screw connection between the fixing columns and the screws is more secure, and thus the connection between the flange of the barrel and the outer side of the bottom wall of the barrel is more secure.

[0023] In order to better realize the fixed connection between the first power output shaft and the flange of the barrel, in one embodiment, please refer to Figure 4 The first power output shaft 151 is fixed with a first bearing ring 1511. Figure 5 and Figure 6, the first bearing ring 1511 is fixedly connected to the side of the barrel flange 180 away from the barrel 110. Specifically, the first bearing ring 1511 is provided with a plurality of fixing holes, and the barrel flange 180 is provided with a plurality of through holes 182 corresponding to the fixing holes on the first bearing ring. The plurality of fixing holes of the first bearing ring and the plurality of through holes on the barrel flange are fixed to each other by a screw. For example, the plurality of fixing holes of the first bearing ring 1511 are distributed in a circular array with the first power output shaft as the center. In this way, the fixed connection between the first power output shaft and the barrel flange can be better realized. In one embodiment, please refer to Figure 6 The barrel flange 180 is provided with a barrel flange through hole 181. Please refer to Figure 3 The bottom wall of the barrel 110 is provided with a barrel through hole 111, and the barrel flange through hole 181 is arranged opposite to the barrel through hole 111, so that the second power output shaft 152 and the third power output shaft 153 can pass through the barrel impeller flange 180 and the bottom wall of the barrel 110. For another example, the barrel flange through hole is opened in the middle of the barrel flange 180.

[0024] See also Figure 6 Combined with Figure 5 , the middle part of the barrel flange 180 protrudes upward, or slightly protrudes upward, that is, it protrudes upward in the height direction of the barrel 110, the barrel flange penetration hole 181 and a plurality of through holes 182 are all arranged in the protruding area of the barrel flange 180, and a plurality of through holes 183 are all arranged in the non-protruding area of the barrel flange 180. In this way, by protruding the middle part of the barrel flange upward, the installation position of the barrel flange 180 and the first power output shaft 151 can be made closer to the barrel installation hole 111, thereby making the second power output shaft 152 and the third power output shaft 153 extend longer into the interior of the barrel 180, which is convenient for the subsequent installation of the large barrel impeller and the small barrel impeller. For another example, the barrel flange penetration hole is a circular hole structure.

[0025] Please refer again Figure 1 , the drum pulsator 120 is located in the drum 110. Specifically, the drum pulsator 120 is disposed adjacent to the bottom wall of the drum. Figure 5 Combined with Figure 3 and Figure 4 The second power output shaft 152 passes through the barrel hole 111 and is connected to the barrel pulsator 120. The second power output shaft 152 is used to drive the barrel pulsator 120 to rotate. The barrel pulsator is mainly used to disturb the water flow to wash the clothes in the barrel. For example, the second power output shaft is fixedly connected to the barrel pulsator.

[0026] In order to better realize the connection between the second power output shaft 152 and the large barrel impeller 120, in one embodiment, please refer to Figure 7 Combined with Figure 5The washing machine also includes a large barrel impeller flange 190, which is fixedly connected to the side of the large barrel impeller 120 near the bottom wall of the large barrel 110, and the second power output shaft 150 is connected to the large barrel impeller flange 190, so as to realize the large barrel impeller rotation through the large barrel impeller flange 190. In order to better realize the connection between the large barrel impeller flange and the large barrel impeller, in one embodiment, the large barrel impeller flange 190 is provided with a plurality of through holes 192, and the side of the large barrel impeller 120 adjacent to the bottom wall of the large barrel 110 is provided with a plurality of large barrel screw holes corresponding to the through holes 192, and each through hole 192 and each large barrel screw hole are fixed one by one by a screw. In this way, the connection between the large barrel impeller and the large barrel impeller can be better realized. For example, the large barrel impeller flange 190 is in a star-shaped structure, and a plurality of end angle positions of the large barrel impeller flange 190 are provided with holes 192. Thus, the large barrel impeller flange 190 with a star-shaped structure can make the connection between the large barrel impeller and the large barrel impeller more secure. In order to better realize the fixed connection between the second power output shaft 152 and the large barrel impeller flange and facilitate the transmission of torque, in one embodiment, please refer to Figure 7 , Figure 4 and Figure 5 The large barrel impeller flange 190 is provided with a fastening hole 191, and the second power output shaft 152 is supported in the fastening hole 191. The second power output shaft is used to drive the large barrel impeller to rotate through the large barrel impeller flange. For example, the fastening hole 191 has a non-circular hole structure, for example, the fastening hole 191 has a polygonal hole structure, for example, the fastening hole 191 has an octagonal hole structure, and for example, a fastening hole is provided in the middle of the large barrel impeller flange. In this way, the transmission of torque is facilitated. Please refer to Figure 4 , the second power output shaft 152 is fixed with a limiting ring 1521 outside, and the end of the second power output shaft 152 extends out of the limiting ring 1521, and the part of the second power output shaft 152 extending out of the limiting ring 1521 includes a fastening portion 1522 and a screw connection portion 1523 connected to each other, and the fastening portion 1522 is arranged adjacent to the limiting ring 1521, and the large barrel impeller flange 190 is fixed to the outside of the fastening portion 1522 through the fastening hole 191, and the large barrel impeller flange 190 is abutted against the limiting ring 1521, and the screw connection portion 1523 is screwed with a fixed spiral ring (not shown) outside, and the fixed spiral ring abuts against the large barrel impeller flange 190, and the second power output shaft 152 is used to drive the large barrel impeller 120 to rotate through the large barrel impeller flange 190. In this way, the limiting ring 1521 and the fixed spiral ring can better fix the large barrel impeller flange 190 outside the second power output shaft 152. For another example, the shape of the fastening portion 1522 matches the shape of the fastening hole 191. Figure 7 and Figure 5, so the middle of the large barrel impeller flange 190 is recessed downward, and the impeller flange bearing hole 191 is located in the recessed area of the large barrel impeller flange 190. In this way, the large barrel impeller flange 190, which is slightly recessed downward, can move the connection position of the large barrel impeller flange and the second power output shaft closer to the bottom wall of the large barrel 110, so as to save space in the large barrel, and in this way, it is also convenient to make the threaded portion 1523 have a longer length to set more threads, so that the connection between the threaded portion 1523 and the fixed spiral is tighter. For another example, the height of the fixed spiral is consistent with the length of the threaded portion, so that the second power output shaft and the large barrel impeller flange have better tightness after installation.

[0027] In order to facilitate the third power output shaft 153 to pass through the large barrel pulsator 120, please refer to Figure 3 The large barrel pulsator 120 is provided with a large barrel pulsator through hole 1212, so that the third power shaft can pass through or connect to the small barrel pulsator above it through other components. Figure 8 The large barrel pulsator 120 is provided with a plurality of convex ribs 122, and the plurality of convex ribs 122 of the large barrel pulsator 120 are distributed in a circular array with the rotation center of the large barrel pulsator 120, so that the convex ribs on the large barrel pulsator play a role in disturbing the water flow to facilitate the washing of the clothes in the large barrel. For another example, the large barrel pulsator is provided with convex ribs along its radial direction. For another example, the convex rib 122 of the large barrel impeller 120 has a first water-displacing surface 1221 and a second water-displacing surface 1222 facing each other, the first water-displacing surface has two opposite ends along the radial direction of the large barrel impeller, the first water-displacing surface gradually bulges away from the second water-displacing surface from its two ends to its middle, and the second water-displacing surface has two opposite ends along the radial direction of the large barrel impeller, the second water-displacing surface gradually bulges away from the first water-displacing surface from its two ends to its middle, so that the first water-displacing surface and the second water-displacing surface that are slightly bulged outward can improve the water flow disturbance effect of the large barrel impeller, so that the large barrel impeller has a good water flow disturbance effect in both forward and reverse rotation. For another example, the first water-displacing surface and the second water-displacing surface of the convex rib of the large barrel impeller 120 are arranged symmetrically on the left and right.

[0028] See also Figure 2 and Figure 5 , the small barrel 130 is arranged on the large barrel impeller 120, and the small barrel 130 is located in the large barrel 110. The large barrel impeller 120 is used to drive the small barrel 130 to rotate under the drive of the second power output shaft 152. For example, the small barrel 130 is detachably arranged on the large barrel impeller 120. In this way, it is convenient to disassemble the small barrel. For example, the detachable methods of the small barrel and the large barrel impeller may include but are not limited to snap connection, buckle, screw connection, bundling, tying, nesting, etc. In order to facilitate the installation and disassembly of the small barrel and the large barrel impeller, in one embodiment, please refer to Figure 8 , Fig. 9 Combined with Figure 5, the large barrel impeller 120 is convexly provided with a positioning column 121, and the outer side of the bottom wall of the small barrel 130 is concavely provided with a positioning groove 131, and the positioning column 121 is embedded or inserted in the positioning groove 131. The positioning column 121 of the large barrel impeller 120 is used to drive the small barrel 130 to rotate when the large barrel impeller 120 rotates. It should be noted that the positioning groove in this embodiment can also be understood as a concave structure, that is, a concave structure is provided on the outer side of the bottom wall of the small barrel. It should be noted that the positioning groove or positioning column of this application, such as the words "positioning" and the like, is for the convenience of description, rather than for limiting its specific structure. The subsequent related terms are analogous, or should also be understood in this way. In this embodiment, through the setting of the positioning column 121 and the positioning groove 131, it is convenient to install the small barrel 130 on the large barrel impeller 120 through the cooperation of the positioning column and the positioning groove when the small barrel is needed. In order to better realize the installation of the positioning column and the positioning groove, and to facilitate the transmission of torque for the large barrel impeller to drive the small barrel to rotate, for example, the shape of the positioning groove matches the shape of the positioning column. For another example, the shape or cross-sectional shape of the positioning column is set to a triangle, a quadrilateral and other polygonal or non-circular shape, so that it is convenient to drive the small barrel to rotate through the cooperation of the positioning column and the positioning groove by the large barrel impeller. Of course, in other embodiments, the shape of the cross-section of the positioning column can also be set to a circle. It can be understood that a positioning column with a circular cross-section is easier to align than a positioning column with a non-circular cross-section, which can make the installation of the positioning column and the positioning groove more convenient, thereby facilitating the installation and disassembly of the small barrel.

[0029] It should be noted that the conventional drum-in-drum washing machine, that is, a washing machine with a small inner drum added to the inner drum of an existing ordinary pulsator washing machine, has poor structural firmness when the small drum is installed on the large drum pulsator through positioning columns and grooves. When the small drum is used for washing, if the washing machine vibrates too much, the small drum may fall off. In order to ensure that the small drum is installed on the large drum pulsator with better structural firmness and not easy to fall off, in one embodiment, please refer to Figure 8 , Fig. 9 Combined with Fig.12 , a plurality of slots 1211 are provided on the outer wall of the positioning column 121, i.e., slots for subsequent insertion of limiting plugs, and a plurality of limiting plugs 1311 are provided on the inner wall of the positioning slot 131 of the small barrel 130, and the limiting plugs 1311 are at least partially embedded or inserted in the slots 1211. In this way, since the positioning column is embedded in the positioning slot, and the limiting plugs cooperate with the slots, the small barrel has a better structural firmness after being installed on the large barrel impeller, and the small barrel is not easy to fall off. For another example, please refer to Figure 8 and Fig. 9 , the positioning column 121 is set in the middle of the large barrel impeller 120. Of course, in other embodiments, multiple positioning columns or positioning grooves can also be set and respectively set at multiple positions on the large barrel impeller. Figure 8As shown, the number of the positioning column and the positioning groove is one. By arranging the positioning column 121 in the middle of the large barrel impeller 120, the installation convenience of the small barrel can be better. Figure 8 and Fig. 9As shown, the positioning column 121 has a circular cross-section along the height direction of the small barrel, or its outer side wall has a circular cross-section. The positioning slot 131 has a circular cross-section along the height direction of the small barrel. In this way, by designing the positioning column into a circular cross-section, and combining the cooperation of the limiting plug column and the slot, the small barrel is installed on the large barrel wave wheel. The structural firmness is better, so that the small barrel is not easy to fall off. For example, the limiting plug column and the slot cooperate with each other and limit the large barrel wave wheel to drive the small barrel to rotate when it rotates. In this way, it is convenient for the large barrel wave wheel to drive the small barrel to rotate through the cooperation of the limiting plug column and the slot. For example, the shape of the slot matches the shape of the corresponding limiting plug column. For example, the limiting plug column 1311 is embedded in the slot 1211 one by one. In this way, through the cooperation of the limiting plug column 1311 and the slot 1211, the structural firmness of the small barrel after being installed on the large barrel wave wheel can be further improved, so that the small barrel is not easy to fall off during use. In one embodiment, the limiting plug 1311 has a rectangular parallelepiped structure, and the slot 1211 has a rectangular cross-section. For example, the limiting plug 1311 is a strip-shaped protrusion structure, and the slot 1211 has a boundary surface that matches the limiting plug 1311, and the limiting plug 1311 and the slot 1211 form a clearance fit. In this way, the limiting plug 1311 has a better limiting effect after being inserted into the slot, so that the small barrel is installed on the large barrel impeller. The structural firmness is better. For example, the height of the positioning column is 40 mm to 110 mm, and the depth of the positioning groove along the height direction of the small barrel is 60 mm to 110 mm. In this way, the combination strength of the positioning column and the positioning groove can be better, reducing or preventing the small barrel from falling off. Of course, the depth of the positioning groove or the height of the positioning column is not limited to this. For example, the height of the positioning column is 45 mm to 60 mm, and the depth of the positioning groove along the height direction of the small barrel is 75 mm to 90 mm. In this way, the combination force can be guaranteed while minimizing the height of the positioning column and the positioning groove. Of course, in a specific embodiment, the height of the positioning column and the height of the positioning groove need to be flexibly set according to the size of the barrel and the rotation speed. For example, the depth of the slot 1211 along the radial direction of the large barrel impeller is 1.5 mm to 20 mm. For another example, the depth of the slot along the radial direction of the large barrel impeller is 1.8 mm to 3 mm. For another example, the depth of the slot along the height direction of the small barrel is 15 mm to 80 mm. For another example, the depth of the slot along the height direction of the small barrel is 15 mm to 80 mm. For another example, the depth of the slot along the height direction of the small barrel is 20 mm to 25 mm. For another example, the length of the limiting plug column along the height direction of the small barrel is 40 mm to 100 mm. For another example, the length of the limiting plug column along the height direction of the small barrel is 50 mm to 70 mm. In this way, the bonding strength between the slot and the plug column can be better guaranteed, which is convenient for the transmission of the torque of the large barrel impeller. A specific example is that the depth of the positioning groove is 77 mm, the length of the limiting plug column is 77 mm, the height of the positioning column is 73 mm, and the length of the slot is 73 mm. In this way, the installation is more secure.Of course, the slots and the plugs can also be other structures that can be nested, so that after the positioning column is embedded in the positioning slot, the slots and the plugs have a certain limiting effect. For another example, the positions of the plurality of slots 1211 are spaced apart with respect to the rotation axis of the large barrel impeller 120. For another example, please refer to. Figure 8 and Fig. 9 The positions of the plurality of slots 1211 are arranged at intervals of two by the rotation axis of the large barrel impeller 120. In this way, the installation strength of the small barrel 130 and the large barrel impeller can be made stronger, so that the large barrel is not easy to fall off during the dehydration process. For example, the depth of the positioning groove 131 is greater than the thickness of the bottom wall of the small barrel 130, and the depth of the positioning groove refers to the length of the positioning groove along the height direction of the small barrel 130.

[0030] When the large barrel impeller is provided with ribs 122, in order to make full use of the limiting function of the ribs 122 to further improve the structural firmness after the small barrel is installed on the large barrel impeller, in one embodiment, refer to Figures 8 to 10 , the small barrel 130 is provided with a plurality of limiting grooves 133 on the outer side of its bottom wall, and the convex ribs 122 of the large barrel impeller 120 are embedded in the limiting grooves 133. For another example, the plurality of convex ribs of the large barrel impeller correspond one-to-one with the limiting grooves 133 on the bottom wall of the small barrel, and the limiting grooves match the shape of the corresponding convex ribs. In this way, when the small barrel 130 is embedded in the outside of the positioning column 121 through its positioning groove 131 and installed on the large barrel impeller, the limiting groove 133 on the small barrel is also embedded outside the convex rib, further improving the structural firmness of the small barrel after being installed on the large barrel impeller, so that the small barrel is not easy to fall off during use. For another example, the plurality of convex ribs 122 of the large barrel impeller 120 are distributed in a circular array with the rotation axis of the large barrel impeller 120. For another example, the number of convex ribs of the large barrel impeller is 5 to 12. Preferably, the number of convex ribs 122 of the large barrel impeller 120 is 5. In this way, on the one hand, it has a better effect on the washing of clothes in the big barrel, and on the other hand, it can further improve the structural firmness of the small barrel after it is installed on the big barrel impeller, so that the small barrel is not easy to fall off during use. Figure 8 and Fig.10 The large barrel pulsator 120 is a circular flat structure as a whole. In this way, the large barrel pulsator with a flat structure is more suitable for installing a small barrel, so that the small barrel can be more firmly installed on the large barrel pulsator. For another example, please refer to Figure 8 The large drum impeller 120 is also provided with a plurality of drainage holes 123 between two adjacent ribs 122. Fig. 9 The side of the large barrel impeller away from the small barrel is also provided with a plurality of annular reinforcing ribs 124 and radial reinforcing ribs 125, each radial reinforcing rib intersects with a plurality of annular reinforcing ribs, so that the overall structural strength of the large barrel impeller 120 can be improved. Figure 8 and Fig.12The periphery of the large barrel impeller is convex or slightly convex upwards. In this way, the slightly convex periphery can reduce the amount of foreign matter that falls under the large barrel impeller, that is, falls into the bottom wall of the large barrel impeller 120 and the large barrel 110. In order to further improve the structural firmness of the small barrel after being installed on the large barrel impeller, and to avoid the problem of the small barrel falling off during the dehydration and rotation of the small barrel driven by the large barrel impeller, in one embodiment, please refer to Fig.11 , which is a simple schematic diagram, the limiting plug 1311 is provided with a convex portion 13111, and the positioning column is provided with a concave groove 12111 on the side wall of the slot 1211. When the limiting plug 1311 is embedded or inserted in the slot 1211, the concave groove 12111 corresponds to the position of the convex portion 13111, and the convex portion 13111 can be at least partially accommodated in the concave groove 12111. According to the actual use process, the position of the concave groove and the position of the convex portion can be set to the side of the small bucket during the dehydration rotation process when the small bucket is used, or the side to which the circumferential force points during the dehydration rotation process. In other words, the position of the concave groove is opened on the side of the limiting plug to which the centrifugal tangential force of the small bucket during the dehydration rotation process is directed, and the position of the convex portion is set on the side wall of the slot to which the centrifugal tangential force of the small bucket during the dehydration rotation process is directed. In this way, by providing the concave groove and the convex portion, during the dehydration rotation process, under the action of the dehydration centrifugal tangential force, the convex portion can be at least partially accommodated in the concave groove, so that the concave groove has a certain limiting effect on the convex portion, so that the slot has a certain limiting effect on the plug column, and then the positioning column of the large barrel impeller has a good limiting effect on the positioning groove of the small barrel, which can further improve the structural firmness of the small barrel after being installed on the large barrel impeller, and avoid the problem of the small barrel falling off during the dehydration rotation of the small barrel driven by the large barrel impeller. In a specific embodiment, the side wall of the small barrel has a certain inclination angle, usually 1.5 degrees to 30 degrees, so that under the action of the centrifugal force of the dehydration rotation, the water in the small barrel is easily thrown out through the inclined side wall, but when the centrifugal force of the dehydration rotation is too large, there is a risk that the small barrel is unstable or even thrown out. In this embodiment, by providing the concave groove 12111 and the convex portion 13111, the structural firmness of the small barrel after being installed on the large barrel impeller can be improved, and the stability of the small barrel can be improved during the dehydration and rotation of the small barrel driven by the large barrel impeller. For example, the convex portion 13111 has a rectangular parallelepiped structure, and the concave groove 12111 also has a rectangular cross-section. In other words, the shape of the concave groove 12111 matches the shape of the convex portion 13111. Of course, the convex portion and the convex portion can also be other shapes, as long as the slot can have a certain limiting effect on the limiting plug column. In order to reduce the noise generated when the large barrel impeller drives the large barrel to rotate, in one embodiment, there is also a rubber strip between the slot and the limiting plug column. In this way, by adding the rubber strip, the noise generated when the large barrel impeller drives the large barrel to rotate can be reduced. Of course, when the rubber strip is set, the position of the concave groove or the convex portion is appropriately made to avoid the rubber strip.

[0031] It should be noted that when a positioning column is provided in the middle of the large barrel impeller, the large barrel impeller through-hole provided on the large barrel impeller passes through the top of the positioning column. In this way, it is convenient for the third power output shaft or its transmission component to pass through. When the large barrel impeller through-hole passes through the side of the positioning column away from the large barrel impeller, and the outer wall of the positioning column has a circular cross-section, the positioning column at this time can also be regarded as a hollow cylinder. In order to facilitate the third power output shaft 153 to pass through the bottom wall of the small barrel 130, in one embodiment, please refer to Figure 3 and Fig.12 The bottom wall of the small barrel 130 is provided with a small barrel installation hole 1312, so that the small barrel installation hole 1312 is convenient for the third power shaft 153 or its transmission component to pass through and extend into the small barrel 130 to connect the small barrel pulsator 140 located inside the small barrel. For another example, the bottom wall of the small barrel 130 is provided with a small barrel installation hole 1312 on the bottom wall of the positioning groove 131, and the small barrel installation hole 1312 is at least partially overlapped with the large barrel pulsator through hole 1212, so that the third power shaft 153 or its transmission component can pass through the large barrel pulsator through hole 1212 and the small barrel installation hole 1312 in sequence.

[0032] It can be understood that the bottom wall of the small barrel 130 is usually thinner, and when a concave structure or a positioning groove 131 is provided thereon, there are many limitations in technical design, which affects the firmness of the small barrel 130 installed on the large barrel impeller 120. In order to improve the firmness of the small barrel 130 installed on the large barrel impeller 120, in one embodiment, refer to Fig.12 Combined with Figure 5 and Figure 2 , the positioning groove 131 is formed with a mounting post 132 on the inner side of the bottom wall 130a of the small barrel 130, that is, the positioning groove 131 is formed with a mounting post on one side of the inner bottom wall of the small barrel, and it can also be understood that the inner side of the bottom wall 130a of the small barrel 130 is provided with a mounting post, and the mounting post 132 is formed with a positioning groove 131 on the outer side of the bottom wall 130a of the small barrel. The side of the mounting post 132 away from the inner bottom wall of the small barrel 130 is provided with a small barrel mounting hole 1312. In this way, the convex mounting post 132 facilitates the opening of a positioning groove 131 with a longer depth, thereby improving the firmness of the small barrel 130 installed on the large barrel impeller 120. In this embodiment, it can also be understood that the mounting post 132 is arranged on the bottom wall of the small barrel 120, that is, the mounting post is regarded as a bottom wall component separated from the small barrel. Of course, it should be noted that the bottom wall of the keg is provided with a mounting post, or in other words, the mounting post is provided on the bottom wall of the keg. Although the text descriptions are different, they should all be considered as the scope of this application. It should be noted that the inner side of the bottom wall of the keg is the side of the bottom wall of the keg inside the keg, and the outer side of the bottom wall of the keg is the side of the bottom wall of the keg and the outside of the keg, and so on.

[0033] Please refer again Figure 5 Combined with Figure 1 and Figure 3 , the small barrel pulsator 140 is located in the small barrel 130, the third power output shaft 153 passes through the large barrel through hole 111, the large barrel pulsator through hole 1212 and the small barrel installation hole 1312 in sequence and connects the small barrel pulsator 140, and the third power output shaft 153 is used to drive the small barrel pulsator 140 to rotate. The small barrel pulsator 140 is used to provide a disturbed water flow effect to facilitate the cleaning of the clothes in the small barrel. It should be noted that the traditional barrel-in-barrel washing machine (i.e., a washing machine with a small inner barrel added to the inner barrel of the existing ordinary pulsator washing machine) still has the following defects: the cleaning of the clothes in the small barrel mainly relies on the ribs raised on the inner wall of the small barrel to achieve water flow disturbance for cleaning, so that the relative movement between the clothes and the water flow is relatively weak, and the cleaning effect on the clothes in the small barrel is also poor. In addition, in the traditional barrel-in-barrel washing machine, the power of the large barrel pulsator is mainly provided by the washing shaft of the DD motor. The power output shaft of the DD motor is divided into a washing shaft and a dehydration shaft. The dehydration shaft drives the large barrel to rotate, and the washing shaft drives the impeller to rotate. The washing shaft has low strength and a long lever arm. When washing with a small barrel, the washing shaft is subjected to large torque and bending stress, which indirectly causes serious wear of the bearings that fix the washing shaft. Since the strength of the washing shaft is limited, the maximum torque it can withstand is limited, which is reflected in the external performance that the weight of clothes and water is restricted when washing with a small barrel, so the rated washing capacity of the small barrel cannot be too large. In this embodiment, by using a three-power clutch 150, which has three power shafts, compared with the DD motor, it has an additional third power output shaft 153, and the third power output shaft drives the small barrel pulsator to rotate. In this way, during the washing process using the small barrel, the washing power of the small barrel is provided by the second power output shaft and the third power output shaft at the same time, which can solve the above-mentioned traditional problems. Compared with the existing barrel-in-barrel washing machine, the washing machine of the present application, since the washing power of the small barrel is provided by the second power output shaft and the third power output shaft at the same time, the torque and bending stress of the second power output shaft driving the large barrel pulsator are reduced accordingly, so that the rated washing capacity of the small barrel can be improved, and the small barrel can wash clothes with a larger capacity. In addition, a small barrel pulsator is set in the small barrel. Compared with the traditional barrel-in-barrel washing machine, the small barrel only relies on the ribs protruding from the inner wall of the washing inner barrel to achieve water flow disturbance for washing. The above-mentioned washing inner barrel is provided with a small barrel pulsator in the small barrel, which can achieve a stronger water flow disturbance effect, thereby improving the washing effect of clothes.

[0034] It can be understood that when washing clothes in the small bucket 130, the water is mainly discharged by rotating the small bucket at a high speed so that the water in the small bucket is thrown out from the inclined bottom wall of the small bucket. Fig.12The small barrel 130 includes a bottom wall 130a and a side wall 130b, the bottom wall of the small barrel is connected to the side wall of the small barrel, and the bottom wall 130a of the small barrel 130 and the side wall 130b of the small barrel 130 together form a hollow cavity of the small barrel. As before, it is located in the small barrel, that is, in the hollow cavity of the small barrel. The mounting column 132 is also located in the hollow cavity of the small barrel 130. For example, the side wall of the small barrel has an inclination angle, and the inner diameter of the small barrel gradually increases from the bottom wall of the small barrel along the opening direction of the small barrel. For example, the inclination angle is 1.5 degrees to 30 degrees. In this way, the inclined side wall of the small barrel can better throw water out along the side wall of the small barrel during the dehydration process of the clothes in the small barrel. For example, the bottom wall 130a of the small barrel 130 is provided with a concave structure on the outside of the small barrel 130, that is, the positioning groove 131 as before, and the concave structure is used to detachably mount the small barrel on the large barrel impeller. For example, the bottom wall 130a of the barrel 130 is an overall circular structure, or in other words, the bottom wall 130a of the barrel has a circular cross-section along the height direction of the barrel. The recessed structure 131 is located in the middle of the bottom wall 130a, and the position of the recessed structure 131 corresponds to the position of the mounting column 132. It can also be understood that the recessed structure forms a mounting column on the inner side of the bottom wall of the barrel. For example, the mounting column has a circular cross-section along the height direction of the barrel. For example, the diameter of the mounting column is 1 / 5 to 2 / 5 of the minimum diameter of the barrel. In this way, the cleaning effect of the barrel is better. It can be understood that after the mounting column is set on the bottom wall of the barrel, the mounting column protrudes from the bottom wall of the barrel, which will affect the installation of the barrel impeller to a certain extent, especially when the barrel impeller 140 is relatively flat, it will waste a lot of space in the barrel. In one embodiment, please refer to Fig.12 Combined with Fig.13A first step portion 130c and a second step portion 130d are provided between the side wall 130b and the bottom wall 130a of the barrel 130. The first step portion 130c includes a top wall 130c1 and a side wall 130c2 connected to each other. The second step portion 130d includes a top wall 130d1 and a side wall 130d2 connected to each other. The top wall 130c1 of the first step portion is connected to the inner side of the side wall 130b of the barrel 130, the top wall 130d1 of the second step portion is connected to the side wall 130c2 of the first step portion, and the periphery of the bottom wall 130a of the barrel 130 is connected to the bottom wall 130d2 of the second step portion. In this way, in addition to accommodating the limiting groove 133 on the bottom wall, the second step portion can also ensure the height of the installation column, so that the installation column has a sufficient height, so that the bottom wall can be provided with a positioning groove and a limiting plug column of sufficient height, thereby further improving the structural strength of the small barrel installed on the large barrel impeller, so that the large barrel impeller can remain stable when driving the small barrel to rotate by setting the limiting plug column and the slot. In addition, by providing the first step portion and the second step portion, the impact on the installation of the small barrel impeller can be reduced, and the volume of the gap space between the small barrel impeller and the bottom wall of the small barrel can be reduced, thereby reducing the waste of water when the small barrel is washed. For another example, the top wall 130d1 of the second step portion is connected to the middle part of the side wall 130c2 of the first step portion, so that its structural connection strength can be increased. For another example, the top end of the side wall 130c2 of the first step portion protrudes from the top wall 130c1 of the first step portion, and the top end of the side wall 130c2 of the first step portion, the top wall 130c1 of the first step portion and the side wall 130b of the bucket together form a first annular retaining groove 130e. For another example, the top of the side wall 130d2 of the second step portion slightly protrudes from the top wall 130d1 of the second step portion, and the top of the side wall 130d2 of the second step portion, the top wall 130d1 of the second step portion and the side wall 130c2 of the first step portion together form a second annular blocking groove 130f. For another example, the lower periphery of the small barrel pulsator 140 extends downward with an annular reinforcing rib 1431, and the annular reinforcing rib 1431 of the lower periphery of the small barrel pulsator 140 is at least partially accommodated in the second annular blocking groove 130f. In this way, by providing the first annular blocking groove and the second annular blocking groove, and at the same time accommodating the annular reinforcing rib of the lower periphery of the small barrel pulsator at least partially in the second annular blocking groove, it can have a certain blocking effect on foreign matter in the small barrel cleaning process, and reduce foreign matter from entering the space between the small barrel pulsator and the bottom wall of the small barrel. For example, the height of the first step portion is 9 mm to 13 mm, and the height of the second step portion is 14 mm to 21 mm. It should be noted that the height of the first step portion and the second step portion are both the height of the side plate. In order to facilitate the disassembly and movement of the small bucket, in one embodiment, a handle is provided on the small bucket. In this way, the handle is convenient for disassembly and movement of the small bucket from the large bucket impeller. For another example, the handle is provided at the top of the side wall of the small bucket.

[0035] To further improve the cleaning effect of the clothes in the small bucket, see, for example Fig.12 , the side wall 130b of the small barrel 130 is convexly provided with a plurality of cleaning ribs 130b1 on the inner side, and for example, the plurality of cleaning ribs 130b1 are distributed at intervals on the side wall of the small barrel, and for example, the cleaning ribs of the plurality of small barrels are distributed at intervals around the rotation center of the small barrel, so that the cleaning ribs arranged at intervals can further improve the water flow disturbance ability in the small barrel, and thus can improve the cleaning effect of the clothes in the small barrel. For example, the cleaning ribs of the small barrel are convex strip structures, and for example, the length extension direction of the cleaning ribs is consistent with the height direction of the small barrel. In this way, it can play a better water flow disturbance effect during the rotation of the small barrel, and thus can improve the cleaning effect of the clothes in the small barrel. For example, the center angle of the interval between two adjacent cleaning ribs 130b1 of the small barrel 130 is 15 degrees to 20 degrees, and preferably, the center angle of the interval between two adjacent cleaning ribs of the small barrel is 20 degrees. The center angle of the interval is the center angle of the rotation center of the small barrel. In this way, the cleaning effect is better. For another example, the length of the cleaning ribs of the small bucket along the circumferential direction of the small bucket is 8 mm to 12 mm. For another example, the corners of the cleaning ribs of the small bucket have a rounded structure. For another example, the corners of the cleaning ribs of the small bucket all have a rounded structure. In this way, the disturbance effect on the water flow is better, which can improve the cleaning effect of the clothes in the small bucket.

[0036] It is understood that washing clothes usually involves soaking, washing and dehydrating. During the dehydration process of the small bucket, the water in the inclined side wall of the small bucket flows along the inclined side wall to the outer bucket. However, at the same time, during the normal washing process of the small bucket, the water in the rotating small bucket will also partially flow out along the side wall of the small bucket. In order to better block the water in the rotating small bucket during the washing process of the small bucket, for example, refer to Fig.14, which is a partial cross-sectional view of the opening position of a small barrel with a water retaining ring in one embodiment, a circular limiting rib 130b2 is convexly provided on the top of the side wall 130b of the small barrel 130, and the washing machine also includes a water retaining ring 135, and the water retaining ring 135 includes a water retaining part 1351 and a drainage part 1352 connected to each other, and the end of the water retaining part away from the drainage part abuts against the circular limiting rib, so that the circular limiting rib plays a certain supporting role on the water retaining part. The diameter of the water retaining part gradually increases from the end close to the annular limiting rib to the end far from the annular limiting rib, and the drainage part 1351 is located above the water retaining part 1352, and the diameter of the drainage part gradually increases from the end close to the water retaining part to the end far from the water retaining part. The end of the drainage part far from the water retaining part extends to the outside of the side wall of the small bucket, and there is a gap between the end of the drainage part far from the water retaining part and the top of the side wall of the small bucket. The end of the water retaining part 1351 adjacent to the annular limiting rib is provided with a plurality of drainage holes 13511, and the drainage holes of the water retaining part are distributed at circumferential intervals with the rotation center of the small bucket. In this way, by setting the water retaining part, it has a good water retaining effect on the washing water flow of the small bucket in the non-dehydration state, and when the small bucket is dehydrated and rotated at a high speed, most of the water in the small bucket can be discharged into the large bucket outside the small bucket through the water retaining part and the drainage part, and then discharged through the large bucket. By setting the drainage holes, a small part of the water at the end of the water retaining part far from the drainage part can be better discharged. For example, the spacing between two adjacent drainage holes of the water retaining part is equal, and for example, the direction of opening the drainage hole is the height direction of the bucket. For example, the drainage hole has a circular cross-section, and for example, the diameter of the drainage hole increases from one end close to the bottom wall of the bucket to one end away from the bottom wall of the bucket. For example, the diameter of the drainage hole is 4 mm to 6 mm. For example, the central angle of the two adjacent drainage holes of the water retaining part with the rotation center of the bucket is 15 degrees to 20 degrees. Preferably, the central angle of the two adjacent drainage holes of the water retaining part with the rotation center of the bucket is 18 degrees. In this way, the drainage efficiency can be effectively improved, and the drainage effect is better, and the small part of the water at the end of the water retaining part away from the drainage part can be discharged more thoroughly. For example, the drainage hole has a circular cross-section. In order to better play the role of water blocking and reduce the water passing through the gap between the water blocking part and the side wall of the small bucket, for example, the end of the water blocking part 1351 away from the drainage part is also provided with an annular groove 13512, and a sealing ring 136 is also provided between the end of the water blocking part away from the drainage part and the limiting rib, and the sealing ring is partially accommodated in the annular groove 13512, and the sealing ring is in contact with the side wall of the small bucket. For another example, the sealing ring is a rubber ring, so that the gap between the end of the water blocking part and the side wall of the small bucket can be better sealed. For example, the washing machine also includes a pressure ring 137, the top end of the pressure ring 137 is bent to form a clamping groove 1371, the pressure ring is buckled on the top of the side wall of the small bucket through the clamping groove 1371, the second end of the pressure ring is in contact with the end of the water blocking part away from the drainage part, and the end of the water blocking part away from the drainage part is located between the pressure ring and the limiting rib.In this way, by providing the pressure ring, the water retaining part can be better supported and fixed on the annular limiting rib, thereby making the installation of the entire water retaining ring more secure.

[0037] It can be understood that the small barrel can be detachably installed on the large barrel impeller, which brings considerable challenges to the installation of the third power output shaft 153 and the small barrel impeller 140. On the one hand, it is necessary to ensure that the third power output shaft can transmit the torque to the small barrel impeller, and on the other hand, it is necessary to facilitate the disassembly and installation of the third power shaft and the small barrel impeller. For example, the third power output shaft is detachably connected to the small barrel impeller, specifically, including but not limited to screwing, clamping and other methods. In order to make it more convenient to make the small barrel impeller and the third power shaft detachable and connected while facilitating the transmission of torque. In one embodiment, the washing machine also includes a power output shaft connecting assembly, and the third power output shaft is connected to the small barrel impeller through the power output shaft connecting assembly. Please refer to Figures 15 to 19 The power output shaft connection assembly includes an upper cartridge 160 and a lower cartridge 170, and the upper cartridge and the lower cartridge are clamped together. Fig.16 , the upper cartridge 160 is provided with an upper tooth 161, and the lower cartridge 170 is provided with a lower tooth 171, and the upper tooth 161 and the lower tooth 171 are engaged, and the upper cartridge 160 and the lower cartridge 170 are engaged by engaging the upper tooth 161 and the lower tooth 171 to achieve engagement. The upper cartridge 160 can be used to install and connect the parts to be transmitted, and the lower cartridge 170 is used to install and connect the power output shaft or the transmission shaft of the drive assembly. It is especially suitable for the detachable installation of the small barrel pulsator and the third power output shaft in the detachable small barrel. In the specific embodiment, the upper cartridge 160 can be used to connect the small barrel pulsator 140, and the lower cartridge 170 can be used to connect the third power output shaft 153. The upper cartridge and the lower cartridge are engaged to facilitate the transmission of the power output shaft torque, so that the third power output shaft drives the small barrel pulsator to rotate through the lower cartridge and the upper cartridge. When the third power shaft needs to be disconnected from the small barrel pulsator, the engagement of the upper cartridge and the lower cartridge is directly disconnected. When the keg is mounted on the keg pulsator, the upper clamping teeth of the upper clamping tube and the lower clamping teeth of the lower clamping tube are clamped. When the keg is removed from the keg pulsator, the upper clamping teeth and the lower clamping teeth can be disconnected.

[0038] See also Figures 15 to 19, the outer wall of the upper cartridge 160 is provided with an upper clamping tooth 161; the lower cartridge 170 is provided with a clamping groove 172, and the inner wall 172 of the clamping groove of the lower cartridge 170 is provided with a lower clamping tooth 171; the upper cartridge 160 is at least partially accommodated in the clamping groove 172, and the upper clamping tooth 161 and the lower clamping tooth 172 are clamped. In this way, the upper cartridge and the lower cartridge can be detachably connected. During installation, the clamping of the upper clamping tooth and the lower clamping tooth facilitates the transmission of the torque of the power output shaft. Specifically, in this embodiment, it is convenient for the third power output shaft to transmit power to the small barrel impeller. During disassembly, the upper cartridge can be directly pulled out of the clamping groove of the lower cartridge, so that the operation of the installation process and the disassembly process is very convenient and the operation convenience is good. In one embodiment, the upper latching teeth 161 include a plurality of upper protrusions 1611 spaced apart on the outer side wall of the upper cartridge 160, and the lower latching teeth 171 include a plurality of lower protrusions 1711 spaced apart on the inner side wall of the clamping groove 172 of the lower cartridge 170, and a lower groove 1711a is formed between two adjacent lower protrusions 1711, and each upper protrusion 1611 is inserted into a lower groove 1711a one by one, and each upper protrusion 1611 is at least partially inserted into the corresponding lower groove 1711. In this way, the mounting structure has better firmness and higher torque transmission efficiency. For another example, each upper protrusion is embedded in a lower groove one by one, and each upper protrusion is at least partially embedded in the corresponding lower groove. In this way, the clamping connection between the upper and lower latching teeth can be made more firm, and the torque transmission efficiency can be further improved. For another example, both the upper protrusion 1611 and the lower protrusion 1711 have a strip structure, the end of the upper protrusion 1611 adjacent to the lower groove has a pointed structure, and the end of the lower protrusion 111 adjacent to the upper cartridge also has a pointed structure. In this way, the corner structure of the end makes it easier for the upper protrusion to be inserted into the lower groove. It should be noted that in this embodiment, it can also be understood that an upper groove is formed between two adjacent upper protrusions, and each lower protrusion is inserted into an upper groove one by one. It should be understood that although there are differences in the above description methods, they should be included in the protection scope of this application. In addition, the positions of the upper cartridge and the lower cartridge can also be swapped, that is, the upper cartridge is used to connect the power shaft, and the lower cartridge is used to connect the parts to be transmitted, such as a small barrel impeller, which should also be included in the protection scope of this application.

[0039] In one embodiment, please refer to Figures 15 to 19The upper cartridge 160 includes a top plate 160a and a barrel 160b. The barrel 160b is a hollow cylindrical shape. An upper clamping tooth 161 is provided on the outer wall of the barrel 160b. The upper clamping tooth 161 includes a plurality of upper protrusions 1611 spaced apart and distributed on the outer wall of the barrel 160b. The top plate 160a is connected to the top of the barrel 160b. The top plate is used to open a hole to install and connect the small barrel impeller. In one embodiment, the top plate 160a is connected to the end of the upper protrusion 1611 away from the lower groove 1711a, so that the top plate can make the structure of the upper protrusion 1611 on the barrel more solid. For another example, the upper cartridge 160 further includes a mounting rod 160c, which is cylindrical, and the top plate 160a is connected to the top of the mounting rod 160c, and the diameter of the mounting rod 160c is smaller than the inner diameter of the cylinder 160b, and the mounting rod 160c is located inside the cylinder 160b, and the length of the cylinder 160b is smaller than the length of the mounting rod 160c; in this way, by providing the mounting rod, it is convenient to open a longer hole therein, so as to make the installation connection between the upper cartridge and the third power shaft more secure. In one embodiment, the end of each lower protrusion away from the upper cartridge is connected to the bottom wall of the clamping groove. In this way, the structural strength of the overall lower clamping teeth can be improved.

[0040] In a specific embodiment, the upper cartridge 160 is connected to the small barrel impeller 140 through the spline 221. In order to better connect the spline with the upper cartridge, for example, refer to Fig.18 , an upper placement hole 160a1 is provided on the top plate 160a, and a connected upper placement hole 160c1 and an upper accommodation hole 160c2 are provided in the mounting rod 160c. The upper placement hole, the upper mounting hole and the upper accommodation hole are connected in sequence; the diameter of the upper mounting hole is smaller than the diameter of the upper placement hole and the upper accommodation hole, respectively. The upper placement hole 160a1 is used to accommodate the spline 221, and the upper placement hole 160a1 matches the shape of the spline. For example, the end of the spline adjacent to the upper cartridge has a triangular, quadrilateral or polygonal cross-section, and the upper placement hole matches the shape of the spline, which can facilitate the transmission of torque. Please combine Figure 5, the upper mounting hole 160c1 is used to pass the rod of the screw 310a, and the upper receiving hole 160c2 is used to receive the head of the screw 310a. In this way, the upper cartridge can be fixed to the spline by the screw. Of course, the end of the spline needs to have a screw hole corresponding to the screw. It should be noted that the screw 310a in this embodiment is named the first upper screw 310a in order to distinguish it from subsequent screws. For example, two screw holes are respectively provided at both ends of the spline 221, namely, the upper screw hole 2211 of the spline and the lower screw hole 2212 of the spline. For example, a fixing hole 141 is provided on the small barrel impeller 140, and the small barrel impeller 140 is fixed to the spline 221 by the second upper screw 310. The rod of the second upper screw 310 is sequentially screwed to the fixing hole 141 and the upper screw hole 2211 of the spline. In this way, the spline can be connected to the small barrel impeller. For example, the rod of the first upper screw 310a passes through the upper mounting hole 160c1 and is screwed into the spline lower screw hole 2212. In this way, the spline can be connected to the upper cartridge. The spline in this embodiment can also be understood as a spline shaft or a connecting rod.

[0041] See also Fig.16 and Fig.18 The lower cartridge 170 is provided with a placement groove 1721 on the bottom wall of the retaining groove 172, and the end of the mounting rod adjacent to the lower cartridge is accommodated in the placement groove, and the placement groove is used to place or hold or accommodate the end of the mounting rod. For another example, a plurality of arc-shaped baffles 172a protrude from the bottom wall of the retaining groove 172 of the lower cartridge toward the upper cartridge, and the arc centers and arc radii of the plurality of arc-shaped baffles 172a are the same. The central axis of the barrel 160b of the cartridge above the plurality of arc-shaped baffles 172a is distributed at circumferential intervals, and the plurality of arc-shaped baffles 172a and the bottom wall of the retaining groove 172 together form a placement position for placing or holding or accommodating the end of the mounting rod. A placement groove 1721 is also provided on the bottom wall of the retaining groove 172 at the placement position, so that a longer mounting rod can be accommodated. In one embodiment, please refer to Fig.16 The outer wall of the lower cartridge 170 is provided with a plurality of reinforcing ribs 170a. The plurality of reinforcing ribs 170 of the lower cartridge are distributed at intervals in a circle around the central axis of the cylinder of the upper cartridge. In this way, the plurality of reinforcing ribs can play a good role in reinforcing the structure of the lower cartridge. In one embodiment, please refer to Fig.16 , Fig.18 and Fig.19 The end of the lower cartridge 170 adjacent to the upper cartridge 160 has an extension portion 170b extending along the outer side of the lower cartridge 170. For example, the extension portion 170b gradually slopes downward from the direction away from the side wall of the lower cartridge 170. For another example, the end of the extension portion 170b away from the side wall of the lower cartridge 170 has a stopper portion 170b1 protruding downward. Figure 8 and Figure 5The positioning column 121 of the large barrel pulsator 120 is provided with an annular groove 1213 on the side away from the large barrel pulsator 120, and the annular groove 1213 is provided around the large barrel pulsator mounting hole 1212. The blocking portion 170b1 partially extends into the annular groove 1213, so that the setting of the annular groove and the blocking portion 170b1 can also prevent foreign matter from falling into the large barrel pulsator mounting hole to a certain extent.

[0042] In order to better install the lower cartridge 170 and the third power delivery shaft 153 together, in one embodiment, refer to Fig.18 The lower cartridge 170 has a bottom wall of the placement groove 1721 with a lower placement hole 1722, a lower mounting hole 1723 and a lower receiving hole 1724 that are connected in sequence, and the lower placement hole 1722 is closest to the upper cartridge 160, and the diameter of the lower mounting hole 1723 is smaller than the diameter of the lower placement hole 1722 and the lower receiving hole 1724. Figure 5 , the lower cartridge 170 is connected to the third power output shaft 153 through the lower screw 320. The lower placement hole 1722 is used to accommodate the head of the lower screw 320, the lower mounting hole 1723 is used to pass the rod of the lower screw 320, and the lower accommodation hole 1724 is used to accommodate and install the end of the third power output shaft 153. The third power output shaft 153 is provided with a screw hole 153a, and the rod of the lower screw 320 passes through the lower mounting hole 1723 and is screwed to the screw hole 153a of the third power output shaft 153 to fix the lower cartridge to the third power output shaft.

[0043] In order to make the connection between the third power output shaft and the lower cartridge more secure and improve the torque transmission efficiency, in one embodiment, refer to Figures 17 to 19The lower cartridge 170 has a plurality of embedding grooves 1724a formed on the side wall of the lower receiving hole 1724 thereof, and the plurality of embedding grooves 1724a are circumferentially spaced around the central axis of the barrel 160b of the upper cartridge 160. It can also be understood that the plurality of embedding grooves are circumferentially spaced around the rotation axis of the third power shaft. The power output shaft connection assembly further includes a mounting insert 175, and the outer side wall of the mounting insert 175 has a plurality of embedding columns 1751 formed thereon. The mounting insert 175 is embedded in the lower receiving hole 1724, and each embedding column 1751 is correspondingly embedded in each embedding groove 1724a. Thus, by providing the mounting insert 175, the connection firmness between the lower cartridge 170 and the third power output shaft 153 can be further improved. In a specific application, the mounting insert 175 can be made of metal, and the lower cartridge can be made of plastic. The mounting insert can be embedded in the injection mold of the lower cartridge to form a connection structure of the mounting insert and the lower cartridge. In addition, the cooperation between the embedding column 1751 and the embedding groove 1724a can further improve the torque transmission efficiency between the lower cartridge and the power shaft. For another example, the outer wall of the mounting insert 175 is convexly provided with an embedding portion 1754, and the side wall of the lower cartridge in the lower accommodating hole 1724 is concavely provided with an embedding groove 1724, and the embedding portion 1754 of the mounting insert 175 is embedded in the embedding groove 1724. Preferably, the embedding portion has a polygonal shape, and the embedding groove has a shape corresponding to the embedding portion. In this way, the connection strength between the lower cartridge and the mounting insert can be higher, and the mounting insert can better transmit the torque of the third power output shaft to the lower cartridge. Please refer to Fig.19 Combined with Fig.18 The mounting insert 175 is provided with a power shaft mounting hole 1753 and a screw hole 1752 which are connected in sequence along the central axis direction of the cylinder 160b of the upper cartridge 160, and the screw hole 1752 is closest to the lower mounting hole 1723, and the diameter of the power shaft mounting hole 1753 is larger than the diameter of the screw hole 1752. The power shaft mounting hole is used to mount and accommodate the end of the third power shaft 153. Figure 5 The rod of the lower screw 320 passes through the lower mounting hole 1723 and the screw hole 1752 in sequence and is screwed to the screw hole 153a of the third power output shaft 153 to fix the lower cartridge, the mounting insert and the third power output shaft 153. In one embodiment, please combine Figure 4 and Fig.19 The outer side wall of the end of the third power output shaft 153 is provided with a plurality of positioning grooves 1531. Please refer to Fig.19 The mounting insert 175 is provided with a plurality of locking posts (not shown) on the inner side wall of the power shaft mounting hole 1753, which correspond to the locking grooves 1531 one by one, and the locking posts are inserted into the locking grooves. In this way, the cooperation between the locking posts and the locking grooves has a good limiting effect, which can further improve the fastening strength between the third power output shaft and the mounting insert, thereby improving its torque transmission efficiency.

[0044] To better install the keg impeller in the keg, please refer to Figure 5 Combined with Figure 3 The small barrel pulsator 140 is rotatably arranged on the mounting column 131 of the small barrel 130. The bottom wall of the small barrel 130 is provided with a small barrel mounting hole 1312, and the small barrel mounting hole 1312 passes through the top of the mounting column 131. Figure 5 and Fig.15 The washing machine also includes a spline 221 and a bearing 222, the bearing 222 is supported in the small barrel mounting hole 1312, and the spline 221 is fixed in the inner ring of the bearing 222, so that the spline can rotate relative to the small barrel mounting hole. The spline 221 connects the small barrel pulsator 140. For example, the installation of the spline and the small barrel pulsator can refer to the previous content. In this way, through the spline and the bearing, the small barrel pulsator can be rotated and set on the mounting column 131. It is also possible to connect the small barrel pulsator with the upper cartridge through the spline, so that the third power output shaft 153 drives the small barrel pulsator to rotate through the upper cartridge and the lower cartridge. It can be understood that since the bottom wall of the small barrel is provided with a hole, that is, the small barrel mounting hole, and at the same time, it is limited by the detachable characteristics of the small barrel that the small barrel bottom wall opening does not overflow water, which is a problem that needs to be solved urgently. In order to prevent the small barrel mounting hole from overflowing, in one embodiment, the bearing is a water-sealing bearing or a sealing bearing. In this way, a better water sealing effect can be mentioned, so that the small barrel mounting hole does not overflow. In one embodiment, please refer to Fig.15 , Figures 17 to 19 The water-sealing bearing 222 has an inner ring 2221 and an outer ring 2222. The inner ring 2221 of the water-sealing bearing is fixedly sleeved outside the spline 221. Fig. 20 , the outer ring 2222 of the water-sealing bearing is fixed on the inner wall of the barrel installation hole 1312. In this way, the installation is relatively firm. In a specific embodiment, the water-sealing bearing 222 includes an inner ring 2221, an outer ring 2222 and a sealing ring 2223. The inner ring 2221 of the water-sealing bearing is fixedly sleeved outside the spline 221, and the outer ring 2222 of the water-sealing bearing is fixed to the inner wall of the barrel installation hole 1312. The inner ring 2221 of the water-sealing bearing is rotatably supported in the outer ring, for example, by a ball bearing, or the inner ring is movably sleeved in the outer ring. Please refer to Fig.18 and Fig.19The outer wall of the outer ring 2222 extends with a placement portion 2222a, which is used to place the sealing ring. The placement portion is provided with a placement groove 2222b, which is used to place or place the sealing ring. The sealing ring has a circular ring structure, the sealing ring is partially embedded in the placement groove, and the sealing ring 2223 abuts against the side wall and bottom wall of the placement groove 2222b, and the side of the sealing ring 2223 away from the placement groove 2222b abuts against the bottom wall of the positioning groove 131. In this way, the sealing ring can play a better water sealing role. In one embodiment, the placement portion 2222a of the outer ring 2222 further extends an extension portion 2222c to the outside, the extension portion 2222c has a circular sheet structure, a plurality of extension portion screw holes are arranged at intervals on the extension portion 2222c, a plurality of positioning screw holes are arranged on the bottom wall of the positioning groove, the position of each positioning screw hole corresponds to the position of each extension portion screw hole, and each positioning screw hole and each extension portion screw hole are fixed by a screw. In this way, the outer ring can be fixedly installed in the barrel installation hole 1312. In one embodiment, a limiting portion 221a is convexly provided on the middle part of the spline 221, and a limiting protrusion 2222d is convexly provided on the inner side wall of the outer ring 2222. The limiting protrusion 2222d divides the cavity of the outer ring into an upper placement cavity 2222e and a lower placement cavity 2222f. The limiting protrusions surround a middle placement cavity 2222g. The number of inner rings 2221 is set to two, namely an upper inner ring and a lower inner ring. The upper inner ring and the lower inner ring are both sleeved on the outside of the spline 221, the upper inner ring is supported in the upper placement cavity, and the lower inner ring is supported in the lower placement cavity. The limiting portion 221a of the spline is accommodated in the upper placement cavity. The limiting portion is an annular sheet structure as a whole. The diameter of the limiting portion is larger than the diameter of the middle placement cavity 2222g, and the limiting portion 221a of the spline is located between the limiting protrusion 2222d and the upper inner ring. In this way, the spline can be better limited to prevent it from falling from the inner ring. In one embodiment, the water-sealing bearing also includes a accommodating limit ring, the accommodating limit ring sleeve is placed outside the spline, and the accommodating limit ring is located between the upper inner ring and the lower inner ring, the accommodating limit ring includes a connected accommodating ring part and a limit ring part, the outer diameter of the accommodating ring part is respectively larger than the diameter of the outer side of the limit ring part and the diameter of the middle placement cavity, the limit ring part is accommodated in the upper placement cavity, the accommodating ring part is accommodated in the middle placement cavity, and the limit part of the spline is located between the limit ring part and the limit protrusion. In this way, by setting the accommodating limit ring, the spline can be further limited to prevent it from falling from the inner ring. In addition, the spline provided in this embodiment has better flexibility by setting two inner rings, which can better improve the torque transmission efficiency and the overall service life of the water-sealing bearing.

[0045] It should be noted that the volume and area of the small barrel are relatively small, so the area and diameter of the small barrel impeller introduced are also relatively small. How to further improve the water flow disturbance ability after introducing the small barrel impeller in the small barrel is an urgent problem to be solved. In order to improve the water flow disturbance ability of the small barrel impeller, please refer to Fig. 20 and Fig.21 The present application also provides a small barrel pulsator 140 including a small barrel pulsator body 140a, the small barrel pulsator body 140a protrudes in the middle of one side to form a raised portion 142, or in other words, the small barrel pulsator body protrudes in the middle of one side facing the small barrel opening to form a raised portion. The raised portion 142 forms a cavity 143 on the other side of the small barrel pulsator body 140a, and the small barrel pulsator body 140a has a connecting column 144 in the middle of one side of the cavity, and the connecting column 144 is used to install the spline 221. A fixing hole 141 is provided in the middle of the small barrel pulsator body 140a, and the fixing hole 141 is connected to the cavity 143, and the fixing hole 141 passes through the connecting column 144. For example, the fixing hole is a screw hole. The connecting column is used to connect and install the power transmission mechanism of the connecting drive device, and the connecting column can open a fixing hole of a greater depth, and thus can open a longer thread. Compared with the small barrel pulsator body with a smaller thickness, the power transmission mechanism of the drive device is installed through the connecting column. Since it has a longer thread, the installation structure strength of the small barrel pulsator and the power transmission mechanism can be better, and the loss of the small barrel pulsator can be reduced to a certain extent. For example, the height of the connecting column is 20 mm to 30 mm. Preferably, the height of the connecting column is 23 mm to 26 mm. In this way, it can better ensure that the thread length in its fixing hole is appropriate. Please refer to Fig. 20 and Fig.21, a plurality of small barrel pulsator ribs 1421 are convexly provided on the raised portion 142, and each small barrel pulsator rib 1421 extends in a spiral shape from the periphery of the small barrel pulsator body 140a to the rotation axis of the small barrel pulsator body 140. In this way, the side of the small barrel pulsator 140 facing the opening direction of the small barrel 130 can have a larger surface area, and a longer small barrel pulsator rib can be set, which can further improve the water flow disturbance ability of the small barrel pulsator 140, thereby further improving the washing effect of the clothes in the small barrel. For another example, the mounting column 132 is at least partially located in the cavity 143. For another example, a plurality of small barrel pulsator ribs 1421 are convexly provided on the raised portion 142, and the small barrel pulsator ribs 1421 extend in a spiral shape from the periphery of the small barrel pulsator 140 to the rotation axis of the small barrel pulsator 140. In this way, compared with the traditional flat pulsator, the convex ribs of the above-mentioned small barrel pulsator can be provided with longer ribs, so as to improve the water flow disturbance ability during the cleaning process. For example, the ribs of each small barrel pulsator are distributed in a circular array with the rotation axis of the small barrel pulsator body as the center. For example, the number of ribs of the small barrel pulsator is 3 to 8. For example, the ratio of the height of the cavity to the maximum diameter of the small barrel pulsator body is 0.2:1 to 0.7:1. For example, the height of the small barrel pulsator is 90 mm to 110 mm. In this way, the water flow disturbance ability can be further improved, thereby improving the cleaning effect in the small barrel. It should be noted that the maximum diameter of the cavity is the maximum diameter of the cross section of the cavity along the height direction of the small barrel, or the diameter of the maximum circular cross section of the edge of the small barrel pulsator body along the height direction of the small barrel. For example, the ratio of the height of the cavity to the diameter of the maximum circular cross section of the cavity is 1 / 3. In this way, the cavity can better accommodate the mounting column, and the ribs of the small barrel pulsator with a more suitable length can be set. In one embodiment, the convex rib 1421 of the small bucket impeller has opposite positive water-draining side surface 1421a and negative water-draining side surface 1421b along the circumferential direction of the small bucket impeller body 140a, the positive water-draining side surface 1421a is located on the side to which the tangential centrifugal force points during the forward rotation of the small bucket impeller, and the negative water-draining side surface 1421b is located on the side to which the tangential centrifugal force points during the reverse rotation of the small bucket impeller, the positive water-draining side surface 1421a has opposite ends along the extension direction of the convex rib of the small bucket impeller, and the positive water-draining side surface 1421a is gradually recessed from the two ends to the middle in a direction close to the negative water-draining side surface 1421b; the negative water-draining side surface 1421b has opposite ends along the extension direction of the convex rib of the small bucket impeller, and the negative water-draining side surface 1421b is gradually protruded from the two ends to the middle in a direction away from the positive water-draining side surface 1421a. In this way, the arrangement of the positive water-repelling side surface 1421a and the reverse water-repelling side surface 1421b has a good water flow disturbance effect, which can further improve the washing effect of the clothes in the small bucket. In order to improve the structural strength of the small bucket pulsator, for example, an annular reinforcing rib 1431 extends from the inner surface of the cavity 143 around the rotation axis of the small bucket pulsator 140; for another example, a radial reinforcing rib 1432 extends from the inner surface of the cavity 143 along the radial direction. For example, multiple radial reinforcing ribs 1432 are provided. In this way, by providing multiple annular reinforcing ribs 1431 and radial reinforcing ribs 1432, the small barrel pulsator can be better reinforced and the damage rate of the small barrel pulsator during use can be reduced. For example, multiple annular reinforcing ribs 1431 are provided, and multiple annular reinforcing ribs 1431 are radially spaced with the rotation axis of the small barrel pulsator 140. In this way, multiple annular reinforcing ribs 1431 distributed radially can further reinforce the small barrel pulsator and reduce the damage rate of the small barrel pulsator during use. For example, the diameter of the mounting column is 1 / 3 of the minimum diameter of the small barrel. For example, the height of the mounting column is 80 mm to 110 mm. In this way, the small barrel pulsator can be installed well. For example, the height of the small barrel pulsator is 1 / 4~3 / 5 of the minimum diameter of the small barrel, preferably 2 / 5 of the minimum diameter of the small barrel. In this way, the washing effect of the clothes in the small barrel can be improved well.

[0046] When it is necessary to use the washing machine with a small barrel pulsator of the present application to wash clothes: for example, when it is necessary to use a large barrel 110 to wash the clothes therein, the small barrel and the small barrel pulsator are removed from the large barrel pulsator, and the washing is done according to the normal ordinary pulsator washing machine. Specifically, the first power output shaft 151 and the second power output shaft 152 can be controlled to rotate to drive the large barrel 110 and the large barrel pulsator 120 to rotate respectively, and the rotation directions of the large barrel 110 and the large barrel pulsator 120 are controlled to be opposite, so that the washing of the clothes in the large barrel 110 is completed; when it is necessary to dehydrate the clothes in the large barrel 110, the first power output shaft 151 and the second power output shaft 152 are controlled to rotate, so that the rotation directions of the large barrel 110 and the large barrel pulsator 120 are the same, and the clothes in the large barrel are dried by the action of centrifugal force to complete the dehydration operation of the clothes in the large barrel 110. It should be noted that the large barrel can be implemented with reference to the large barrel of the prior art. It should be noted that how to control the rotation direction of the large barrel or large barrel pulsator for washing and dehydration can also be realized by referring to the prior art. For example, when it is necessary to use the small barrel 130 to wash the clothes therein, after the small barrel is installed on the large barrel pulsator, the second power output shaft 152 and the third power output shaft 153 are controlled to rotate, and the second power output shaft 152 drives the small barrel 130 to rotate through the large barrel pulsator 120, and the third power output shaft 153 drives the small barrel pulsator 140 to rotate, so that the rotation direction of the small barrel pulsator 140 is opposite to the rotation direction of the small barrel 130, so as to achieve the effect of strong stirring of the water flow in the small barrel, and complete the washing operation of the clothes in the small barrel. When it is necessary to dehydrate the clothes in the small barrel 130, the second power output shaft 152 and the third power output shaft 153 are controlled to rotate, so that the rotation directions of the small barrel 130 and the small barrel pulsator 140 are the same, and the clothes in the small barrel are dried by the action of centrifugal force, so as to complete the dehydration operation of the clothes in the small barrel 130. Of course, the specific control method is not limited thereto, and may also be other cleaning methods known in the art, which only requires treating the small barrel and the small barrel pulsator as a whole as an ordinary pulsator washing machine to control it for cleaning.

[0047] The technical features of the above-described embodiments can be combined arbitrarily.
