Abstract

The present invention relates to a fin tube forming machine core head fine-tuning device and a fin tube forming machine equipped with the same, comprising: a template, the template being used to connect a core rod on which the core head is located; a drive assembly, the drive end of the drive assembly being connected to the template, the template being driven by the drive assembly to move its position, so that the core head switches between at least two rolling positions. Due to the addition of the drive assembly, the drive assembly drives the core rod to a set position via the template, and the core head reaches the rolling position. Driven by the drive assembly, the core head can switch between at least two rolling positions, so that the core head has at least two positions relative to the blade. In this way, the position on the core head where it is squeezed by the forming blades in the blade assembly changes (this position is a position prone to wear), thereby reducing wear on the core head and ensuring stable forming quality.
