Abstract

The present invention discloses a filter element assembly and a fuel filter, belonging to the technical field of automobile parts. The filter element assembly includes a filter element body, an upper end cover and a float, wherein the filter element body is provided with an oil outlet channel; the upper end cover is arranged on the filter element body, and the circumferential surface of the upper end cover is provided with an exhaust hole connected to the oil outlet channel; the float is rotatably connected to the upper end cover and is arranged at intervals from the exhaust hole, the density of the float is less than the density of the oil and greater than the density of the air, when the liquid level of the oil on the end surface of the upper end cover is higher than the height of the exhaust hole, the float can block the exhaust hole; when the liquid level of the oil is not higher than the height of the exhaust hole, the oil outlet channel is connected to the outside of the filter element assembly through the exhaust hole. The fuel filter includes the above-mentioned filter element assembly. The filter element assembly and the fuel filter of the present invention can exhaust air and avoid the potential risk of unfiltered oil entering the oil outlet channel by arranging the exhaust hole and the float on the upper end cover.
