Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present application relates to the technical field of curtain installation, in particular to a curtain tensioning device. BACKGROUND

[0002] At present, projection screens are divided into hard curtains and soft curtains, and there are different installation methods for the two. Taking a 100-inch light-resistant hard curtain as an example, the hard curtain is directly attached to a flat honeycomb aluminum plate or other metal plate, and the whole is packaged for delivery. This structure has the problems of inconvenient transportation and installation, for example, it is difficult to use an elevator to transport in a high-rise residence. Taking a soft curtain of hot-melt PVC curtain as an example, one way is to directly install a lifting reel on the screen to hang and install the soft curtain, but the flatness of the screen cannot be guaranteed when this installation method is used. Another way is to use fusion technology to wrap a hard rod in the soft curtain at both ends, wrap the curtain on the frame in a reverse way, and then set a plurality of springs corresponding to the screen frame behind the screen frame, and realize the installation of the soft curtain by stretching the springs. This way keeps the flatness of the screen by the tension of the springs, and also solves the problems of inconvenient installation and packaging and transportation of the existing screen, but this scheme cannot be applied to PET screens with a certain hardness. In addition, the use of springs for installation has many accessories and is complicated to install. The spring force is fixed in the design, and the tension of the curtain cannot be adjusted during use, that is, the tension of the curtain cannot be adjusted, which cannot meet the different needs of users. In addition, the terms “include” and “have” and any variations thereof are intended to cover non-exclusive inclusion. For example, a process, method, system, product, or device that includes a series of steps or units is not limited to the listed steps or units, but can optionally include steps or units not listed, or can optionally include other steps or units inherent to the process, method, product, or device.

[0055] Reference to “an embodiment” in this document means that a particular feature, structure, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment can be included in at least one embodiment of the present application. The phrase appears at various places in the specification does not necessarily all refer to the same embodiment, nor is it necessary that every embodiment include the same features, structures, or characteristics. It will be explicitly understood by those skilled in the art that the embodiments described herein can be combined with other embodiments.

[0056] As Figure 9 and Figure 10As shown, the curtain tensioning device in the present application comprises a curtain 10, a curtain frame 1, a connecting piece 2, a connecting clamping strip 3 and an adjusting piece 4. The curtain 10 is used for reflecting projected light, and comprises at least two opposite end portions and an intermediate portion between the two end portions. The end portions are edge portions around the frame of the curtain frame 1, and the intermediate portion is a portion of the curtain 10 used for reflecting projected light. The curtain frame 1 is used for carrying the curtain 10, and comprises a light-incident surface and a back surface. The light-incident surface of the curtain frame carries the intermediate portion, and the back surface of the curtain frame carries the at least two opposite end portions. The curtain frame is wrapped by the curtain from the light-incident surface direction to the back surface direction.

[0057] The connecting piece 2 is arranged at the at least two opposite end portions of the curtain 10, and the length of the connecting piece 2 corresponds to the length of the frame of the curtain frame 1. Meanwhile, the connecting piece 2 can drive the curtain 10 to move, and is an intermediate element for tensioning the curtain 10, thereby avoiding damage to the curtain 10 caused by direct connection of the curtain 10 with other elements.

[0058] The connecting clamping strip 3 is arranged outside the connecting piece 2, and the length of the connecting clamping strip 3 corresponds to the length of the frame of the curtain frame 1. One end of the connecting clamping strip 3 is clamped with the connecting piece 2, so as to further clamp the curtain 10 with the connecting piece 2. The other end of the connecting clamping strip 3 is matched with the curtain frame 1, and is used for indirectly fixing the curtain 10 on the curtain frame 1.

[0059] Please continue to refer to Figure 10 The adjusting piece 4 is arranged between the curtain frame 1 and the connecting clamping strip 3, and is used for controlling the linear movement of the connecting clamping strip 3 in a direction perpendicular to the frame of the curtain frame 1, thereby driving the connecting piece 2 to move. The two connecting pieces 2 at the opposite ends form opposite pulling forces on the curtain 10, so that the curtain 10 is tensioned.

[0060] That is, the curtain 10, the connecting piece 2, the connecting clamping strip 3 and the adjusting piece 4 are arranged on the curtain frame 1. The curtain 10 is connected with the adjusting piece 4 through the connecting piece 2 and the connecting clamping strip 3. The adjusting piece 4 arranged at the corresponding two ends of the curtain 10 moves linearly in a direction perpendicular to the frame of the curtain frame 1, thereby driving the connecting clamping strip 3 and the connecting piece 2 to exert opposite pulling forces on the curtain 10, so that the curtain 10 is tensioned. When the adjusting piece 4 is adjusted, the displacement of the adjusting piece 4 in a direction perpendicular to the frame causes the pulling forces at the two ends of the curtain 10 to change, and the stretching degree and tension of the curtain 10 also change. Compared with the current spring structure for tensioning the curtain 10, the tensioning device is more flexible and can adjust the tension of the curtain 10 according to needs, thereby meeting different use requirements of users. The curtain tensioning device will be described in detail below.

[0061] In this application, the screen frame 1 supports the screen 10. During installation, the opposite ends of the screen 10 are wrapped around the screen frame 1 and connected to the screen frame 1 via connectors 2 and connecting clips 3. This allows the screen 10 to be opened on the light-incident surface of the screen frame 1, thereby receiving light projected from the projection device or laser TV. The screen 10 then reflects the projected light into the user's eyes, forming the image seen by the user. The screen 10 in this application is a soft screen or a PET screen with a certain degree of hardness. The hardness of the PET screen is between that of a traditional hard screen and a soft screen. For ease of explanation, as... Figure 9 As shown, the screen 10 is divided into two parts: one part is the end portion 100 with the connector 2, and the other part is the middle portion 200 located between the two opposing end portions 100. The end portion 100 is used to install the connector 2, and the middle portion 200 is used to reflect light during screen use. The end portion 100 and the middle portion 200 are located on the backlight surface and the light-incident surface of the screen frame 1, respectively.

[0062] The screen frame 1 in this application includes at least two opposing frames and a connecting rod connecting the two frames. The frames are used to support the end 100 of the screen 10, and the connecting rod is used to connect and support the two opposing frames. The screen frame 1 can have various forms, which will be described below through a specific embodiment.

[0063] In one embodiment, such as Figure 1 and Figure 2 As shown, Figure 1 This is a schematic diagram of screen frame 1. Figure 2 This is a partial disassembled schematic diagram of the screen frame 1. The screen frame 1 is rectangular in shape and includes two opposing long frames 11, two opposing short frames 12, and a connecting rod 13 connecting the two long frames 11. The two short frames 12 are connected end to end to the two long frames 11, and the connecting rod 13 is fixed in the middle of the two long frames 11. It can be understood that the connecting rod 13 mainly serves to further fix the screen frame 1. In other embodiments, this connecting rod 13 may not be provided. A fixing member 5 is provided at the connection between the short frame 12 and the long frame 11. When the short frame 12 and the long frame 11 are right angled, the fixing member 5 can be a right angle connector with two connecting parts. One end is connected to the short frame 12, and the other end is connected to the long frame 11, thereby fixing the adjacent short frame 12 and long frame 11 into one piece. When the short frame 12 and the long frame 11 are slanted, such as when the opposite edges of the short frame 12 and the long frame 11 are at a 45-degree angle, the fastener 5 can also be a corner connector to connect the short frame 12 and the long frame 11 with screws.

[0064] Please see Figure 3 , Figure 3As a side view of the frame of the curtain frame 1, the backlight surface of the curtain frame 1 in the embodiment is provided with an outwardly extending mounting boss 14, and the mounting boss 14 is provided with a through hole 15 penetrating the mounting boss in the frame direction. Please refer to Figure 4 and Figure 5 , Figure 4 As a partial view of the adjustment member inserted into the curtain frame, Figure 5 As a cross-sectional view of Figure 4 , the adjustment member 4 is connected with the connecting strip 3 through the through hole 15; the end portion 100 of the curtain 10 is on the same side as the mounting boss 14, and the middle portion 200 of the curtain 10 is located on the light entrance surface of the curtain frame 1. The mounting boss 14 is arranged on the backlight surface of the long frame 11 and the short frame 12, and is used for mounting and fixing the connecting strip 3, and at the same time, a space is formed on the backlight surface where the mounting boss 14 is located, which is used for accommodating the connecting member 2 and the connecting strip 3. One end of the connecting strip 3 abuts against the top surface of the mounting boss 14, and the other end is clamped with the connecting member 2 to control the movement of the curtain 10.

[0065] The mounting boss 14 in the embodiment is arranged on the curtain frame 1 near one end close to the center of the curtain frame 1, and an end boss 16 is arranged on the other end away from the center of the curtain frame 1; the connecting portion between the end portion 100 and the middle portion 200 of the curtain 10 is in contact with the end boss 16, so that the middle portion of the curtain 10 is suspended. The end boss 16 is the outer edge of the curtain frame 1, and protruding portions are formed on the light entrance surface and the backlight surface, respectively, and the curtain 10 is wound around the end boss 16, and is divided into the end portion 100 on the backlight surface and the middle portion 200 on the light entrance surface by the end boss 16. The top surface of the end boss 16 is in contact with the connecting portion between the end portion 100 and the middle portion 200 of the curtain frame 1, and the backlight surface and the light entrance surface of the end boss 16 are in contact with the end portion 100 and the middle portion 200 of the curtain, respectively, so that both ends of the middle portion 200 are supported, and the middle portion 200 is in a suspended state with the entire light entrance surface of the curtain frame, so as to maintain the flatness of the curtain 10 in use. If the end boss 16 is not arranged, the middle portion 200 of the curtain 10 is in contact with the entire light entrance surface of the curtain frame 1, and the flatness of the curtain frame 1 affects the flatness of the curtain 10. The arrangement of the end boss 16 makes both ends of the curtain 10 only in contact with the protruding portions of the end boss 16, and the remaining portions are suspended, so as to avoid that the flatness of the entire curtain frame 1 affects the flatness of the curtain 10.

[0066] The connecting piece 2 in the present application is arranged at the end of the curtain frame 1 and is clamped with the connecting clamping strip 3, that is, the connecting piece 2 is connected with the connecting clamping strip 3 together with the curtain 10. The number of the connecting piece 2 is at least two, which are arranged at two opposite ends of the curtain 10, so that the curtain 10 can be stretched and tensioned. The number of the connecting piece 2 can also be multiple, which are arranged at each end of the curtain 10, so that the tension of the curtain 10 is more balanced. Generally, the shape of the curtain 10 is rectangular, which has two long sides and two short sides. Therefore, four connecting pieces 2 are arranged on the four sides of the curtain 10 in the present application, which can exert four directions of tension on the curtain 10, so that the tension of the curtain 10 is more balanced, the flatness of the curtain 10 reaches the preset flatness, and the projection performance requirement is met, and the reflection effect of the light is better.

[0067] The connecting clamping strip 3 in the present application is a middle connecting structure, one end of which is used for connecting the connecting piece 2, and the other end of which is connected with the curtain frame 1, so that one end of the curtain 10 is fixed on the curtain frame 1.

[0068] In one embodiment, please refer to Figure 6 and Figure 7 , Figure 6 which are structural diagrams of the connecting clamping strip, Figure 7 which is a side view of Figure 6 . One end of the connecting clamping strip 3 is a clamping opening 31, the curtain 10 wraps the connecting piece 2 and is clamped into the clamping opening 31, so that the connecting piece 2 is clamped with the connecting clamping strip 3, and the end 100 of the curtain 10 is also clamped into the connecting clamping strip 3. The other end of the connecting clamping strip 3 is provided with an adjusting piece mounting hole 32, the adjusting piece 4 enters the adjusting piece mounting hole 32 after passing through the through hole 15 of the mounting boss 14, so as to be connected with the connecting clamping strip 3. When the adjusting piece 4 moves, the tension is formed on the connecting piece 2, the connecting clamping strip 3 and the curtain 10. The length of the connecting clamping strip 3 is matched with the length of the long side frame 11 and the short side frame 12. The clamping opening 31 can be a hollow cylinder with one side opening. The connecting piece 2 together with the curtain 10 is clamped into the clamping opening 31. The lower end of the clamping opening 31 is a cuboid with a cavity formed inside. The adjusting piece mounting hole 32 is arranged at the bottom of the cuboid and is arranged along the radial direction of the connecting clamping strip 3. When the curtain 10 is installed, the bottom surface of the cuboid is in contact with the top surface of the mounting boss 14. The positions of the adjusting piece mounting hole 32 and the through hole 15 are corresponding. The adjusting piece 4 is inserted from the bottom of the mounting boss 14, passes through the through hole 15 and then enters the adjusting piece mounting hole 32, so as to be connected with the connecting clamping strip 3. The adjusting piece 4 drives the connecting clamping strip 3 to move, and the connecting clamping strip 3 drives the connecting piece 2 and the curtain 10 to move. By adjusting the position of the adjusting piece 4 on the curtain frame 1 and changing the tension of the adjusting piece 4 on the curtain 10, the tension of the curtain 10 can be adjusted, so as to adjust the flatness of the curtain 10, and the tension of the curtain 10 is adjustable.

[0069] The through hole 15 and the adjusting member mounting hole 32 in the present application correspond in position, and the hole diameters are adapted to the diameter of the adjusting member 4. In a specific embodiment, the hole diameter of the through hole 15 can be slightly larger than the diameter of the adjusting member 4, and the hole diameter of the adjusting member mounting hole 32 is equal to the diameter of the adjusting member 4, facilitating installation and adjustment of the tension of the curtain 10.

[0070] Corresponding to the connecting card strip 3 in the above embodiment, the connecting member 2 is a cylindrical glass fiber rod. The glass fiber rod is a composite material using glass fiber and its products (glass cloth, tape, felt, yarn, etc.) as reinforcing material and synthetic resin as matrix material, and has the advantages of light weight and high strength, and can withstand large bending and shearing stress. In the present application, the connecting member 2 needs to transfer tension during installation and use, so the connecting member 2 is set as a cylindrical glass fiber rod, which can be directly inserted into the card hole 31 of the connecting card strip 3 during installation, simple and fast, and can withstand large tension, meeting the strength requirements of use, and also reducing the weight of the entire curtain tensioning device.

[0071] The connecting member 2 in the present embodiment can be an integral rod, inserted from one end of the card hole 31 of the connecting card strip 3. Since the diameter of the connecting member 2 is larger than the opening of the buckle 31, and the tension borne by the connecting member 2 is only to tension the curtain 10, the tension is not too large, so the connecting member 2 cannot be detached from the card hole 31. In another embodiment, the connecting member 2 can be divided into two parts, inserted from both ends of the card hole 31, to facilitate installation and disassembly. The installation relationship between the connecting member 2, the connecting card strip 3 and the curtain frame 1 of the present application is shown in Figures 8-10 , Figure 8 is a partial view of the connecting member, the connecting card strip and the curtain frame after installation, Figure 9 is Figure 8 a side view, Figure 10 is Figure 9 a side view after installation of the adjusting member.

[0072] The adjusting member 4 in the present application can have various forms, as long as it can pass through the through hole 15 of the mounting boss 14 and the adjusting member mounting hole 32 of the connecting card strip 3, and be connected with the connecting card strip 3, so as to drive the connecting card strip 3 to move.

[0073] In one embodiment, the adjusting member 4 comprises a bolt and a nut, the nut is arranged at the end of the bolt for limiting the bolt. The installation method is to insert the bolt into the through hole 15 from the bottom of the installation boss 14, then pass through the adjusting member installation hole 32, and then connect the nut with the bolt, so that the bolt is clamped in the connecting clamping strip 3, the up and down movement of the bolt drives the connecting clamping strip 3, the connecting member 2 and the curtain 10 to move together, thereby tensioning the curtain 10, at this time, adjusting the position of the adjusting bolt can adjust the tension of the curtain 10, and compared with using a spring to adjust the tension of the screen, using the bolt to adjust the tension of the screen can make up for the defect that the fixed elastic force of the spring cannot be adjusted after being tensioned, and further enhance the installation and adjustment reliability of the curtain tensioning device.

[0074] In another embodiment, as shown in Figure 11 Figure 11 The adjusting member is another embodiment of the structure schematic diagram, the adjusting member 4 comprises a pull rod 41, a shaft 42 and a cam 43; the pull rod 41 passes through the through hole 15, and one end extends into the adjusting member installation hole 32, and the other end is threadedly connected with the shaft 42; the cam 43 is installed on the shaft 42 and rotates around the shaft 42, the outer surface of the cam 43 is in abutment or disengagement with the installation boss 14 during rotation, thereby driving the pull rod 41 to tension or release the curtain 10. The pull rod 41 has the same effect as the bolt in the above embodiment, the shaft 42 is perpendicular to the pull rod 41, and the cam 43 can rotate around the shaft 42. The outer surface of the cam 43 is an irregular arc, the radii of a plurality of arcs are different, when the cam 43 rotates to the arc with a larger radius, the outer surface of the cam 43 is in abutment with the installation boss 14, when the cam 43 rotates to the arc with a smaller radius, the outer surface of the cam 43 is disengaged from the installation boss 14, the distance between the cam 43 and the installation boss 14 changes constantly during rotation, and the pulling force applied to the pull rod 41 is also different, thereby adjusting the tension of the curtain 10. Compared with the bolt and the nut in the above embodiment, the rotation of the cam 43 is used to adjust the tension of the curtain 10 in this embodiment, the adjusting efficiency is higher, and the rapid installation and debugging of the curtain 10 are realized.

[0075] The number of the adjusting member 4 of the present application is multiple, and the multiple adjusting members 4 are uniformly distributed on the curtain frame 1. Similarly, the number of the through hole 15 and the adjusting member installation hole 32 matches the number of the adjusting member 4.
