DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0066] Hereinafter, a moving toy as an embodiment of the present application will be described. Figures 1-6 An operation toy as an embodiment of the present application will be described.
[0067] Figure 1 is a perspective view showing one example of a moving toy 1 of the present embodiment.
[0068] As shown in Figure 1 , the moving toy 1 is a toy in which a doll 11 imitating a person as a first image part moves in a prescribed direction in a state of being supported to a base 21 of a moving part 20. In the following description, as shown in Figure 1 , in a state of making the moving toy 1 stand up, an upright state of the doll 11 is set as an up-and-down direction, a direction in which the doll 11 faces is set as a front direction (front), an opposite direction thereof is set as a back direction (back), and a left-and-right direction of the doll is set as a left-and-right side direction. In addition, in the present embodiment, the first image part is explained as a person type, but the first image part is not limited to the person type, and can be set as various shapes, and can imitate an animal having four limbs.
[0069] The moving toy 1 is configured so that, Figure 1 The state shown in Figure 5 is an initial state before the doll 11 moves, and the moving toy 1 moves toward the upper left in the drawing by rotating the arm-like base 21 of the moving part 20 from the initial state toward the front. For example, a trunk of the doll 11 is supported to one end of the base 21, and the doll 11 is held in a state of standing at a position in the back of the toy main body 60. A position of the initial state of the doll 11 is set as a first position P1, and a position (a position in the upper left of the toy main body 60 (see
[0070] The moving toy 1 is used for a roll ball game in which a ball B1 as a ball-shaped article is rolled on a track to play. For example, when the ball B1 comes to a ball receiving part 63 (set as a third position P3) provided in the vicinity (back) of the doll 11, the base 21 starts rotation in the counterclockwise direction in Figure 1 . By the rotation, when the base 21 moves to be substantially upright (see Figure 5 ), the base 21 contacts another ball B2 placed on a ball placement part 65, and moves the other ball B2.
[0071] Figure 2 is a side view when the moving toy 1 shown in Figure 1 is viewed from the left.
[0072] As shown in Figure 2As shown, the moving path (displacement path) of the doll 11 is a path that moves in a manner that seems to fly from the first position PI behind the toy body 60 toward the second position P2 in the front upper side. As will be described later, the timing at which the doll 11 starts to move is synchronized with the timing at which the ball Bl moves and reaches the third position P3. Further, in accordance with the movement of the doll 11 to the second position P2, the other ball B2 starts to move. By thus synchronizing the timing of the movement of the doll 11 with the timing of the movement of the two balls Bl, B2, it seems as if the doll 11 has carried the balls. Further, the posture of the doll 11 becomes a posture in which the hands 11h thereof are raised upward, and thus in the state (standby state) of the first position PI, it becomes a posture of taking off, and in the state of the second position P2, it becomes a posture of extending the hands in the direction of moving toward the other ball B2 in the flying state. As a result, the relevance of the doll 11 with respect to the ball conveyance is improved.
[0073] The toy body 60 functions as a covering portion that covers a part of the base 21 with a pair of plate-shaped side wall members. For example, the side wall members represent a building 62, which is a relatively high structure, as the second image portion. Thus, the movement of the doll 11 that moves to the second position P2 higher than the first position PI represents an image of flying from the ground to a high place above the building. Further, the toy body 60 is configured with a pair of side wall members, and thus it is easy to form an opening (space) in the upper portion, and it is a structure that is easy to configure to allow the rotational movement of the base 21. Moreover, the building 62 is configured to be covered in a manner that the holding portion 40, which will be described later, is not visible from the left and right directions, in particular. Furthermore, a portion near the end portion of the base 21 on which the doll 11 is mounted appears to be exposed from the building 62, but since the shape is rectangular when viewed from the side, it can appear like a part of the building by making the portion the same color as the building 62 and the pattern the same shape. In the present embodiment, the second image portion is described as a building, which is a relatively high structure, but the second image portion is not limited to a building, and can be configured in various shapes, and can imitate a natural object such as a tree as a relatively high object.
[0074] Figure 3 is an exploded perspective view of the internal configuration of the action toy 1 shown in Figure 1 is an exploded perspective view of the internal configuration of the action toy 1 shown in Figure 4 is an exploded perspective view of the internal configuration of the action toy 1 shown in Figure 3 is an exploded perspective view of the internal configuration of the action toy 1 shown in
[0075] As shown in Figure 3 and Figure 4As shown, the base 21 of the action section 20 is provided with a rotation support section 22 at the other end portion on the side (front side) opposite to the end portion of the support doll 11. For example, the rotation support section 22 is supported by the support shaft section 60d of the side wall member of the toy main body 60 so as to be rotatable in the left-right direction. Further, a base side engaging section 32 to which one end side of the first elastic member 31 of the force application section 30 is engaged is provided at the other end portion of the base 21. The other end side of the first elastic member 31 is engaged with a main body side engaging section 33 provided at a position of the stage section 61 constituting the lower portion of the toy main body 60. In this way, the other end portion of the base 21 is pulled downward by the first elastic member 31, and the base 21 is forced to rotate in the Figure 3 clockwise direction (direction in which the doll 11 is displaced to the second position P2).
[0076] As described above, in the action section 20, the base 21 is forced to rotate by the force application section 30, but the base 21 is held by the holding section 40 so as to stop the doll 11 at the first position P1. That is, the holding section 40 has the engaged section 21a provided to the base 21 and the engaging section 41a engaging the engaged section 21a, and the base 21 is held against the force of the first elastic member 31 by engagement of the engaging section 41a.
[0077] For example, as the engaging structure of the holding section 40, the engaged section 21a is shaped so as to extend downward from the lower surface side of the base 21 and the tip end thereof protrudes forward. On the other hand, the engaging section 41a is, for example, a protrusion shape protruding rearward from the upper end rearward side of the vertical pillar-shaped section 41, and is configured to engage the upper surface of the tip end of the engaged section 21a.
[0078] The pillar-shaped section 41 having the engaging section 41a is configured to be movable in the front-rear direction, and is, for example, erected upward from the upper portion of a substantially rectangular slide base section 54 that is slidably moved in the front-rear direction. The slide base section 54 is shaped so as to be long in the front-rear direction as a structure that is easy to slide. Further, the slide base section 54 is, for example, slid in the front-rear direction within a slide space 60s formed by the upper wall surface of the stage section 61 and the inner wall surface of the side wall member (building 62). Further, the pillar-shaped section 41 protrudes upward from the opening 60h of the slide space 60s.
[0079] Further, the slide base portion 54 has a hollow portion 54a inside, and the second elastic member 42 is arranged inside the hollow portion 54a. The rear end side of the second elastic member 42 is engaged with a rear wall surface 54b of the rear side of the hollow portion 54a, and on the other hand, the front end side abuts against the spring locking piece 60a which is projected into the hollow portion 54a from the side wall member in a manner of pushing the spring locking piece 60a. Thus, the second elastic member 42 pushes the slide base portion 54 toward the rear. Also, when the slide base portion 54 is moved (positionally displaced) toward the front against the force of the second elastic member 42, the locking portion 41a is released from the locked portion 21a, and the locking of the locked portion 21a is released.
[0080] The release of the engagement between the locking portion 41a and the locked portion 21a is performed by a release portion 50. The release portion 50 has a push support portion 52 which extends in parallel with the pillar-shaped portion 41 on the rear end side (left side in the drawing) of the slide base portion 54, and a push portion 51 which has a circular surface formed on the rear side of the push support portion 52. The push support portion 52 is arranged so as to be movable in the front-rear direction inside a notch opening 63k in which the ball receiving portion 63 is formed. Thus, the push portion 51 is located at a position of the front wall which constitutes the ball receiving portion 63 (third position P3).
[0081] The push portion 51 of the release portion 50 thus constituted is pushed by the ball Bl which is moved from the rear into the ball receiving portion 63 (third position P3). By the pushing of the ball Bl, the slide base portion 54 is moved (moved to the left in the single-dot chain line) toward the front against the force of the second elastic member 42. Thus, the locking portion 41a is moved (displaced) in a direction in which the locking thereof with the locked portion 21a is released. As a result, the base portion 21 starts to rotate due to the first elastic member 31. The receiving portion 63 can also include a track for the ball to move. Figure 4
[0082] Further, as shown in Figure 4 at least either one of an upper end surface 41s of the upper end portion of the locking portion 41a and a lower end surface 21s of the lower end portion of the locked portion 21a is constituted as an inclined surface or a curved surface. By the shapes of the two end surfaces 41s, 21s, the engagement of the locking portion 41a with the locked portion 21a is facilitated when the doll 11 is set at the first position PI.
[0083] Figure 5 is an exploded perspective view showing the state of the action of the action portion 20. Figure 3
[0084] As shown in Figure 5 As shown, when the base 21 rotates and the figure 11 moves (displaces) to the second position P2, the base 21 comes into contact with another ball B2 placed in the ball mounting portion 65 near the second position P2. For example, a mounting portion notch 65k is provided at the bottom of the ball mounting portion 65 (see reference). Figure 1 and Figure 4 The ball enters the notch 65k of the mounting part through the base 21, thereby pushing the other ball B2 forward.
[0085] Here, the contact portion of the base 21 that contacts another ball B2 is configured as a flat surface 21f that is approximately orthogonal to the direction in which the ball is launched (see reference). Figure 1 and Figure 3 Using the flat surface 21f, another ball B2 is pushed in the direction it should move, over the slightly higher top wall 65d, and accurately delivered towards the track connection 66. The top wall 65d of the ball mounting portion 65 is configured such that, in the ball mounting state, the other ball B2 will not accidentally roll forward. Furthermore, it can be said that the track connection 66 constitutes a part of the track.
[0086] Figure 6 This is a 3D diagram showing the play state of action toy 1.
[0087] like Figure 6 As shown, a first track 71 is connected to the ball receiving part 63 at the third position P3 of the action toy 1. The first track 71 is connected to the ball input part 70 where the ball B1 is placed and the game begins. The first track 71 is inclined by means of relatively low retaining blocks 81, 82 to allow the ball B1 to move from the ball input part 70 to the ball receiving part 63.
[0088] Furthermore, a second track 72 is connected to the track connection section 66 of the action toy 1 via a relatively high retaining block 83. Additionally, another ball B2, identical to ball B1, is placed in the ball mounting section 65 at position 4 P4. Moreover, the first track 71 that moves ball B1 to position 3 P3, the direction of movement (displacement direction) from position 1 P1 to position 2 P2, and the direction in which the other ball B2 begins to move towards the second track 72 are roughly aligned in a straight line when viewed from above.
[0089] First, when the ball Bl is put into the ball putting portion 70 at the start of the game, the ball Bl rolls on the first track 71 to start moving toward the ball receiving portion 63 (the third position P3). When the ball Bl reaches the ball receiving portion 63, the locking of the doll 11 is released, and the doll 11 swiftly moves from the first position Pl of the standby position to the second position P2 on the building-shaped structure 62. While the doll 11 moves (shifts) to the second position P2, another ball B2 placed in the ball placing portion 65 (the fourth position P4) is pushed out to the second track 72. Thus, another ball B2 can be made to move on the second track 72 set to various routes, for example, to play.
[0090] As described above, in the action toy 1 of the present embodiment, the moving portion 20 having the doll 11 at one end moves (shifts) the position of the doll 11 from the first position Pl to the second position P2, and thus the movement of the doll 11 can be performed using the moving portion 20. In addition, with regard to the shifting of the doll 11 to the second position P2, since the forcedly locked state of the application of force of the application portion 30 to the moving portion 20 by the holding portion 40, the instantaneous movement of the doll 11 can be performed by the release of the holding portion 40 by the releasing portion 50. In addition to the shifting of the position of the doll 11, by the action of the releasing portion 50 corresponding to the movement of the ball Bl to the third position P3 near the first position Pl, the arrival movement of the ball Bl can be associated with the start of the movement of the doll 11. Also, when the doll 11 moves (shifts) to the second position P2, another ball B2 placed in the fourth position near the second position P2 starts to move, and thus the arrival of the doll 11 to the second position P2 can be associated with the start of the movement of another ball B2. As a result, an action toy 1 with high interest in which the ball Bl moved to the third position P3 and another ball B2 moved to the fourth position P4 seem to be moved by the doll 11 can be provided.
[0091] In addition, in the action toy 1 of the present embodiment, the moving direction of the ball Bl to the third position P3, the shifting direction from the first position Pl to the second position P2, and the start direction of the movement of another ball B2 are on substantially one straight line in plan view, and thus the continuity between the third position P3 where the ball Bl is put in and the fourth position P4 from which another ball B2 moves out can be effectively performed.
[0092] Furthermore, in the action toy 1 of the present embodiment, the first figurine portion moved (shifted) from the first position Pl to the second position P2 is the doll 11 imitating a character, and thus the performance effect can be improved. In addition, with regard to the form of the doll 11, by making the hands 11h of the doll face the moving direction, the performance effect that the doll 11 lifts the ball Bl to move it can be obtained.
[0093] According to the action toy 1 of the present embodiment, the base portion 21 of the action portion 20 is forcibly held by the holding portion 40 not to move in the moving direction at the first position PI in a state where the base portion 21 is forced in the rotating direction (the moving direction) by the first elastic member 31, so that the holding release of the holding portion 40 and the movement start of the base portion 21 by the ball Bl moved to the third position P3 can be performed substantially simultaneously. As a result, the continuity of the movement of the ball Bl to the third position P3 and the start of the action of the doll 11 can be performed.
[0094] In the present embodiment, the action portion 20 is configured such that the base portion 21 contacts another ball B2 placed in the vicinity of the second position P2 when the doll 11 is moved to the second position P2, so that the continuity of the movement completion of the doll 11 and the start of the action of one ball B2 can be performed.
[0095] In addition, the contact of the base portion 21 with respect to the other ball B2 is performed by the vertical flat surface 21f, so that the base portion 21 can accurately apply the pushing pressure to the direction in which the other ball B2 should move.
[0096] In the present embodiment, since the locking portion 41a of the holding portion 40 and the pushing portion 51 of the release portion 50 are integrated, the movement (displacement) of the pushing portion 51 caused by the entering pressure of the ball Bl to the third position P3 can be directly transmitted to the locking portion 41a, and since the moving direction of the locking portion 41a becomes the releasing direction of the locked portion 21a, the action of the action portion 20 can be easily started by the pushing of the ball Bl to the third position P3.
[0097] In addition, the pushing portion 51 and the locking portion 41a are forced in the direction opposite to the pushing direction of the ball Bl by the second elastic member 42, so that by removing the ball Bl from the third position P3, the initial position is returned to become a state where the locking of the locked portion 21a can be performed.
[0098] In the present embodiment, at least either one of the upper top end surface 41s of the locking portion 41a and the lower top end surface 21s of the locked portion 21a is configured as an inclined surface or a curved surface. Thereby, when performing the action of returning the base portion 21 to the initial position (the first position PI), the two top end surfaces 41s, 21s abut to easily move the locking portion 41a in the front direction, and make the engagement between the locking portion 41a and the locked portion 21a easy.
[0099] In the present embodiment, the toy body 60 functions as a covering portion covering at least a part of the base portion 21, so that the base portion 21 as the support member of the doll 11 can be hidden, and the flight of the doll 11 can be realistically performed. In addition, the holding portion 40 is also covered by the toy body 60, for example, not visible from the side, so that the action mechanism can be hidden, and the performance effect of the action mode can be improved.
[0100] Further, in the toy body 60 of the present embodiment, as the second figurative portion, the shape of the building 62 imitating a skyscraper is provided, and thus the state in which the doll 11 flies high can be performed.
[0101] The above describes one embodiment of the present application, but the present application can be appropriately changed within the scope of the technical idea thereof. For example, in the above embodiment, the state in which the ball Bl is located at the third position P3 and the state in which the other ball B2 is located at the fourth position P4 can be seen in appearance, but for example, it can be configured so that the balls cannot be seen in appearance by providing a cover member covering the balls at the third position P3 and the fourth position P4. In this case, the following performance can be performed: the ball Bl that has come to the third position P3 cannot be seen, and the other ball B2 appears again from the fourth position P4 by the movement of the doll 11. Further, in this case, when the other ball B2 is the same as the ball Bl, the performance effect of the doll 11 can be further enhanced. Also, when the other ball B2 is different from the ball Bl, for example, the doll 11 can perform the performance of changing the ball.
[0102] Further, in the above embodiment, the doll 11 is configured to perform the performance of moving the ball B1 from the first position P1 to the third position P3, but the present application is not limited thereto. For example, the doll 11 can be configured to perform the performance of moving the ball B1 from the first position P1 to the fourth position P4. Figure 6 Further, in the above embodiment, the doll 11 is configured to perform the performance of moving the ball B1 from the first position P1 to the third position P3, but the present application is not limited thereto. For example, the doll 11 can be configured to perform the performance of moving the ball B1 from the first position P1 to the fourth position P4. Further, in the above embodiment, the doll 11 is configured to perform the performance of moving the ball B1 from the first position P1 to the third position P3, but the present application is not limited thereto. For example, the doll 11 can be configured to perform the performance of moving the ball B1 from the first position P1 to the fourth position P4.
