AI Technical Summary

Technical Problem

The weighing platform in existing infant care units has difficulty maintaining accurate weight calibration when the cradle is tilted, resulting in inaccurate weight measurement results.

Method used

A flexible ribbon cable assembly is used to connect the weighing sensor carrier and the weighing platform cover, providing a constant downward force to ensure that the weighing platform remains calibrated at multiple angles of the cradle.

Benefits of technology

During the cradle tilting process, the weighing platform can continuously provide accurate weight measurement results, avoiding measurement errors caused by changes in the cradle's tilt position.
