[0026] Furthermore, the technical features involved in the different embodiments of the present invention described below can be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
[0027] See Figure 1 , Figure 1 This is a schematic diagram of the application environment of a detection device 100 for detecting the color change temperature value of a thermochromic material according to an embodiment of the present invention. The detection device 100 includes: a transparent container 10, a segmentation and installation device (not shown), a temperature control module (not shown), a temperature sensor 20, a camera device (not shown), and a controller (not shown). The controller is connected to the temperature control module, the camera device, and the segmentation and installation device. The segmentation and installation device segments the thermochromic material into test strips 30, places the test strips 30 on a test plate, and then places them into a transparent container containing liquid. The controller controls the temperature control module to heat the liquid in the transparent container. At this time, the temperature sensor 20 detects the temperature of the liquid. The controller controls the camera device to capture images of the test strips 30 located in the transparent container from the beginning of color change until the color change ends, thus completing the detection of the test strips 30.
[0028] Please see Figure 2 , Figure 2 This is a flowchart of a method for detecting the color change temperature of a thermochromic material according to an embodiment of the present invention. The method includes the following steps:
[0029] Step S101: Prepare test specimens from the thermochromic material;
[0030] Step S102: Set the test strip on the test plate;
[0031] The thermochromic material is a thermochromic film sample, and the test plate is a plastic plate or a metal plate. The test plate is mainly used to increase the weight of the test strip so that the test strip can sink into the liquid in the transparent container, avoiding the test strip from floating on the liquid surface, which would lead to inaccurate measurement results. The thermochromic film sample is free of defects such as creases, scratches, bubbles, foreign objects, and water spots. The cut edges should be smooth, without burrs or gaps. The plastic plate or metal plate is white or mirror-like and has a strong color backing effect.
[0032] In some embodiments, the thermochromic film sample can be cut into a 5cm*5cm size and attached to the surface of a plastic or metal plate of appropriate size.
[0033] Step S103: Place the test plate and test strip into the transparent container filled with liquid, wherein the liquid immerses the test plate, test strip and temperature sensor inside the transparent container;
[0034] The test plate, test strip, and temperature sensor are immersed in liquid, which makes the temperature change value of the test strip detected by the temperature sensor more accurate.
[0035] Please see Figure 3 Step S103 further includes:
[0036] Step S1031: Place the test plate and test strip into a transparent container filled with liquid, and maintain a predetermined distance between the test plate and test strip and the inner surface of the transparent container, and keep the temperature sensor inside the transparent container close to the test strip, wherein the liquid immerses the test plate, test strip and temperature sensor inside the transparent container.
[0037] In some embodiments, the predetermined distance is 20-30 mm from the surface of the test sample to the liquid surface. The predetermined distance between the test plate and the test sample and the inner surface of the transparent container prevents the transparent container itself from affecting the test sample.
[0038] Step S104: Heat the liquid inside the transparent container to raise the temperature of the liquid inside the transparent container;
[0039] The transparent container is a 500ml beaker, and the temperature sensor is a probe digital thermometer that can visually display temperature data. The test sample is placed in the beaker, and an appropriate amount of water is added to submerge the surface of the test sample, with the surface of the test sample 20-30mm above the liquid surface. The thermometer probe is fully immersed in the liquid in the beaker, ensuring the probe does not touch the bottom or side walls of the beaker. The beaker is then placed in a water bath for heating, ensuring uniform heating of the liquid inside. Step S105: When the test sample begins to fade, a first temperature value detected by the temperature sensor is obtained; and when the test sample completely fades, a second temperature value detected by the temperature sensor is obtained.
[0040] After heating begins, observe and record the color change of the test sample. When the test sample begins to fade, record the temperature at this time as the first temperature value. When the color of the test sample returns to the color it had when it was not placed in the transparent container, it is determined that the test sample has completely faded. The temperature after the color has completely faded is the second temperature value.
[0041] Step S106: After the test strip has completely faded, the liquid in the transparent container is cooled down to reduce the temperature of the liquid in the transparent container.
[0042] Step S107: During the process of the temperature drop of the liquid in the transparent container, record the third temperature value of the temperature sensor when the test strip begins to show color, and the fourth temperature value of the temperature sensor when the test strip fully shows color.
[0043] After the test strip has completely faded, in order to ensure that the test strip is more accurate during the testing process, the transparent container containing the test strip after the color has completely faded is placed in a water bath for cooling or an ice water bath for cooling. When the color of the test strip begins to recover, the temperature at this time is recorded as the third temperature, and the temperature when the color is completely recovered is recorded as the fourth temperature.
[0044] Step S108: Determine the color change temperature value of the test strip based on the first temperature value, the second temperature value, the third temperature value, and the fourth temperature value.
[0045] Please see Figure 4 Step S108 further includes:
[0046] S1081: Repeat the steps of heating the liquid in the transparent container to raise the temperature of the liquid in the transparent container, and recording the third temperature value of the temperature sensor when the test strip begins to show color and the fourth temperature value of the temperature sensor when the test strip fully shows color during the process of the liquid in the transparent container, to obtain a plurality of first temperature values, a plurality of second temperature values, a plurality of third temperature values and a plurality of fourth temperature values.
[0047] Step S1082: Calculate the first average value of the plurality of first temperature values, the second average value of the plurality of second temperature values, the third average value of the plurality of third temperature values, and the fourth average value of the plurality of fourth temperature values;
[0048] Step S1083: Determine the color change temperature value of the test strip based on the first average value, the second average value, the third average value, and the fourth average value.
[0049] Please see Figure 5 The color change temperature value of the test sample includes the color change initiation temperature value and the fading temperature value. Step S1083 further includes:
[0050] Step S10831: Calculate the average temperature value of the first average value and the fourth average value;
[0051] Step S10832: Use the average temperature value of the first average value and the fourth average value as the color change initiation temperature value;
[0052] Step S10833: Calculate the average temperature value of the second average value and the third average value;
[0053] Step S10834: Use the average temperature value of the second average value and the third average value as the fading temperature value.
[0054] By performing multiple heating and cooling tests on the test strips and taking the average value, the accuracy of the temperature change test is ensured, and the temperature change performance of the temperature change film can be effectively detected.
[0055] In this embodiment of the invention, a test strip is prepared from a thermochromic material. The test strip is placed in a transparent container filled with liquid, and the liquid in the transparent container is heated to raise its temperature. When the test strip begins to fade, a first temperature value detected by a temperature sensor is obtained; when the test strip completely fades, a second temperature value detected by the temperature sensor is obtained. After the test strip completely fades, the liquid in the transparent container is cooled. During the temperature drop of the liquid in the transparent container, a third temperature value from the temperature sensor when the test strip begins to show color and a fourth temperature value from the temperature sensor when the test strip completely shows color are recorded. Based on the first, second, third, and fourth temperature values, the color change temperature value of the test strip is determined. By heating or cooling the transparent container, the test strip is heated evenly. By averaging the temperature change data of the test strip multiple times, the accuracy of the temperature change temperature test is ensured. Furthermore, the thermochromic performance of the thermochromic film can be effectively tested through heating and cooling tests in a simple and convenient manner.
[0056] Please see Figure 6 , Figure 6 This is a flowchart of another embodiment of a method for detecting color change temperature values according to an embodiment of the present invention. The difference is that there are multiple test strips, and the method includes:
[0057] Step S109: Determine whether all of the multiple test strips have been tested;
[0058] Step S110: If not, remove the test strip from the test plate and place the untested test strip on the test plate, and return to the step of placing the test plate and test strip into the transparent container containing liquid;
[0059] Step S120: If all the test strips have been tested, then multiple first temperature values, multiple second temperature values, multiple third temperature values and multiple fourth temperature values are obtained;
[0060] Step S130: Determine the color change temperature value of the test strip based on the plurality of first temperature values, the plurality of second temperature values, the plurality of third temperature values, and the plurality of fourth temperature values.
[0061] Please see Figure 7 The color-changing temperature value includes a color-changing initiation temperature value and a fading temperature value. Step S130 further includes:
[0062] Step S1301: Calculate the average temperature value of the sum of the plurality of first temperature values and the plurality of fourth temperature values;
[0063] Step S1302: Take the average temperature value of the sum of the plurality of first temperature values and the plurality of fourth temperature values as the color change initiation temperature value;
[0064] Step S1303: Calculate the average temperature value of the sum of the plurality of second temperature values and the plurality of third temperature values;
[0065] Step S1304: Take the average temperature value of the sum of the plurality of second temperature values and the plurality of third temperature values as the fading start temperature value.
[0066] In this embodiment of the invention, there are multiple test strips. It is determined whether all of the multiple test strips have been tested. If all of the multiple test strips have been tested, multiple first temperature values, multiple second temperature values, multiple third temperature values, and multiple fourth temperature values are obtained. Based on the multiple first temperature values, the multiple second temperature values, the multiple third temperature values, and the multiple fourth temperature values, the color change temperature value of the test strip is determined. By taking the average value of multiple test strips in the above manner, the accuracy of the temperature change temperature test is ensured. Furthermore, the temperature change performance of the temperature-changing film can be effectively detected through heating and cooling tests.
