[0017] Figure 1 An example of a computing device 100 for performing operations in response to a voice call according to multiple embodiments of the present disclosure is shown. The computing device 100 may be, but is not limited to, a smart phone, a wearable device, a tablet computer, a laptop computer, a desktop computer, an intelligent assistant device, or any combination thereof. The computing device 100 may receive and / or initiate a voice call via a cable, a cellular network, Wi-Fi, or other channels.
[0018] Memory 102, processing resources 104, user interface 106, sensor 108, and / or radio 110 may be included in and / or coupled to computing device 100. Memory 102 may be coupled to processing resources 104 and may store AI model 114. Memory 102 may be any type of storage medium that may be accessed by processing resource 104 to perform various examples of the present disclosure. For example, memory 102 may be a non-transitory computer-readable medium having computer-readable instructions (e.g., computer program instructions) stored thereon, which may be executed by processing resource 104 to store data representing multiple contact lists 116 on memory 102 of computing device 100, wherein the data representing multiple contact lists 116 includes data representing credentials of multiple contacts on multiple contact lists 116; receive, at processing resource 104 of computing device 100, signaling including data representing a voice call and credentials of a different computing device from a radio 110 that communicates with processing resources of a different computing device; compare, at processing resource 104, the data representing the credentials of the different computing device with the data representing the credentials of the multiple contacts on multiple contact lists 116 to determine in which contact list the different computing device is included; and perform operations at computing device 100 based at least in part on in which contact list the different computing device is included.
[0019] As used herein, signaling may include communications (eg, radio signals) that carry data from one location to another. In some examples, computing device 100 may include a communication device (eg, an intermediary device), such as, but not limited to, radio 110 .
[0020] Processing resources 104 may include components configured to enable computing device 100 to perform AI operations. In some examples, AI operations may include training operations or perturbation operations, or both. In multiple embodiments, AI model 114 may be remotely trained in the cloud using sample data and transmitted to computing device 100.
[0021] In various embodiments, contact list 116 and / or user data 118 may be stored in memory 102 and / or input into AI model 114. In some instances, data collected from voice calls and / or voice messages may be input into AI model 114. For example, computing device 100 may collect and store area codes, phone numbers, times of voice calls, dates of voice calls, number of voice calls over a period of time, and / or voice data.
[0022] User data 118 may be data collected from a user of computing device 100. User data 118 may include the user's schedule, contacts, health status, heart rate, age, location, and / or physical condition. Computing device 100 may collect user data 118 from wearable devices, sensors 108, the user's calendar, email contact list, phone contact list, emails, and / or text messages, and input user data 118 into AI model 114.
[0023] In some instances, the computing device 100 may be worn, carried, and / or kept near a user. Thus, the computing device 100 may collect user data 118 from one or more sensors 108 included and / or coupled to the computing device 100 in a wired and / or wireless manner. The sensor 108 may be a heart rate sensor, a thermometer, an accelerometer, a gyroscope, a magnetometer, a microphone, a proximity sensor, an ambient light sensor, a touch screen sensor, a fingerprint sensor, or a global positioning system. The user data 118 may be input into the AI model 114. For example, the AI model 114 may use sensor data from a heart rate sensor, an accelerometer, a microphone, an ambient light sensor, and / or a global positioning system to determine that the user is in a sleeping state. In some instances, the processing resource 104 may transmit signaling including data representing one or more messages based on the collected user data 118.
[0024] In various embodiments, user settings 112 may be input via user interface 106 and stored in memory 102. User interface 106 may be generated by computing device 100 in response to one or more commands. User interface 106 may be a graphical user interface (GUI) that may provide information to and / or receive information from a user of computing device 100. In various embodiments, user interface 106 may be presented on a display of computing device 100.
[0025] User settings 112 may include one or more contact lists 116, one or more voicemail greetings, and / or one or more instructions. Each contact list may include multiple contacts (e.g., Figure 2 222-1, 222-2 ... 222-X in the contact list 116). The contact list 116 may include contact credentials. The contact credentials may include the contact's name, phone number, email address, occupation, relationship to the user, and / or one or more contact lists 116 in which the contact is included. A user may, for example, create a contact list for family members and select multiple contacts as family members. Other contact lists 116 that a user may create may include emergency contacts, co-workers, spam callers, and / or friends.
[0026] The user may create and / or store data representing multiple messages. For example, the user may record multiple voicemail greetings, write multiple emails, and / or write multiple text messages and store the messages in memory 102. One of the multiple messages may be selected and sent in response to the computing device 100 receiving a voice call and / or a voice message. The computing device 100 may determine which message to transmit (e.g., which voicemail greeting to play, which email to send, and / or which text message to send) to the missed caller based on user settings 112, contact list 116, and / or user data 118. For example, the user may record a voicemail greeting for a contact included in a friend contact list. In response to missing a call from a number included in the friend contact list, a pre-recorded voicemail greeting may be played to the missed caller.
[0027] In some examples, a custom voicemail greeting may be generated using the AI model 114. For example, if the missed caller is included in a particular contact list, the AI model 114 may include the user data 118 in the custom voicemail greeting. In response to the user being in a meeting, the voicemail greeting may say that the user is in a meeting and provide the time the meeting ends. In response to the user being asleep, the voicemail greeting may say that the user is sleeping and provide the time the user typically wakes up.
[0028] In various embodiments, a user may create and store a forward call indication, a forward message indication, and / or transmit a sensor data indication as a user setting 112. For example, a voice call and / or a voice message may be forwarded to a specific contact. The computing device 100 may forward the voice call and / or voice message to a contact based on the user setting 112. For example, a user may forward a call from a doctor to a person on a family contact list. The AI model 114 may determine that the voice call is from a doctor by searching the Internet for the phone number and / or matching the phone number with a contact included in the contact list.
[0029] The contact list may have a series of people. For example, the sequence of a user's family contact list may start with the user's spouse, then children, then parents, so that calls will first be forwarded to their spouse, then to their children, and then to their parents.
[0030] In some examples, the user may forward the voice message to a person on the user's coworker contact list. Computing device 100 may use speech and / or vocabulary recognition to gather data from the voice message about the purpose of the call, the subject of the call, the importance of the call, and / or the caller.
[0031] The collected data may be input into the AI model 114. For example, the collected data may be a portion of a voice message, the entire voice message, a transcription of a portion of a voice message, and / or a transcription of the entire voice message. The AI model 114 may determine that the voice message is work-related and urgent based on words, phrases, sentences, tone of the voice message, and / or the voice of the caller. For example, where the voice message includes the phrase "ASAP," the AI model 114 may determine that the voice message is urgent, and therefore, that the voice message should be forwarded.
[0032] In the event that the voice message includes the voice of a customer, AI model 114 may determine that the voice message is work-related and should be forwarded to a person on the user's coworker contact list. AI model 114 may determine the identity of the caller, for example, based on the caller's tone, intonation, accent, and / or word choice. As a result, computing device 100 may forward the voice message to a person on the user's coworker contact list.
[0033] In various embodiments, computing device 100 may transmit user data 118 to people on the user's friends vacation contact list. The user may send specific user data 118 to specific contact lists in response to user settings 112 and / or user data 118. For example, computing device 100 may send the GPS location of computing device 100 to the user's vacation contact list in response to AI model 114 determining that the user is on vacation and the user does not respond.
[0034] AI model 114 may determine that the user is on vacation based on the user's calendar events, flight confirmation emails, hotel confirmation emails, and / or GPS. In response to computing device 100 receiving multiple phone calls, emails, and / or texts but the user not receiving and / or responding thereto, computing device 100 not receiving input from the user for a period of time, sensor data 108 detecting an abnormal heart rate and / or no heart rate detected, and / or the GPS of computing device 100 is in a dangerous location, AI model 114 may determine that the user is unresponsive. In response to AI model 114 determining that the user is on vacation and unresponsive, AI model 114 may determine that the GPS location of computing device 100 should be sent to people on the user's friends vacation contact list, and therefore computing device 100 may send the GPS location to people on the user's friends vacation contact list.
[0035] The user may be notified before and / or after the voice call is forwarded, the message is forwarded, and / or the sensor data is transmitted. The notification may be a reminder, a text, an email, and / or a voice call. For example, computing device 100 may display the notification on user interface 106. In some examples, the user may prevent the call from being forwarded, the message from being forwarded, and / or the sensor data from being transmitted by entering a command before the call is forwarded, the message is forwarded, and / or the sensor data is transmitted.
[0036] In some examples, a user may be notified that they missed an important voice call via an alert, text, email, or voice call on the user's computing device 100 and / or wearable device. The AI model 114 may determine that the call is important based on the caller's phone number, words, phrases, sentences, and / or tone, intonation, accent, and / or diction.
[0037] Figure 2 An example of a system 220 for performing operations in response to a voice call according to various embodiments of the present disclosure is shown. The system 220 may include a computing device 200, which may correspond to Figure 1 The computing device 100 in FIG. 1 and multiple contacts 222-1, 222-2, ... 222-X. The computing device 220 may be a wearable device, a smart phone, a tablet computer, a laptop computer, a desktop computer, a smart assistant, or any combination thereof, and may include the aforementioned combination of Figure 1 The memory, processing resources, user interface, and radio equipment described.
[0038] Each of the plurality of contacts 222-1, 222-2 ... 222-X may be a computing device, a wearable device, a smart phone, a tablet computer, a laptop computer, a desktop computer, a smart assistant, or a phone. Each of the plurality of contacts 222-1, 222-2 ... 222-X may be included in one or more contact lists stored in a memory of the computing device 200. For example, a user may create contact lists for family members, emergency contacts, co-workers, spam callers, and / or friends, and select a plurality of contacts for each contact list.
[0039] The contact data associated with each of the plurality of contacts 222-1, 222-2, ... 222-X may also be stored in a contact list in memory (eg, Figure 1 The contact data may include the contact's name, phone number, email address, occupation, relationship to the user, and / or one or more contact lists in which the contact is included. Some or all of this data may be sent to computing device 200 from a contact in multiple contacts 222-1, 222-2, ... 222-X, and / or some or all of this data may be generated by a user of computing device 200 and / or generated by computing device 200, for example, using an AI model (e.g., Figure 1 The AI model 114 in is determined.
[0040] The user may record multiple voicemail greetings, write multiple emails, and / or write multiple text messages. One of the multiple voice messages, one of the multiple emails, and / or one of the multiple text messages may be sent in response to computing device 200 receiving a voice call and / or voice message from one of multiple contacts 222-1, 222-2...222-X. Computing device 200 may determine which voicemail greeting to play, which email to send, and / or which text message to send to a contact based on which contact list the contact is included in. For example, a user may record a voicemail greeting for a contact included in a spam contact list. In response to missing a call from a spam caller, a pre-recorded voicemail greeting for a contact included in the spam contact list may be played for the spam caller.
[0041] In various embodiments, a user may create a forward call indication, a forward message indication, and / or a transmit sensor data indication. For example, contact 222-1 may be forwarded to contact 222-2. Computing device 200 may forward contact 222-1 to contact 222-2 in response to the data of contact 222-1 and user settings. For example, contact 222-1 may be the school of the user's child, and contact 222-2 may be the user's spouse. If the user's spouse also does not answer, the phone call from the school may be forwarded to contact 222-X, which may be, for example, the user's parent.
[0042] In some examples, a user may forward a voice message to one or more of a plurality of contacts 222-1, 222-2 ... 222-X included in a particular contact list. Computing device 200 may collect data and use the collected data to determine the purpose of the call, the subject of the call, the importance of the call, and / or the identity of the caller to determine whether the voice message should be forwarded and / or to whom the voice message should be forwarded. One or more of contacts 222-1, 222-2 ... 222-X may receive the voice message as a phone call, a voice message in their voicemail inbox, a voice memo in a text message, a link to an email, a transcription in a text message, and / or a transcription in an email.
[0043] In multiple embodiments, the computing device 200 may transmit the user data to one or more of the multiple contacts 222-1, 222-2, ... 222-X on a specific contact list. The user may send specific user data to a specific contact list in response to user settings, collected data, and / or user data. In some instances, the computing device 200 may send location data and / or medical data (e.g., heart rate data) to the user's medical contact list in response to the AI model determining that the user is incapacitated and / or injured. The user's medical contact list may include a contact 222-1 who is the user's primary physician, a contact 222-2 who is an emergency responder, and / or a contact 222-X who is the user's spouse. Based on the user's heart rate data and / or GPS, and / or in response to the user missing multiple voice calls, for example, within a specific time period, the AI model may determine that the user is injured and / or incapacitated.
[0044] In response to the AI model determining that the user is incapacitated and / or injured, the AI model may determine that the health sensor data and / or GPS location of the computing device 200 should be sent to contacts 222-1, 222-2, and 222-X included in the user's emergency contact list. Therefore, the computing device 200 may send the health sensor data and GPS location to the contacts 222-1, 222-2, and 222-X. The sensor data may be received by one or more contacts 222-1, 222-2, 222-X in the form of a voice call, a text message, and / or an email.
[0045] Figure 3 An example flow chart 330 is shown of performing operations in response to a voice call according to various embodiments of the present disclosure. A computing device (e.g., Figure 1 The computing device 100 and Figure 2 The computing device 200 in the example may receive data representing the voice call and / or voice message 332 and the credentials of the different computing devices that made the voice call and / or voice message 332.
[0046] The computing device may use an AI model (e.g., Figure 1 1 . The AI model 114 in FIG. 114 may perform AI operation 334. AI operation 334 may determine in which contact list the different computing devices are included, and based on which contact list the different computing devices are included, determine whether to transmit messages 338-1, 338-2, 338-3, 338-4, and 338-R, play notifications 340-1, 340-2, 340-3, and / or 340-T, forward 342-1 and 342-U voice calls and / or voice messages 332, and / or transmit the location 334 of the computing device. AI operation 334 may also determine what specific messages 338-1 ... 338-R and / or what specific notifications 340-1 ... 340-T may be sent. AI operation 334 may be performed on data representing voice calls and / or voice messages 332, credentials of the different computing devices, data of the determined contact lists in which the different computing devices are included, and / or user data.
[0047] Data representing credentials for different computing devices may be stored on a processing resource (e.g., Figure 1The processing resource 104 in the processing resource 104 and / or during the AI operation 334 is compared with data representing the credentials of multiple contacts on multiple contact lists 336-1, 336-2, 326-4...336-Q to determine which contact list the different computing devices are included in. The credentials may include, for example, the name, phone number, and / or email address of the contact. In some instances, the different computing devices may be determined to be included on the contact list 336-1 in response to the phone number of the different computing devices matching the phone number of the contact in the contact list 336-1. For example, the contact list 336-1 may include close friends and family, the contact list 336-2 may include friends and family, the contact list 336-3 may include co-workers, the contact list 336-4 may include vacation friends, and / or the contact list 336-Q may include doctors.
[0048] The AI operation 334 may determine to transmit a message 338-1, 338-2, 338-3, 338-4, or 338-R in response to receiving a voice call and / or voice message 332 from a contact included in the contact list 336-1, 336-2, 336-3, 336-4, or 336-Q, respectively. The messages 338-1 ... 338-R may be voice messages, emails, and / or text messages. In some examples, the messages 338-1 ... 338-R may include data from the user. For example, the messages 338-1 ... 338-R may include what the user is doing (e.g., the user is in a meeting or sleeping), when the user will be available, and / or when the caller should call back.
[0049] In various embodiments, in response to receiving a voice call and / or voice message from a contact included in the contact list 336-1, 336-2, 336-3, or 336-4, respectively, the AI operation 334 may determine to notify the user of the voice call or voice message via a notification 340-1, 340-2, 340-3, 340-T. The notification 340-1, 340-2, 340-3, 340-T may be displayed on a user interface (e.g., Figure 1 1, text message, email message, sound, vibration, and / or light on the user interface 106 in FIG. 1. Notifications 340-1, 340-2, 340-3, 340-T may include data about a contact, a voice call, and / or a voice message. In some examples, notifications 340-1...340-T may be transmitted to a user every thirty minutes to remind the user that he or she has missed a voice call and / or has a voice message.
[0050] In response to receiving a voice call and / or voice message 332 from a contact included in contact list 336-1 or 336-Q and / or in response to determining that the voice call and / or voice message 332 is urgent, AI operation 334 may determine to forward 342-1 ... 342-U the voice call and / or voice message 332. AI operation 334 may determine that the voice call and / or voice message 332 is urgent based on the contact list in which the different computing device is included, the threshold number of voice calls from the different computing device, the user's heart rate, and / or the location of the computing device. For example, if the different computing device is included in contact list 336-Q and AI operation 334 identifies the words used in voice message 332 as urgent, then voice message 332 may be forwarded to a predefined contact and / or contact list 336-1 ... 336-Q.
