The light-emitting panel includes a substrate and a light-emitting element group and a reflector located on one side of the substrate; the light-emitting element group includes at least one light-emitting element, and the reflector surrounds at least a portion of the area of ​​at least part of the light-emitting element group; the working phase of the light-emitting element includes a light-emitting phase and a non-light-emitting phase; in the light-emitting phase, the angle between the plane where the reflector is located and the plane where the substrate is located is a first angle; in the non-light-emitting phase, the angle between the plane where the reflector is located and the plane where the substrate is located is a second angle; wherein the first angle is smaller than the second angle. Through the above scheme, in the light-emitting phase, the reflector can better converge the light emitted by the light-emitting element, increase the light output of the light-emitting panel, and improve the light-emitting effect; in the non-light-emitting phase, the projection area of ​​the reflector on the light-emitting surface of the light-emitting panel is small, which will not affect the light transmittance of the light-emitting panel, and is conducive to the realization of a transparent panel.
