Abstract

This invention discloses a pneumatic protective device for diabetic foot ulcers, comprising a shoe body (1), an outer box (2) located at the heel of the shoe body (1), an air pump control unit located inside the outer box (2), and a bottom box (3) located at the heel of the shoe body (1), containing a main control board module; the shoe body (1) contains a pneumatic positive pressure protection unit and a pneumatic negative pressure protection unit. The method of use is as follows: when the patient's posterior tibial artery and dorsalis pedis artery have poor blood supply and the temperature of the entire sole is below a set threshold, the pneumatic positive pressure protection unit is selected for positive pressure protection; when the patient's entire foot has poor blood supply and a low metabolic level, the pneumatic negative pressure protection unit is selected for negative pressure protection. This invention has the characteristic of providing precise pneumatic protection based on the condition of the diabetic patient's foot ulcer.
