Diaphragm module, manufacturing method thereof, and loudspeaker

Abstract

The application discloses a vibrating diaphragm module, a manufacturing method thereof and a loudspeaker, and belongs to the technical field of loudspeakers. The vibrating diaphragm module comprises a top shell, a bottom shell, a loudspeaker and a first adhesive. The top shell is provided with a first through hole. The bottom shell is connected with the top shell and forms a mounting cavity, and the mounting cavity is communicated with the first through hole. The loudspeaker is mounted in the mounting cavity, and the side wall of the loudspeaker is arranged opposite to the hole wall of the first through hole. The first adhesive comprises a first adhesive part, which is located between the side wall of the loudspeaker and the hole wall of the first through hole, and is used for bonding the loudspeaker and the top shell and sealing the gap between the loudspeaker and the top shell. The vibrating diaphragm module, the manufacturing method thereof and the loudspeaker provided by the application reduce the requirement for the height of the loudspeaker, do not cause the loudspeaker to be crushed, and do not cause the problem of poor sealing due to the low height of the loudspeaker.
