A method for preparing a high-valent MOF crystal film for dehydration of organic matter

By preparing an LDH precursor membrane on a porous Al2O3 support and carrying out an in-situ hydrothermal reaction, a highly stable high-valence MOF crystalline membrane was successfully prepared, solving the problem of the difficulty in preparing high-valence MOF crystalline membranes and realizing the efficient separation of polyol/water systems.

Abstract

The application discloses a preparation method of high-valence MOF crystal film for organic matter dehydration. The preparation method is as follows: a porous Al2O3 carrier is placed in an aqueous solution containing urea and hydrated zinc nitrate, a layered double hydroxide (LDH) precursor layer is obtained through reaction, then the carrier modified by the precursor layer is placed in an aqueous solution containing terephthalic acid and benzoic acid, and secondary growth is carried out. The application utilizes the LDH modified carrier method, preplants an LDH precursor layer on the surface of the porous Al2O3 carrier, and then converts the MOF crystal film through in-situ hydrothermal method. The prepared porous MOF film material has excellent stability and separation performance in an ethylene glycol / water system, and is an ideal polyhydric alcohol dehydration material.
