A phytochemical rust remover-film forming agent, its preparation method and application

Abstract

This invention discloses a phytic acid rust removal-film forming integrated agent, its preparation method, and its application. The raw material components and their respective mass percentages are as follows: phytic acid 2-3%, tartaric acid 0.5-0.7%, sulfamic acid 0.05-0.5%, surfactant 0.1-1.5%, corrosion inhibitor 0-0.5 wt%, and the balance being deionized water. Compared with traditional metal rust removers, this phytic acid rust removal-film forming integrated agent has advantages such as safe operation and convenient use. Its reaction is relatively mild, causing minimal damage to the copper substrate after removing corrosion products from the copper surface. Furthermore, after rust removal, the residual phytic acid can complex with the copper, forming a dense phytic acid passivation film on the substrate surface for subsequent protection, thereby effectively extending the service life of copper alloys and protecting the diversity of copper artifacts.
