A triple offset butterfly valve

Abstract

The application provides a three-eccentric butterfly valve, which comprises a valve body, a valve seat, a butterfly plate assembly and a valve rod; the valve seat is installed on the valve body, the butterfly plate assembly is installed in the valve body, and one end of the valve rod penetrates through the valve body and is connected with the butterfly plate assembly; the butterfly plate assembly comprises a pipe body, a first sealing element and a second sealing element in the shape of a tapered column; the outer side of the pipe body is connected with the valve rod, the diameter of the pipe body gradually increases from the middle part to both ends, the small-diameter ends of the first sealing element and the second sealing element are respectively inserted into the pipe body from both ends of the pipe body; the small-diameter end of the first sealing element is provided with an assembly groove extending in the axial direction, the inner wall of the assembly groove is provided with a thread, the second sealing element is provided with an assembly hole extending in the axial direction and penetrating through the second sealing element, and a fixing screw rod is connected with the assembly groove in a threaded mode after penetrating through the assembly hole. The butterfly plate assembly with a small middle part and large both ends is designed, so that the pressure during the medium flow can be transmitted from the butterfly plate assembly to the valve body, thereby enabling the first sealing element, the second sealing element and the inner side of the valve body to be tightly matched under the pressure.
