Abstract

The application relates to the field of fuel cell technology, and the laser welding mechanism comprises a laser welding jig, a moving table and a laser welding head, the laser welding jig comprises a support, lifting mechanisms arranged on the two sides of the support, clamping mechanisms connected to the lifting mechanisms, cover plates for clamping bipolar plates, the clamping mechanisms comprise clamping assemblies arranged on the lifting mechanisms and clamped on the two sides of the cover plates, a girder plate connected to the lifting mechanisms and horizontally arranged between the support, and pressing assemblies arranged on the girder plate, the clamping mechanisms are lowered to the moving table through the lifting mechanisms, the clamping mechanisms clamp the cover plates and press the bipolar plates, and then the cover plates are fixed on the moving table, the laser welding mechanism clamps and presses the gap between the upper polar plate and the lower polar plate of the bipolar plate through the clamping mechanisms, so that the laser welding head avoids the case of virtual welding in the welding process, and the yield of products is improved.
