Self-cleaning drainage system for preventing crystallization clogging of drainage pipes in soluble rock tunnels

Abstract

The application discloses an intelligent cleaning and drainage prevention system for preventing crystallization blockage of a drainage pipe in a soluble rock tunnel, comprising a supporting system and a drainage system, wherein the supporting system comprises a bottom plate type composite lining, a tunnel bottom water passing culvert and a concrete backfill retaining wall; the bottom plate type composite lining and the tunnel bottom water passing culvert are integrally cast together; the concrete backfill retaining wall is arranged in the range of large-scale dissolution cavities on both sides, so that the whole supporting system is closely attached to the surrounding rock of the tunnel, and the integrity of the supporting structure is ensured; the drainage system comprises the tunnel bottom water passing culvert and a vertical water collecting well; the vertical water collecting well is connected with the tunnel bottom water passing culvert to form an integral whole; the underground water around the tunnel is collected by the vertical water collecting well and is discharged outside the tunnel structure range through the tunnel water passing culvert, so that the drainage property of the supporting structure is ensured; the application can realize rapid treatment of the tunnel crossing a huge underground river, has reasonable structure, is simple in construction, and enhances the stability and drainage property of the tunnel structure.
