Abstract

The present application relates to a kind of steelmaking desulfurizer, a kind of efficient molten iron pretreatment composite function desulfurizer and preparation method, its component composition: ultra-low carbon low sulfur lime 60~80%, aluminum industry byproduct white aluminum ash 15~25%, calcite 10~20%, baking soda 1‑5%, binder 0.3~0.5%, product granularity 1‑6mm, for molten iron KR pretreatment for steelmaking use.Compared with ordinary KR desulfurizer, the endpoint sulfur of pretreatment desulfurization is reduced from 0.010% to 0.002% or less, unit consumption <0.26 kg / (ton iron × sulfur), and the temperature drop in pretreatment process is reduced from 45~55℃ to 35℃ or less;While using environmental protection type flux, reducing refractory erosion, reducing maintenance amount, improve production rhythm.
