A system and method for co-processing organic solid waste in a pulverized coal boiler

Abstract

The application discloses a system and method for disposing organic solid waste in cooperation with a pulverized coal boiler, wherein a carbonization medium interface is arranged on a flue between an outlet of a furnace of the pulverized coal boiler and an air preheater, and a cooling medium interface is arranged on a flue between the air preheater and a flue gas desulfurization device; the carbonization medium interface is connected with a carbonization medium inlet of a carbonization chamber, a gas phase product outlet of the carbonization chamber is connected with an inlet pipeline of a crushing device, an outlet of the crushing device is connected with an inlet of a separation device, a gas phase outlet of the separation device is connected with an inlet of a flue gas upgrading device, and a gas phase outlet of the flue gas upgrading device is connected with an inlet of a fan; a solid phase product outlet of the carbonization chamber is connected with an inlet of a feeding system, and an outlet of the feeding system, a solid phase outlet of the separation device and the cooling medium interface are all connected with an inlet pipeline of the crushing device; and a solid phase outlet of the flue gas upgrading device is connected with an outlet pipeline of the fan, so that the pulverized coal boiler combustion mode can be used to dispose the organic solid waste.
