A blowout preventer for a well service string and methods of use

Abstract

The application is a blowout prevention tool for well operation pipe column and its using method, the blowout prevention tool is provided with circulation passage opening mechanism, anchoring mechanism and sealing mechanism, the well killing joint in the circulation passage opening mechanism can be connected with the well killing pipeline joint, the circulation passage opening mechanism, the anchoring mechanism and the sealing mechanism are connected through the lower connecting joint, the anchor claw, the inner support cylinder and the sealing mechanism upper joint in sequence. The tool structure is simple, and it is a well safety control tool which can be quickly installed, effectively seal the well operation pipe column and prevent overflow upwelling. When the well overflow is found, the tool can be quickly installed in the well operation pipe column to realize the anchoring of the tool in the well operation pipe column. The application can effectively reduce the fire accidents and environmental pollution accidents caused by the sudden blowout of oil and gas wells, reduce the waste and loss of oil resources and reduce the safety production risk.
