Dustproof oil box for linear guide rail

Abstract

A dustproof oil box for linear guide rail, comprising: an oil box body, the oil box body is provided with a group of oil box clamping grooves; a cover plate, installed on one side of the oil box body; a dustproof strip, comprising a connecting part and a dustproof part, the connecting part is slidably clamped into and connected in the oil box clamping groove; the dustproof oil box further comprises a protruding part, fixed to the middle part of the connecting part, left and right end faces are formed with oppositely arranged left and right limiting surfaces; a positioning bin, containing the protruding part and limiting the movement of the left and right limiting surfaces, is arranged between the oil box body and the cover plate, comprising an oil box top pressing surface arranged at the right end of the oil box clamping groove and in contact with the left limiting surface, a cover plate top pressing surface arranged on the inner side of the cover plate and in contact with the right limiting surface, and a cover plate clamping groove provided on the cover plate for the connecting part to pass through. The present application can protect the dustproof strip, increase the service life of the dustproof strip, reduce the replacement frequency of the dustproof strip to achieve the effect of improving work efficiency.
