Abstract

The application discloses a mercerizing machine liquid alkali filtering and recycling device and a filtering and recycling process, and relates to the technical field of waste treatment equipment of mercerizing machines. The mercerizing machine liquid alkali filtering and recycling device comprises an outer cylinder, a filtering groove and a liquid delivery pipe connected to the output end of the mercerizing machine and used for discharging mixed flower hair liquid alkali. One end of the outer cylinder is closed and fixed with a driving motor, the output end of the driving motor is connected with a driving shaft, the driving shaft penetrates through the outer cylinder and is coaxially connected with an inner cylinder, the output end of the liquid delivery pipe is located in the inner cylinder, the central axis of the inner cylinder and the central axis of the outer cylinder coincide with each other, and the inner cylinder is internally provided with a plurality of liquid permeation holes. The liquid alkali of the mixed flower hair is introduced into the inner cylinder through the liquid delivery pipe, and the liquid alkali and the flower hair are separated in the inner cylinder along with the centrifugal rotation of the inner cylinder. The liquid alkali passes through the liquid permeation holes and is thrown onto the inner wall of the outer cylinder. The application can effectively recycle and utilize the liquid alkali.
