Abstract

The application discloses a riveting machine for riveting a metal panel and a bakelite cover of a grill, which comprises the riveting machine and a die installed on the riveting machine, the die comprises an upper die plate and a lower die plate, a punch capable of moving up and down is installed on the lower die plate, the punch is sleeved with the bakelite cover, the metal panel is placed on the upper end of the bakelite cover, the metal panel is located below the upper die plate, the upper end of the bakelite cover is provided with a plurality of insertion holes penetrating up and down, the outer edge of the metal panel is provided with a plurality of insertion pins equal to the number of the insertion holes, the insertion pins are inserted into the bakelite cover after penetrating through the insertion holes, a plurality of wedges are installed in the punch, the wedges are located on the inner side of the insertion pins, when the upper die plate drives the punch to move downwards, the wedges are in contact with the insertion pins and extrude the insertion pins outward, so that the insertion pins are twisted and abut against the inner wall of the bakelite cover.
